hensben: Yes football is not lawn tennis. Neymar should move to epl or hazard go to la Liga before they can be compared just like in the case of when cr7 was in epl you rarely see fans comparing him to Messi, or you think if cr7 remained in epl he will be effective the he is now. You nor know ball sha so this things I am saying will be difficult for you to understand or maybe you chose to to form deaf ear, typical club fan behavior. My advise to you is to be a football fan first before been a club fan, by doing that you will understand the game better and won't analyze sentimentally. I love the way you adhered strictly to the advice. Just keep it up. No be me and you go dey argue untop Hazard-Neymar. I no get that kind time. Well done the real football fan! |

agrovick: Some of you just spit crap in the name of trolling, this is an excerpt from bleachers report
Pedro leaves Barca under a small cloud. Club secretary Robert Fernandez claimed on TV3 the player forced his own exit by handing in a transfer request, something Pedro rubbish
So pray tell what is your own definition of reject considering this is a player Barca were reluctant to let go.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2529333-pedro-transfer-news-latest-rumours-speculation-on-barcelona-star
Barcelona were initially reluctant to sell the 28-year-old, a feeling that was strengthened by Neymar’s recent illness with the mumps. Pedro was considered the first point of backup for the Barcelona attack, but he made clear that he wanted more: a regular starting spot.
http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/im-already-blue-pedro-tweets-thanks-to-barcelona-after-joining-chelsea/ sebod: It's so funny how many Shekpites still don't know the meaning of the word 'reject'. They tend to take it personal whenever any of their players doing fine is called one. The moment a player is deemed surplus to requirement by his club, and leaves to another club to ply his trade in search of a 1st team shirt he could not lay claim at the former club, he becomes a reject of the club. This does not necessary mean the players is not good Alexis moving to Bayern does not make him an Arsenal reject as long as the club wishes he extends his contract as a sure starter. But a Barca reject as he was surplus to requirement at Barca not be cause he was not good but because he could not break into the starting line up.
Costa, Aguero, Falcao et all were never La Liga rejects unlike Pedro, Alexis, Di Maria and co who had to leave to avoid sitting on the bench.

eyoniggar: Calm down, you'll see how the season will end, you'll almost laugh till your teeth starts dropping off.
Forget ATM, very useless team, maybe they are tired, maybe not, all I know is, you cant allow a team that took two SURE CL trophys from you and then allow them get 3 past you in a semi. They should never find themselves into this stage of the UCL next season. But whats up with christina and his offside position these days? That first goal shouldnt have counted if the lines man have raised his flag. Eyoniggar baba! I don't see Juve stopping Madrid honestly. As compact as Juve were against us, we still got some very decent scoring chances only to be blown away by our players who chose to be profligate in front of goal in both legs. Madrid in the other hand have a way of utilising their slim chances coupled with the fact that they are often backed up with luck and poor ref decisions. Madrid also have a very strong bench who can win them matches on a good day, another reason I feel they might also win the league. I am still hunted by the fact that we messed up our chances of at least winning the league. All in all, I hope I laugh till me teeth almost drop off come the season end as you have opined. As per CR7, I think he should be rather applauded for always positioning himself strategically and his ability to convert the chances when presented at him. ATM/Simeone should be blamed for their shambolic display last night rather than the ref. |

He should fight for the survival of his marriage. And if after he's done all he could to make the woman see why the children don't deserve a broken home by changing her ways and insists on walking away, he then can be absolved of any guilt whatsoever. What happened to you can happen to anybody, agreed. It's obvious you married her out of pity in order to avoid shame. That's the first mistake made. Thats where the story of my life began. You actually slept with a stranger probably just to ease off, she in turn fell in love with your money and thought it would always be business as usual. And when what got her attracted to you seems no longer forthcoming, she's got to sort herself out. You are already married, try and do whatever you could to save your marriage, bearing in mind you are the architect of whatever happens. You can't afford to make another mistake of having a broken home unless she decides to walk away. |

The following are some of the errors committed by Lucho.....
1. Letting Samper go... 2. Letting Grimaldo go... 3. Letting Dani go without commensurate replacement. 4. Playing Roberto at the back instead of his natural position. That yesterday's run was a testament to what he could offer in the midfield. 5. Exchanging Paco for Munir when it's obvious the dude can't even dribble himself to go pass a player. He murdered the left wing last night. |

