Jobs/VacanciesRe: I'm Giving Out N5k Each To 10 People Here by scoundrel(f): 5:11pm On Apr 27, 2020
JasonJidenna:
Tell us.
It’s too obvious. The account is new, spams the forum with beg threads and also has a long running beef with descortes or whatever his moniker is called. Which beggar who can’t feed himself properly goes about threatening violence on another while at the same time trying to control a female Nairalander? He is a scammer I tell you, a true no-gooder. I’m sure a search of his account number will reveal all his alternate accounts.

EducationRe: Why Is There No History Section On Nairaland? by scoundrel(f): 4:50pm On Apr 27, 2020
IamMichael:
Moderators delete fake thread's on the platform all the time.
In my times here, Nairaland has never been in want of moderators whenever they seek for it on the platform.
This is not frequent. Most times they delete fake threads after a lot of people complain. If no one raises an issue they let the thread exist till further notice. Many times, even with complaints, they let the thread ride till almost a week before someone grudgingly deletes it. My original opinion still stands: this place can’t control the influx of fake news which will consume the subsection.

Till today there are some comments I’ve seen friends report for over two years and counting still being invisible to only the accounts but are viewable to everybody else. This forum is a shithole just like Nigeria. The only reports they take seriously are those which can demonetize the site like BetNaija adverts, pornography posts and reports of successful scams against forum members. Anything else is fair game.
CrimeRe: We Charge Zamfara Bandits N6000 For Sex Per Night - Sisters by scoundrel(f): 4:38pm On Apr 27, 2020
If there is a demand for something the supply will find its way. If it does not come from someone else then the people desiring whatever it is will innovate the solution. It is a simple economic reality that should get taught in biology. The principle is visible everywhere.
PoliticsRe: President Buhari To Address The Nation At 8pm Tonight by scoundrel(f): 4:35pm On Apr 27, 2020
Is it already two weeks after the last address? In sane countries presidents are giving press conferences daily so humans can believe they are also affected like the masses. Here secrecy is the order of the day. How will I believe he understands the plight of the masses if he doesn’t speak on it daily? Familiarity most times gives an idea into a person’s thought process. I guess he’s afraid we’ll discover his lack of compassion for the average Nigerian hence the sparse speeches since the pandemic. Speaking of familiarity, it doesn’t take much to know the users here are from low-income families. It’s evident in their write-ups. This place is only broke guys chatting with broke females on the daily. Who knows? I believe it’s full of broke guys congregating with fellow broke males who they believe are females. You members are below me.

Hmm, only time will tell... when I get married. Wetin concern me concern the news? This is 2020, Corona is wrecking everything wreckable. I wonder why stupid Christians aren’t calling this the rapture. Maybe the disease is killing off the righteous and leaving sinners for the antichrist to torment.
Foreign AffairsRe: Becky Ames Broke Her Own Stay-At-Home Order To Go To Nail Salon by scoundrel(f):
Lol. Someone is playing with her chance of catching the virus. One thing I've noticed is majority of foreign politicians are using themselves as examples for the virus. Why aren't more of our politicians following their actions? This country needs a purge, even if evolutionarily-driven, of these old heads.

CelebritiesRe: Coronavirus Lockdown To Last For 3 And Half Year's by scoundrel(f): 5:08am On Apr 27, 2020
She is an unserious entity. The longest this lockdown can last is six to eight months, nine months at the very worst. Around that time a vaccine will come up or humans will build resistance to the virus. Remember when AIDS was a death sentence? This virus will follow the same path. I foresee more global lockdowns happening in the future because viruses pop up every other year.

The end is near

And only the righteous will be saved by God
He will take them all to a place already provided by Him, free from war and oppressors and hungers and famines

He will hide them for a time and two times and a half time until the bad days be passed

Please try as much to be righteous doing all things which is right.

