@Justcool: I read your reply, but I maintain my views. Conception involves the fertilization of an egg by at least one spermatozoon. With the science of fertilization today, if a lab tech can cause fertilization with no humans present, why cant God do it by causing Mary to produce a self-fertilized egg? Or do you know the exact dynamics by which ova are created, since science does not yet know 4 sure? I dont buy that Grail gist. Cheers.
@ mavenbox
Do you even know what a spermatozoon is? Please read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spermatozoon
Science has never been able to cause fertilization without the sperms(except in cloneing). No lab tech has eve been able to cause fertilization withou humans present. Lab tech are humans. Science knows the dynamycs of feritlization and it is impossible to create a self fertilized human egg. Are you telling us that mary went to alab tech and did invitro fertilization. Even in invtro fertilization, the sperm is needed.

Christianity EtcRe: D World Ending On 12/12/2012. by seeklove: 2:31am On Dec 15, 2009
justcool:
12/2012 represent a very important date in the spiritual development of mankind. It is indeed the endtime; but endtime does not mean end of the world or distruction of the world. It only means the end of a great epoch in the spiritual development of the earth. 12/2012 represents the end of the age of Pieces and the beginning of the age of Aquarius.

I will share my personal perception of this Age:

Imagine the universe like a cluster of stars that spin around a circle of 12 equal segments. Each segment symbolises an age. Each segment carries a different radiation. So when the universe enters a particular segment, the universe receives predominantly the radiation of that segment. Each segment is called an age, an epoch, or an astrological age. The all-wise Will of the creator designed it in such a way that these radiations help the universe and its inhabitants of grow. I.e, our part of the universe exited the age of Aries and entered the age of Pieces at the time that mankind needed the radiation of the Piecian age most.

In the age of Aries, Light incarnated on earth the first time. In this age mankind received so many light messengers-- Moses, Elijah and etc. The impetueouse radiation of this age impelled mankind to seek the light. It gave them zeal, passion and the ability to conquer. But rather than concaring themselves or thier faults, mankind conquered each other. With the courageous radiation of the age of Aries, mankind became warlike, empires arouse. Mankind made great development in the fields war and bravery. Only a few, like the Jews, used the impetus of this radiation to seek the Light--God.

With the birth of Christ this part of the universe entered the age of Pieces. Pieces radiates unconditional Love and sacrifice. Christ who embodies this Love incarnated on earth at a time when the earth entered into the age of Pieces. The radiation of this Age of Pieces paved a path for Christ to incarnate on earth. In-order to help mankind who had made themselves to rash, warlike and brutal, God gave mankind a great help of love. This help is Jesus. The birth of Jesus intensified the loving radiation of Pieces because Jesus is Divine Love, and the age of Pieces radiates love. This radiation impelled mankind to be more gentle, and peaceful. In this age, Christianity was born which was supposed to be a religion of Love. Mankind saw the need for brotherhood; the old way of brutality gave way to the modern way of libration, and love. But most mankind did not adjust themselves the right way to this radiation; wrong adjustment to this radiation brings things like escapism, indulgence, weakness, and the escapism. This is part of the reason why their are so many drug addicts in this age; and the erroneous religeous belief that belivers(Born again Chritians) don't have to pay for their sins, this is a form of escapism. At this age Mohamed was also sent, with his message he taught the arabs love, the libration, and respect even for women. Hitherto to his coming arabs treated women like posessions. But hardly did he leave, than mankind turned his teaching into a religion. They overdid the respect he taught for women, they started covering women up, even to the extent of covering her completely, from hair to toe. This is wrong. Rather than changing, they adopted another form of enslaving women, and turned Muhameds teachings to the violent religion we have today. The pure message of Christ was also turned into a religion of escapisim, instead of a religion of Love.

Now are at the end of the age of Pieces and the beginning of the age of Aquarius. The coming of the Son of Man initiates the age of Aquarius. This is the age of purification of this part of the universe, with the water from the fountain--The Holy Grail. Aries is symbolized by fire or the impetuous ram, Pieces by the two fishes swimming peacefully in opposite directions, and Aquarius is symbolised by the water bearer -a powerful male figure puring water from a vessel. This male figure is the Son of man, the vessel is the Holy Grail, and the water being poured is the power from the Holy Grail that is being radiated into the Age of Aquarius. Although spiritually, the age of Aquarius had already been initiated a few decades ago. But it is my personal experiencing that 12/12 is the date that makes the beginning of this age physically. In this age mankind will experience predominantly the eratic radiations of Aquarius. This is a purifying radiation but it does not purify peacefully. In this age there will be earthquakes, tsunamis, tonados, and great fires in many places. Everything that is wrong on earth will be violently consumed in this purifying radiation of the age of Aquarius. Those who have adjusted themselves aright or those willing to live aright will receive the living water straight from the fountain of the water bearer- they will be given strength to make it though the purification. This is the age that was described pictorially in the revelation of John. Those who know about the erratic behaviour of some people born under the sign of Aquarius will get the idea of what I am trying to say; nature will become violently erratic. But all this will not happen in a day; each age takes approximately 2000 years to be completed.

