I appreciate your bluntness. Though hurtful but all the same its better to know the truth than to be misled. The agent has moved to Canada with his family so he ignored my chats when I insisted I wanted the login details so I could edit out the false claim. He sent a voice note screaming I and my husband should stick to what he submitted online.
I googled correction issues and saw that there was a time frame to do that online.

In conclusion, does it mean we should rule out US from our list of holiday locations for Life? As in, no remedy of any sort?

I understand Canada is linked to US, so does it mean we should also forget Canada as I plan to have our next baby there on medical tourism?

Please advise.
Be blunt if you have to, its ok, I'll understand
I feel so sorry for you. Pele

I think it was in Germany.
I did mine in Germany too and not a single document was asked. Not even the conference invitation. Interview was over in less than 2 minutes and was approved. I think he is not telling the full story about his past refusals because doubt made them ask for those statements.

This news get as e be. Even though they can’t revoke your visa for that. You haven’t committed any crime and you didnt over stay. Many circumstance could result spending more than the time you stated at POE that’s why majorities are given 6 months. it can only affect your next visa application.

I don't really get what you mean but if your plan is to stay in hotel or airbnb for a day then reserve a room for a day, but if your plan is to stay with someone staying in U.S illegally then you will have to rethinking your living arrangement because what you filled in your ds160 form must not be too far from where you plan to stay in U.S, please be very careful.
Seems you were in a hurry reading this i said summarily. I have a friend who i will stay with however this friend came in via means i am not so sure of. I cannot claim to know this person via POE. So i want to book a place that will cover the duration of my stay as proof of address/ accomodation for the days i will be in the US. Next, i came across Booking.com and AirBnb however they will charge me for cancelling on check in date (arrival date is check in). In order not to loose money i am asking that how can i get a place to book with absolutely free cancellation for no show? And get my money back.
Lastly i am a German resident i have no plans whatsoever to remain in the stated just a short visit thats all.

Please feel free to share it here... this is a faceless forum...we're all learning.
Oga Seyewest i am a bit confused here. If someone should say they dont know anybody cos the person known came in and got stay via illegal. how does one show proof at POE the accomodoation one will be staying? I am thinking of like booking.com and Airbnb. The issue is they will deduct money if one doesn't cancel before check in date. For booking.com i saw its 2 days before check in and airBnb its 24 hours before check in date. I think the service charge will be forfeited. Does that mean that money will be lost in process? Because after POE there will be immediate cancellation. Pls do you know any means through which this issue can be solved without loosing money.
Pls bear in mind that one doesnt have any plans to stay back as one lives in a good country as well.

You can take as much Cash as you want but if it's above $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand USD) you will have to declare it in Nigeria and at the U.S POE.
Please i sent a message to you kindly follow me and reply. I need to ask you one or teo questions really bothering me. Thanks

Please whats your view about these two:

Trier Uni of Applied Sc. (Sustainable Business & Technology).

And

Wurzburg Uni. Of Applied Sc (Business & Engineering)

Talking about General view if the Cities and Courses.

First of all i will personally advice you or anyone that it is key to take a very close look at your study modules and the full description and course content. You can always find this in the school website. From people I have interacted with; i will advice you to take a really good assessment of your academic abilities. If you know that you are above average in intelligence then give those courses (technology and engineering) a try if not run run run!!. Any course carrying the name engineering or technology will most likey consits of mathematics 1, 2 3, maybe physics etc. Trust me the maths you experienced in Nigeria is way way different. Anything Engineering is a full time job. Even when you put in 24 hours into self study the results maybe unexpected. I have close friends fail multiple times and are forced to change courses or even schools( nobody is writing that here but it happens a lot!) Like i always say let uour deciding factor be your course of study. Because you really want to pursue a career in it. As for jobs, nobody will hire you with your Naija bachelors degree. You will most likely need to do unskillful jobs as everyone does no matter the city. Ranging for doing dishes, cleaning, factory / production hand and the likes. Worse come to worse, with a bit of German knock at Macdonlds and they will hire you. Or knock at a hotel you will get rooms to clean. In every city big or small you will find something. Or look for one of the numerous job agents and register they will send yiu to work whenever any job is available.
In summary, go and read your course content slowly and make a decision. Let the course you are reading now be your comforter for a better future here.

