My brother, even saw 16-17 year olds around my street in FCT lamenting. How did these boys become so politically conscious. At their age all we thought about was classwork. During the collating on Sunday night, cries of Obi emanated from my neighborhood and I thought Obi had been declared. You need to see how cold people have been since they realized Tinubu had rigged himself in. The whole FCT is in shock. People were really optimistic that we're finally escaping Buhari only to fall into something worse. It's just like what the Bible says about a man escaping the lion in the street only to enter the house to be bitten by a viper. So our calm FCT is now poised to become haven for touts and crooked policemen like Lagos abi?

Someone at INEC headquarters did the upload under pressure and mixed it up. INEC was hassled to do it due to the embarrassing situation they found themselves in as news of widespread rigging spread.

Right from the start I know Obis chances are slim in this particular election, even if Tinubu was not in the race, Atiku would have won, due to the political and moral atmosphere of the country at the moment.
People didn't believe in him earlier until the deadline of voters registration thereby causing millions of voters with vote apathy due to previous disappointments to miss the opportunity to key into his mandate. Also the issue of the north, you see the northern politics is way different from the rest of the country, their vote mainly is based on sentiment and who presents the best offer both in the future and now, which Obi has not put into consideration, due to his moral standing, but all in all he made the smart move of making a sound statement by shaking up the political arena and changing how the game is played for the benefit of the people.
He will get it next time, but he must be ready to put one hand in the mud.

You're joking if you think that Obi would win an election in Nigeria with the organized crime going on. He clearly won this is you may know. Fair election is impossible in the country at the moment and unless the political class experience a real shake up such as cancellation of this result and an interim government or even a putshe, nothing would change in the country. When you have a network of criminals as your political class, forget credible elections.
Nigeria's problem stems from the fact that the first revolution that could have cleaned up the system failed. So we're left with rotten apples.

I don't think so. The problem is that he is an outsider. If he was a typical crook like them, they wouldn't rally against him. Also, he would have supported his popularity with rigging the way Buhari did in 2015. Do you know the meaning of subversion? So you expect your compromised judiciary that even Buhari wouldn't obey to be trusted by the people. Your best bet is to tell INEC not to subvert the will of the people because if crisis starts, even Tinubu would have nowhere to rule. He's better behave. Even the shooting of soldiers you're talking about, you never may know where you'd be at that point and where the bullet is going. So we should pray people do the right thing and not support evil.