Stop internet Frauds, masturbating, excessive smoking and drinking which leads to fornication

Walai talai if you don't repent, you'll surely regret

Because all these messages will be a witness against you

For you heard and you turned not from your wicked ways
I thought it was wars which will signal the end and not a plague.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kim Yo-Jong, Jong-Un's Sister To Lead North Korea If He Dies by scoundrel(f): 6:54pm On Apr 26, 2020
From the pictures it’s obvious he groomed her for the role. Without a doubt this woman will go to extremes to exert her power on the people and prove to the world that she’s not weak.
HealthRe: COVID-19: Lockdown Or No Lockdown - Which Side Are You? by scoundrel(f):
The government should lift the lockdown and let evolution weed out idiots. It’s a simple instruction: stay at home and only come out for necessities, yet people disregard the rule for every excuse under the sun. It is only when close family members die that Africans are willing to learn.

In threads like this there is one greedy man who always posts, putting human life below his business. He is against the lockdown because for once something is finally affecting his breadwinning activity. That his normal life is one of isolation and his business a virtual one does not make him better than anyone else. Then again hypocrisy is the order of the day here.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kim Jong-Un Is Alive And Healthy - Official by scoundrel(f): 6:37pm On Apr 26, 2020
Daily Mail is also unreliable so I’ll wait for BBC or CNN to cover the news.
PoliticsRe: Obiano Relaxes Lockdown In Anambra, Asks Churches To Resume Activities by scoundrel(f): 6:29pm On Apr 26, 2020
rotadeco27:
It not compulsory to give money in the church , money is not a requirement to enter heaven. It is only a gate way to blessing.
This is the type of thinking why Africans are putting their health on the line just to show others they are followers of an imaginary God. Let’s say God really exists, do you think He will want anyone to stupidly risk their life to serve Him? Many people go to church not because they believe in the deity but to make others view them as proper Christians. After Sunday’s gathering they go back to the world and sin. I see church like a gym; many people who enter those buildings aren’t as religious as a few who choose to worship solo at home.
RomanceRe: Come See Something by scoundrel(f): 8:51am On Apr 26, 2020
Men are in trouble during this lockdown period. Imagine these jobless girls having nothing else to do but snap tens of thousands of pictures so they can select the best looking one to entice eligible males. I pity married men the most.

I honestly believe the idea is more trouble than it’s worth.

PoliticsRe: Obiano Relaxes Lockdown In Anambra, Asks Churches To Resume Activities by scoundrel(f): 8:43pm On Apr 25, 2020
The blood of Jesus does not prevent Coronavirus. Let him know now. Churches are very greedy businesses, always choosing to put money in front of every other thing.
Foreign AffairsRe: Kim Jong-un Reportedly Dead After Botched Heart Surgery - TMZ by scoundrel(f):
Power as usual is transient. Humans know that before entering power but forget when corrupted by it. In a time when illiterate African heads of states are turning to exercise to ensure they fully enjoy their time of looting I find it difficult to fathom why Jong Un didn’t follow the trend. His weight caused heart failure, which eventually led to his death or vegetative state. I will wait till BBC carries this news because TMZ is not the most reliable source for information.

CultureRe: Meet The "African Giant Tribe" Of Sudan by scoundrel(f): 12:03am On Apr 25, 2020
The article calls them ‘heavily built’. The pictures I see look no different from skinny but tall Fulani natives. Let me show my brother picture three and see what he makes of it. Her corset-shaped attire will trigger many white men the wrong (or right) way.
FamilyRe: Someone Pregnanted My Sister And Denied by scoundrel(f): 11:56pm On Apr 24, 2020
OP, take responsibility of the child and raise it till teenage years. When the father tires he’ll come back and as usual you’ll try to fight him over the ownership of the child. This is a very normal story which happens every other day in Nigeria.

I came for comment screenshots. Why is it only properly written ones I see posted in the OP? Where are the mishmash of Zulu, Afrikaans and English ones?
