I've taken close to 600 pages of well documented research around the country to elites and brilliant minds. They said it was just a decoration to scam them. Since then, I've seen the average regular elite as uneducated, mentally poor to reason intelligently andogically hence their strong hold on the familiar 1/2% territory

I don't have the resources, but I believe wisdom is higher and will hold on to it till one day life smiles on me, but as for our people here financial unintelligence is the core problem
No one owes you any obligation to invest in your business especially since you're not even confident enough to put your own money in the business!

Let them come. Tbills are for them who have no balls.
At least with TB you know where your money is.

Most of these so called entrepreneurs are not even bold enough to risk their in money in their own projects.

They prefer to use another person's money to do experiment and when they loose the money they start giving bullshit excuses.

The business always looks go on paper until it's time to actually implement it

Business › Re: Sample Of Domiciliation Of Contract Proceeds by SavageResponse(m): 1:32am On Sep 08, 2020
Pearlqueen:
Good evening, Nairalanders. Hope you had a swell day.

This thread is targeted at those who work or have worked in a bank or financial institutions where loan is given to both corporate bodies and individuals.

My friend works for a company as a secretary. The company wants to collect loan from a bank and the bank has requested that a "Domiciliation of Contract Proceeds" be provided as one of the security measures before granting the loan to the company.

My friend has been asked by the boss to prepare that document but she doesn't know how to go about it.

Please, experience bankers in this line should help give us a format or sample as to how this document can be presented.

Thank you as we await your warmest responses.

Have a lovely evening once again.
What I can gather from this is that your friend's boss wants to take a loan from the bank for the purpose of executing a contract.

One of the conditionalities of that loan is that when they get paid by their client the cheque for payment must be paid into their account with the bank that granted the loan.

What the bank therefore requires is that the company gives a letter stating that this cheque (or wire transfer of the contract payment) will indeed be paid or domiciled with them so they can recover their money.

That's all there is to it. Note that the letter must be signed by the signatories to the company's account or the directors of the company.

So you think entry level staff don't deserve good pay till they work for 100years.
Of course they deserve good pay but every fresh graduate can't get an entry level job that pays 500K a month.

They should be ready to start with what is available then climb up the salary scale instead of expecting to be put on the same pedestal as people who have being working for the past 10 years!

Yet wont pay entry level staff well
Most entry level staff have a bloated sense of entitlement.

If you're an entry level staff be patient and pay your dues before you start earning big if not then go and start your own company if you think it's that easy!

Hello guys please i need advice..

I have been able to raise a considerable sum of money residing in the village now I have three options in mind.
(1)to move to the city and start my life there
(2)start a business with some amount, but I don't have any business ideas and most business don't succeed the first time hence the reason I'm skeptical.
(3)buy a piece of land in the village because land is an asset with a likelihood of appreciating years to come. This for me is looking like a better option.

Please i need advice and your contributions before making a hasty decision. Thanks
Are you sure you're actually in the village?
