Someone else has been in exactly my situation and what he did was that - since he got a full funding, he approached well to do people around him including some financial institutions to obtain a loan. He presented his funding offer letter as evidence and someone stood as his guarantor. Infact most of the money was gifted to him. And there are even scholarships that include Visa application fee and air fare ticket.

I believe when you're determined there are no limitation to what you can achieve.
