It will be the biggest joke of the century if after resigning from your current job for this Harp programme, and after the 3 months, you end up not getting selected.

1. I hope your wife is okay now. You didn't tell us if u later withdrew money in the bank on Monday to take her to the hospital or whether she automatically became well over the weekend.
2. GTBANK is as useless as cold shit. I had to transfer 95% of my money to Diamond bank after i had thesame experience with the bank. Infact I stopped trusting the bank anymore. It took them almost a week to refund back my money.
3. After waiting a long time for the refund, this is what I did and I think you should do the same: First send them an email to the customer care (gtconnect@gtbank.com) and threaten legal action. You should also go to a closeby gtbank, talk to the customer care agent or request to see the Manager. Tell them your ordeal and also threaten legal action. It worked in my case and the money was returned in less than 12hours; it could work for you also.
Gtbank has lost its savour and taste! |

SoftlyZ: Hi Gloom, I do not want to reply you in the same tone and manner of your post. I have done my "research" into the subsidiaries of NNPC and found majority of them to be Engineering inclined, and the few that are not, retail, IDSL and pension are still not Administration inclined. The first thing you have to know about Public Administration is that it is very important to every organisation, including NNPC, but unfortunately there is no Administration Subsidiary or Division of NNPC. My confusion is, if asked the subsidiary I would fit into, am I to say any and every and back it up with points or to take the risk of clinging to one and still backing it up with points? I am neither stupid nor foolish and I would not like to be addressed in such condescending manner like you did. Some research answers are not specific and if you don't have a specific answer for, please ignore me like most people here have done. I am asking for the last time, what subsidiary best suits the course Public Administration? To comment on my post is not a must. if you have an answer, pls tell me. If nobody has the answer, I will just shut up like I've always done. If you address me in such manner again, I will spit venom that will melt your skin so quickly that you will not be able to come out of your house in days. Have a nice day everyone. |

inibro: Broz, u may not know till you are in there, those operators on the EPF facility @ ologbo have been on the same salary scale for the past 4 yrs without review. The one who complained was sacked. Nd this pay is not up to 100k. The fact that you stated a figure as high as the bolded above means the pay cannot be as ridiculous as 20k. This age where every unskilled fresh graduate wants to earn 1 million per month, it's high time to know that not every coy will pay as high as that! Many people get swayed by what they hear - now who is to say all what certain individuals have portrayed the coy to be is entirely true? Those that are willing to apply shouldn't be discouraged; afterall, no one can coerce you into starting the job if the terms and conditions isn't palatable! |

rationalmind: So those guys were right afterall. Obax indeed must be a very terrible place to work if the poster above me works there.
Its obvious these guys treat their staff like a piece of shi.t. Graduates even if unemployed are not beggars. To hell with your 20K, you can use it to feed your hungry family members.
My only regret is ever applying. What a shitty coy I feel your disappointment; but many unemployed graduates wouldn't mind the job so long as they can gathered experiences whilst looking out for greener pastures. When a graduate has stayed a long time without a job, then working with OBAX cannot be any worse (though I am sure the coy can't be as pathetic as it's been painted here). Sometimes, it's wise not to despise little beginning... it could prove a stepping stone to a greater and more fulfilling career |

From the information I got today, there is an "element of severe risk" associated with the job. It sometimes can claim a person's life. Those most vulnerable to "high risk" are conpass 3 and 6 (non bachelor degree) applicants. In addition to this info, the 6 months training when employed will be in the North.
I am really beginning to think twice about the job |