Mankind had been warned of the coming of this age for a long time. The Mayans knew about it and recorded it. The ancient Egyptians, and so many ancient civilization knew about. It was also given to mankind through the Revelation of John. And so many individuals even up till now have been shown some of the terrible things that will happen in the age of Aquarius. I have personally seen many visions concerning this age. Almost every human spirit senses that something is amiss; but to some, this sensing is buried under the trivialities of modern everyday life. They can bearly percieve it. But everybody is subconsciously tensed.

That particular date 12/21/2012 may pass without any major event but it marks the physical conclusion of the age of Pieces and the beginning of the age of Aquarius.

Christianity EtcRe: Contradiction In Proverbs? Answering Fools by seeklove: 6:48am On Dec 03, 2009
SeanT21:
(26:4) Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Or you will also be like him.

(26:5) Answer a fool as his folly deserves, That he not be wise in his own eyes.

My christian brothers and sisters, help me please.

Abuzola, Don't start nonsense embarassed
@poster,

There is no contradiction between the two verses. One says:"Do not answer a fool according to his folly, " The other says:"Answer a fool as his folly deserves, "

To answer a fool as his folly deserves does not mean to answer a him/her according to his folly.

To answer one according to his folly is to reply to a fool in a foolish way. It means to condescend to his level, to become a fool too.

To answer a fool as he deserves could mean to explain his folly to him, to warn him or to chastise him for his folly.

I will give an example:
To answer a thief(a criminal) according to his crime, could mean to steal from him. To commit theft. To do the same thing that the criminal did.

To answer a thief as he deserves could mean to punish him for his crimes, ie put in him in jail. In a nut-shell give him the treatment he deserves.

Put togerther, the verse simply says: Dont become a fool or do foolish things in answering a fool, but give him what he deserves.

I will give another example
If a sombody insults you while conversing with him, dont insult him back. Insulting him back is like answer him according to his folly.
But you can answer him by telling him to stick to the subject of the matter and refrain from insulting you. To make him see that what he did(insulting you) was wrong.

See you have answered him as his folly deserves but not acording to his folly.

I apologize for attacking you in the past, since I found you in here in the religion forum. In this forum we store no malice.
CelebritiesRe: Famous African-americans Of Igbo Descent. by seeklove: 12:27am On Nov 21, 2009
Hero:
You seem to be in the same boat in regard to having lost light of what this discussion was based on. I didn't say that 60% of AA were simply of Igbo descent but rather 60% of us are of majority Igbo descent. Majority so does not equate to being wholly so as it seems you are suggesting that I've stated. Common sense should tell you that in which evidence is telling you and most, if not all, of the LESS LIBERALIZED studies are showing that AA are in fact amongst the least tribally amalgamated groups slave descendants in the west.

We are believed to be majoritively made up of only 10 African ethnic groups, and out of them the Igbo were the most prominent in number followed by an Angolan ethnic group and then following not too distant in number behind them was a particular Senegabian group. After that, the numbers amongst the remaining groups were very small in comparison to the other three mentioned.

Your numbers are way off here. It was just over 12Million who were believed to have survived the journey to the Americas after having been sold off to the Europeans, though in total number nearly 3 times as many were actually sold off to them and out of that only 12Mill survived the journeys across the ocean. Now remember that that is 12Mill as a whole in which was brought to the AMERICAS and not just the US. Brazil and the Caribbean received by far the largest number of slaves.

Brazil alone received half of them at nearly 6.3Million, and the Caribbean Islands took in around 3.5Million; these numbers are far, far, far more than what the US took in. The US took in only an estimated total of 550,000 Africans while the remainder of the Americas took in the rest. Now one must ask why was it that the US despite its large swaths of land and need to develop it did they not import just as many Africans as Brazil and the Caribbean.

Well, it was because the Americans were extremely selective about which slaves they wanted, while the Caribbean and South American owners were not so selective in that they ran a system in where for the most part, your average slave would survive no longer than 10 years after getting off the slave ships and into the plantations. With such high death rates, they couldn't afford to be picky. The Americans ran a restoration and or preservation system, if you will, this system was designed to work the slaves just enough to get the job needed done done, though not so hard as to rapidly kill them off like the situation was like in the Caribbean and South America. This in the long run saved them money by allowing the small number of slaves they acquired to grow themselves.

