This social distancing strategy is a good outcome of this virus. The country is already too hot and humid so people should give each other enough space for proper ventilation. I want the action to either continue after the lockdown or the virus to remain so we heavily imbibe the culture.

Hello friends, I need your help with this issue .. I'm the type that likes working out a lot, coz it makes me feel and look good & I'm quite addicted to it. But the problem now is that, I can't really do a full body workout without experiencing lower back pain, I need to develop a good stamina, but whenever I engage in a little leg workout, I usually end up with severe waist pain.. I think it may be due to the fact that I have a little Pile (haemorrhoid). I don't think I can totally cure this Pile but what I need now is how to live a normal life.. please! How can I do leg workout without developing lower back pain

Hypocrisy will lead to the downfall of this platform. If I go deeper into my first sentence I will catch a ban or somebody will change my password. I have resigned from reporting spam, fraud, pornographic and trolling acts on this forum. The people in charge don’t want to give themselves enough sense to do the needful. When I tire I’ll delete my account and continue my real-world life.

Somebody is showing how a world renowned gang is the deadliest on earth and yet one entity is adamant that a group of hungry fellows who terrorize only his village is more deadly. Last last na bingos full this forum, one can't tell me anything contrary.
