. This case started at his ward in Edo.He was suspended at the ward level there.A Federal high court in Edo should have been asked to enforce the compliance. for jurduction purpose. If it is a matter concerning the NWC of APC any Federal hight court in a Abuja can hear it .From my observation the litigant want s to chanlege his continued actiing as the chairman .Thus Abuja court was used for it since it is the seat of power of the APC .NWC.

I am not sure......but on another topic....in pre-election matters you can file at any FHC and the FCT High Court, irrespective of the State.
