There is nothing wrong with watching movies when kids are around. If they are under the age of 16 (15 in my opinion) you can tell them to close their eyes when it comes to ‘those parts.’ In the UK children as young as 6 years old are allowed into R rated cinemas if escorted by 1 or both parents. On their own they are not allowed entry to watch the films. Another thing I’ve noticed is once the child watches a movie sans ‘those parts’ they get the gist of the flick and lose the interest to watch the film later only to see what they missed.

Lastly, ensure you have PG settings on for streaming platforms and media devices. This will ensure they can’t watch the movies without your presence. It’s a weak plan when it comes to controlling them because they can easily go to their friends homes with less restricting parents.

To strengthen your lower back I will recommend stretching after workouts. Do a lot of them because they’ll relieve the pressure your tight muscles place on your joints. Do push-ups with a wide stance in your legs. I noticed recently those target the lower back muscles. Finally, add pull-ups to your routine. Those strengthen all the muscles of your back. Toe touches don’t hurt. Do many variations of those.

Wait, Moonlight and Ex Machina are on Netflix? Since when? It’s unfortunate I’ve already consumed Ex Machina on DStv multiple times. I have moonlight on my laptop but not in HD. Right now I focus more on series since it takes about two days to binge watch a full season.