Nice victory tonight after a solid performance by the team. Suarez decided to play for Madrid, he did virtually nothing right tonight. That dude called Paco should never be played at the flank again. He combined well with his brother Alba to render the wing non existent. Kudos to Stegen for his heroics and all thanks to the god of soccer for showing up when needed most. |

senorova: Bro my point exactly.
We know that for the past nine years, ballondor has been between oponunaldo and messi. We know that despite oponunaldo's brilliance, messi is his god. The times messi won the ballondor 4 times consecutively, barca had the best years under pep guardiola...with xavi, iniesta and a brilliant team. We know that messi's efforts were not messed up by his team mates.
Then what happened? The team went down in flames.... I no even wan dey talk am. Whether or not messi had a great season, barca as a team were just playing nonsense. Oponunaldo who's good at tapping those opportunities began to do so... However, Madrid went on a revolution. They deservedly played better and won trophies, while barca was shitting their pants. Naturally oponunaldo would win the world best, and e-diots would start comparing him to messi.
This season is not an exception. Messi out of the UCL, laliga race would not stand a chance of his efforts been rewarded as the world's best while oponunaldo who's not really been at his best wins that ballondor should real Madrid do the double.
By the way, even if oponunaldo wins his fifth ballondor, the football world still crowns messi king of football. So...no qualms.
E-rats can quote me and die!!! Madrid would win the league and most likely the UCL, and CR7 would deservedly be crowned the world best which does not really mean he's equal or better than Messi. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by sebod(m): 9:24pm On Apr 20, 2017 |
eyoniggar: My take on our UCL Exit:
1: Enrique fielded an erroneous formation for the 1st leg, though if Iniesta and Suarez converted their chances, qualifying for the semi's would have been assured, that way, nobody would have tried to blame enrique in anyway. To me, those two are accountable.
2: In as much as we all blv in MSN to perform Miracles, its quite obvious Neymar and Suarez are probably worn out for the rest of the season. Besides, Messi is also a culprit yesterday, he probably would have lowered the pressure and be himself, imagine Messi blasting the ball off wide high, that alone shows the level of pressure on him.
Truth is, the players failed to allow us qualify, it happens, they make us happy, they make us sad, thats just the realistic ish about the wonderful game of soccer, we just need to stick to that fact and move on. As it stands now, na miracle to win against a madrid side whose momentum is strongly on point. But we are Barca, the madrid of now might probably go trophyless this season, another funny side about football. This is what many don't agree with. The players failed us by being unable to convert any of the chances. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by sebod(m): 9:32am On Apr 20, 2017 |
senorova: Those idiots are winning the league only if Enrique and those stupid players let them. We haven't lost against the top 4 this season, na malaga and co they rape our yansh. They have the quality, buy they've come this far through determination and not necessarily because they've been outstanding. They've won half of their matches really late into stoppage time. Na just because say barca dey fvck up. And it's annoying because messi does deserve better. He's been amazing this season to contend for the world's best.
Anyway, there's all to play for at the bernabeu. For UCL, make Atletico just win am or else ...I go strip naked to swear for them What we have seen so far this season with the coach messing up each time Madrid drop points is enough to tell us that we are not destined to win the league. Madrid are leading us by 3 points while still having a game at hand. Neymar is not playing the classico and you will agree with me that Messi has always been a shadow of himself in the past few ones. So whose gonna bail us out against them? What gives us assurance that we would also win the other matches even if Madrid drop points again if what we have seen already is anything to go by? I can never bet on Atleti again to win the UCL at the expense of Madrid, twice they had the chance, and guess what? They blew it. Poor ref decisions and mother luck have been favouring Madrid in the UCL in these past seasons, so I don't expect this year to be different. You know what? I'd be glad to eat my words in case the opposite happens |

Did we create a 1v1 with Gigi Buffon yesterday?
Absolutely the fück not.
Luis Enrique killed us. Shït happens really, and when it does, it should be blamed on only one person. How many 1v1 did we creat with The Milan keeper in the 2-0 comeback then to win the match? The difference was that Messi, who scored the 1st 2 goals took his shots precisely and accurately in front of the Milan defenders. Enrique killed us by fielding wrong personnels in the 1st leg, not having a fixed style of play and having zero bench while the players killed us by failing to bury the chances they had. Iniesta, Suarez, Neymar, Rakitic, Alba and Messi all had good chances of sending us to the semi, but they all failed to make them count. Don't blame the coach for that! |
