PattyMike: There's a hotel in my neighborhood that is up for sale at 32Million. Amazing place, interlocked wide compound for party rentage etc. By standards it is by far the best in that neighborhood and let's say in a 20km mile radius but the owner is not turning profits because honestly the place is boring dead. All that place needs is a pool and it'll be flocked in with people and a club. It's a shame really cus the built it in a high standard taste. The exteriors are tiled walls and beautiful it has about 15-20 rooms. E just dey pain me say that kind beauty in this kind neighborhood lack proper management to liven it up. It's up for 32 million and negotiable but honestly if I had the money I would grab it with both hands and turn that place to a fun lounge. I don go hotels so I can boldly say it's a standard 3 star hotel. I dey feel bad for the owner seriously cus nah distress sale. Location is around sango ota. About 2 kms to sango literally no competition but horrible management in my opinion. Have you ever actually managed a hotel before in your life or you think you can just get positive results by mere wishful thinking? |

LTRAVIS: I work in the refinery,he doesn’t need to meet them just paint the place with Nnpc logo ,don’t stress yourself that’s what dae do in Warri...50m for filling station he should do any other business a filling station is not more than 10m to build, the cost of land is not inclusive ,underground tanks are sold for 800k he needs like 3 , 2 in 1 pump is 1.5m for (petrotec) single pump is 1m ,in Benin ... Olodo! So he should just go ahead and paint his place with NNPC logo and colour without seeking approval first Do you even know what copyright infringement is? It's obvious you learnt your trade in a roadside petrol dealer's facility |

mattsvibes: Let do the math
15m for 10 unit. N1,500,000X10=N15,000,000 Each unit you earn 400,000 400,000X10 =N 4,000,000 yearly 4,000,000X10 years = N40,000,000 40m-15m= 25m profit magrin It will take 100 years to make N40,000,000 if you're receiving N400,000 every year! By the way how many students in Nigerian universities can afford to pay rent of N400,000 per annum for a self-contained room?! |
Business › Re: I Make 10M A Year: Relocate Abroad Or Stay In Nigeria by SavageResponse(m): 11:01pm On Jan 07, 2020*. Modified: 9:52am On Jan 08, 2020 |
Anon9876: Hey everyone. I’m a successful business woman in Nigeria and I make nothing less than 10M a year from my businesses. I’ve been thinking of relocating abroad, part of my 2020 goals but recently, been having second thoughts.
I have millions of naira in a fixed account and my businesses are doing really well I have no reason to relocate for ‘greener pastures’ as my grass is already green and been really thinking of sitting my a*s back in Nigeria and looking after my businesses myself. However, I don’t like the system in this country at all. Nothing works. Low quality of life and there’s a ridiculously low life expectancy as well. If I code this minute and I need urgent health care, I kid you not I might die and we all know why - Bad roads, corruption, bad government.
Still, I’m confused. Should I stay back and concentrate on my businesses and take vacations abroad or should I relocate for a better quality of life? One thing I don’t want is my kids given birth to and raised in Nigeria.
If I decide to relocate, my money won’t really go far in the country I choose to relocate to due to naira/dollar unfavorable rates, tax, and bills upon bills. I won’t be as rich as I am now in this country but I will be comfortable.
My parents see living abroad as a big deal but I don’t know if they will see being rich here as the ultimate( they don’t know about my wealth yet)
I would really need your inputs, the visa won’t be an issue, I have enough to keep trying again till I get it. Should I stay in Nigeria, live in a nice estate that provides comfort and luxury(in a not so good enough country where an illness like malaria can kill me due to the bad health care system) or should I relocate for a better quality of life?
If I choose to relocate, I’m thinking my businesses won’t be the same, no one will handle it like the owner or am I wrong? Dangote and other rich people don’t live in Nigeria and they still make their money right? Hufff! So confused. Who are you trying to scam with this bullsh1t story?! A real person who actually makes the type of income you outlined will not be actively considering relocating from Nigeria. To go and do what? To go to Europe or America with their terrible weather to do boy-boy work for white people and still be regarded as a second class citizen. Your story is bait for some gullible people to start sending you PM! |

Business › CCT Orders Suspension Of CAC Acting Registrar-general by SavageResponse(op): 1:59am On Dec 29, 2019 |
The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the suspension of the Acting Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission, Azuka Azinge. This is contained in a statement issued on Friday by the Head, Press & Public Relations, of the CCT, Ibraheem Al-Hassan. He said the order suspending Azinge was issued on December 24, 2019, by the Umar Danladi-led three-man tribunal based on an ex parte application by the Federal Government, through the Code of Conduct Bureau. According to the statement, the ex parte application was earlier filed before the CCT by the CCB on December 17. The statement quoted the CCT’s order as reading as “that defendant/respondent step aside as the Acting Registrar General of Corporate Affairs Commission over allegation of contravening provision of Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act CAP C1 LFN 2004 pending the hearing and determination of Motion on notice dated on the 17th day of December 2019.” The tribunal directed “the Hon Minister of Trade and Industry and the Chairman of the Board of Corporate Affairs Commissions” to execute the order of suspension which is to subsist “pending the hearing and the determination of the motion on notice, dated and filed on December 17, 2019.” Tribunal then adjourned till January for hearing. He said Federal Government had through the CCB charged the CAC boss with 11 counts of violating “the provisions of paragraphs 1, 9 and 11 (1) (a), (2), of the Fifth Schedule, Part1 and punishable under paragraph 18 (1) and (2) of the Constitution.” The charges bordered on “alleged infraction of asset declarations.” https://punchng.com/cct-orders-suspension-of-cac-acting-registrar-general/?utm_medium=Email&utm_source=Zenter-System&utm_campaign=%2319293+%3D%3E+MORNING+NEWS+HEADLINES&utm_content=8e9b4e003a3b3d8e335157ec3ad75972223453c5 |
