The culprit is likely the squats then. I will recommend you do air squats (squats without a weight attached), aiming for triple numbered total reps and pull-ups with a hold at the top. Two weeks from now you can go back to weighted squats because those moves, the stretching and wide legged pushups will strengthen your lower back enough to resume.