Please i have a question. I got a 2 year multiple entry visa . My main reason is for a conference in city A. But it seems as though i would be busy and may not meet the date so i may travel much later to city B for another conference. Is this going to be a problem at POE? People with similar experiences should please answer.

If you want me to ask Google dont bother typing.

I was reading the last few pages and I am laughing. What i know very well about white girls here is that they are strong minded and independent. They have good education and are able to secure good paying jobs. They work hard, pay their bills, good apartments/ homes and they dont need any man to take care of them or to boss them around. Inshort in Germany it is a woman that will toast you.
I know a lot of guys who came in here to date white women. Inshort some take it as a project. Especially those who have found out that German university education is unbelievably stressful and difficult! The next thing is to pursue this white women in the hope of securing a stay faster.
Some many of them have signed up to various dating websites. If its sex, a white woman will accept you. Have fun with you and ditch you like trash when you least expect. Majority of them do not want a long term relationship with you. Inshort na woman dey dump men for here o. Fact! And its the man crying to his friends about the shock and heartbreak. Many men have passed through this treatment multiple times. Some have tried to do everything and anything to make the woman stay. I also girls facing this dilemma. They dump you and they block you. You dare not go to their house after that else they call the police. A few have gotten a girlfriend though but the ratio is very low and after multiple trials i some cases.
I have seen many Nigerian guys who are so single some are considering going home to get a woman because the loneliness here is serious.

Congrats, please share your transcript... to all hopefuls, people with genuine intention still get visas everyday... dont give up!
Interview was so brief. All i had rehearsed and prepared, i was kinda disappointed i wasnt asked. I greatly presume that the main interview and decisions are from the DS 160 form submitted earlier.
Vo: Greated first with a smile shocked
Me: Goodmorning.
VO: Passport please. (started typing furiously)
So what are you going for? A conference
VO: looked into computer and said scientific conference
Me: i said yes and i began to be less frigid and more relaxed
VO: how many days are you staying?
Me: Around 7 days
Vo: who is sponsoring you?
Me: um me and support from my parents too
Vo: what do they do? What do you do?
Me: they are into Properties but i make .......monthly
VO: how does this conference relate to what you do? I made less than 2 sentences and she asked me to stop lipsrsealed
One or two more questions which i cant remember now but, it was over in a blink, next thing i heard was your visa has been approved. I stood there for a second i couldn't believe it. Many people I know where rejected. I cant understand it o

Pls, I need clarification on these, pls I want to process schengen visa now, but in the process that person helping out now said that he can do German visiting visa with 2 year validity in it. My question now is what is the difference between the schengen visa and German visiting visa. What is the highest thing I can do with visiting visa and schengen. Pls sincere response will e appreciated
Germany's visiting visa is mostly 3 weeks. With it you cannot be given a permit to work or stay. If you stay back in Germany after that you become illegal.
Whatever visa you want to get you must go to the Embassy for an interview anything besides that is a fruad!

Also any tips on how to go through the cities, what to do, not to do, Transportation tips, where to shop etc. I already have my hotel sorted in Salzburg but I want to travel and explore through the countryside.

My Naija - Dubai trip, the yeye custom woman asked me to drop the small bottle I was drinking during checking. The queue was so long and the weather was hot. I told her I still need to keep drinking, she refused, took my water from my hand then threw it away and brought out her dirty palms asking me to give her money.
Of course I refused! angry

Its not only in Nigeria that train tickets are over sold. Trains are crowded abroad too with people standing. You have no right to sit in the first class coach even if its empty. Because you didn't pay for it. @OP Don't blow things out of proportion.

Below is a train with people standing. On some days its so crowded you find it hard to get standing space, especially during rush hours.
