Eya. She was either heartbroken or suffered mental illness of some sort. People die every day so she is only a statistic now.

Fashion › Re: Sergio Rossi Dies Of Coronavirus In Italy by scoundrel(f): 8:55pm On Apr 03, 2020
When I see news like this it puts a face to the rising death toll from the pandemic. The media can say “a million and two people died from (insert random tragedy)” and it will mean nothing to me. It’s when they say “so and so actor/designer/philanthropist/mayor/governor/president died from (insert random tragedy)” that a certain gravity is associated to the event.
Celebrities › Re: Revealed! The Real Source Of Toke Makinwa’s Money by scoundrel(f): 8:50pm On Apr 03, 2020
Those are good and all, but I’m sure some figures there are inflated. How many women will part with 35,000 for a bag when they can easily get a cheap replica? Only a handful of the female crowd she hangs around are capable of affording such a price tag.

She makes a lot of money from escorting for old billionaires. Maybe that’s covered under appearances. If she honestly is as wealthy as the article claims then she’ll rub it in everyone’s faces. That doesn’t happen so I claim once again, a lot of those figures are inflated/made up.

In probably a year or four. We know justice comes very late in this country. That is, if it comes at all.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.
Romance › Re: Interracial Couple In Russia: Nigerian Man Shares His Experience by scoundrel(f): 1:59pm On Apr 03, 2020
I’ve once tried the interracial dating thing, and it didn’t work. I couldn’t get past our skin colours being an issue. It also didn’t help that the only white men who looked my way were old and decrepit. It seemed the attractive white men wanted women of the same race. I felt like an experiment: something desired only for the novelty of being with a black woman. Well, never again.

Why do we still see it as a big thing being selected by whites or other races? The white man did us dirty by making us hate the colour of our skin. Other races should feel privileged that an African picked them, instead we’re here celebrating mediocrity. If we know the number of physical and genetic issues they possess, the average black will make these idiots — both male and female — pay dowries first before thinking of dating them.

I’ve practiced all these and nine days later I’m gearing up for a social outing. A human can not kill one’s self because of a pandemic. My mind is growing, but my body is wasting at home. I need a total reset — today will guarantee such. After recharging my batteries socially then I can get back in to complete a total of fourteen days.

It’s very obvious. So, why aren’t the residents indoors not to talk of practicing social distancing?
Romance › Re: She Is Always Speaking With Her Ex by scoundrel(f): 6:46am On Apr 03, 2020

Thanks for the valid point you raised. But sincerely I am never afraid of losing her,never..
Back in the day a guy told me he was happy being nothing more than a friend. I could tell he was lying because his actions repeatedly proved that he wanted something more. His senses cleared not too long after when he broke down then decided to call things off. I won’t lie it pained me to watch a friend leave me, but I preferred losing him as a friend than settle into a romantic relationship. We reconnected twelve years later. It was only then he summoned the courage to tell me the truth about what he felt. I gave him a chance because he changed totally for the better, but things didn’t work out in the end.

Where am I going with this story? It is easy to say you can walk away, and you don’t need her. We all know talk is cheap; actions are what matter the most. If you’re not afraid to lose her and she keeps calling her ex whenever you two are around, then it’s obvious she’ll cherish and respect you more as an ex than what you guys have now.

Politics › Re: Rivers Lockdown: Port Harcourt Roads In Pictures by scoundrel(f): 7:59pm On Apr 02, 2020
I entered town a few hours ago. Life there is no different apart from many markets closed. It seems the undereducated live there because it’s business as usual: the streets are filled with human traffic. I’m guessing it is a case of staying outside being more comfortable than surviving at home. The houses which litter the street are dilapidated so it makes sense.
Romance › Re: She Is Always Speaking With Her Ex by scoundrel(f): 7:23pm On Apr 02, 2020
If she still speaks with her ex, why are you there? Did you go on your knees and beg for a relationship? It’s obvious you’re afraid to lose her hence tolerating this excess and asking strangers here for advice to remedy the situation. Show her you can do without her presence by giving her space. If you don’t know what that means I’m advising you to tell her you’re unsure where the relationship is heading and will choose to stay on your own. If done right you may start enjoying the singlehood and come here to update us on how life is better without headaches. She may later give herself sense and come back a new leaf, but it is only a matter of time before her old habits resurface.
Health › Re: Throwback Photo Of 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic That Killed Over 50Million Globally by scoundrel(f): 7:13pm On Apr 02, 2020
Although the flu spread around the world in just a few weeks, it seemed to have died down by the end of the summer.
In this statement we can see why Africa is not heavily affected. First of all most of us take at least one bath a day. Some bathe as many as three times daily. The average Caucasian takes a bath once a week or fortnightly, many times without the use of soap. Secondly any virus which can survive our heat for a few hours is one worthy of fear. This means by summer the Coronavirus cases will either drop immensely or disappear. The white man will still stay vigilant to ensure it doesn’t resurface.

Mscheew. I’ve seen so many hunches passed regarding this pandemic. The one which made me roll eyes recently was linking the situation to the mark of the beast. This topic is another example. If people locked themselves indoors, some for as long as three weeks, then where will symptoms magically manifest from?

Business › Re: Streaming Services Or Cable TV? The Disappearing Difference by scoundrel(f): 10:59am On Apr 02, 2020
I’ve tried the whole streaming platforms over satellite-offering before. It was too much hassle at the end and I ran back to DStv after a while. However, I will go with a combo of Netflix, Disney, HULU, Amazon Prime and the likes over only DStv or Multichoice and the few mediocre options one is punished with in this country. Streaming services give you the very best of entertainment and one is sure of no movie repeats, which is a staple with TV services’ offering. The picture quality of online programming is better as they offer full 720p/1080p and 4K with some platforms as opposed to a visually inferior 1080i.

Now, if only one could get an offering for sports varieties. That will pull me off TV content for good.