Early in the process the Americans observed the slave population in the well established Caribbean and South American plantations and through this observation they made determining decisions on what particular Ethnic groups would work best in their North American environment and American slave system; they first started out with a tiny group of Angolans from 2 different ethnic distinctions, they started out with Angolans first because it was a group of about 35 Angolan slaves in which were first brought the American's first successfully establish settlement of James Town in about 1609 upon a Dutch ship, and Angolans were heavily numbered amongst those slaves who were settled in the Spanish settlement of Augustina in Florida started some 75 years prior to the foundering of James town.

In about 1610 major Ethnic rivalry broke out in the area in what is today South Eastern Nigeria and the area in were Senegal and Gambia now lye. Waring conflict generates war prisoners, and a mass of refugees and refugees are easy pickings for slave catching profiteers. By 1613 4 major slave ports were established along the bight of Biafria and Benin coastline and in time nearly 1/4 of all the surviving slaves to have been brought to the Americas would be exported out of this region, via the profiteering greed of very wealthy and power African priest known as Aros who ran the trading of slaves from the bush and battle fields into the hands of the Europeans with an Iron fist all along the West African coast.

The Igbo with their loosely unified governing structure and docile military uniformity made for apparent easy picking for the ruthless and very powerful Aros who earlier in the 1600's and lat 1500's had a fall out with the Aro over their (Igbo) trading/marketing operations along the coastal villages in which cut into the Aro's Profits. This situation led the Aro to use their influence within the coastal region to spread disastrous rumors about the Igbo marketeers in the region much the same way the Nazi's did with the Jews in Germany. This wasn't hard to do the Igbo case much like the German Jew case, in that their were already reverberating feelings about Igbo profiteering/high marketing presence in the region already amongst the Native ethnic groups to the areas, all it really took was a spark to set off the teetering volatile situation.

The Aro, set off that spark, and along with it provided the funds, weapons and guidance to eliminated the Igbo from the region, and push them all back into the hinterlands. Swaths of native ethnics turned on the Igbo in the region and began refusing to by their goods, and later this action lead to wide spread acts of actual physical violence against the Igbo community in the are, in which lead to retaliatory acts against coastal Ethics presiding in Igboland, then in little time full blown war broke out between the two lands, and the Europeans were right their to sign contracts with the Aro slime to bring in ship loads of Igbo captives to the newly established slave ports for big profits.

The European bargained off cannon and guns galore to coastal tribes who under the guidance of the Aro used them to Haul in loads of Igbo captives, and some others, like the Ibibio who aided the Igbo. The Portuguese were the first ones on the scene to take advantage of the freshly obtained slaves, they began hauling slaves out of the region first, taking them to mostly South America, though at the time there also was a high demand for new batches of slaves in Haiti and so the Portuguese took swathes of them their as well.

At around this same time the Americans began making their journey to the Caribbean to obtain better understanding of which slaves would work best for their system, and in observing these loads of freshly shipped in Igbo and learning about where they come from and skills they possess, along with fitness, they figured that they would be very ideal for their system. Some where bought their in Haiti and brought to the Virginia where their they were put to the test of the American system in which they passed with flying colors, and plans were soon put in place via connection with the Dutch to have loads more brought in in that they figured that they would use the Igbo as the keystone of their Agrarian and Urban development.

Thirdly, you are mistaking in regard to your country and ethnic group differentials, in that you are forgetting that at that time their were no nations as we now them today on the African continent. Igboland, for instance, at that time extended well into what is today Cameroon. Many Cameroonians are actually of full and or significant Igbo descent. Hundreds of thousands of Igbos actually live in Cameroon and are not descendants of Nigerian Igbos. They are the descendant of those Igbos who lived on the Cameroonian side of the line drawn up by the Europeans in Berlin when they began cutting the continent up into Colonies, and in the mids of this, native established nations like Igboland were intermittently cut in half.

One half of Igboland went to the Brits, and became part of their Nigerian Colony and the other went to the Germans and became part of their Cameroon Colony. This type of thing happened all over the continent, so you CAN NOT inject todays national borderlines in Africa in this discussion when speaking of were particular tribes were taken from, because where many of them are known to be primarily today is not the same as were they were primarily know to be from back then.

LOL. cheesy That is hilariously false information. I don't know where you got it from, but you need to throw whatever source it did come from in the trash, TODAY!!. cheesy Nearly 20% came from out of the bight of Biafra alone my friend, most were Igbo though not all; many Ibibio, Kalabari, Efik and others in time were also taken. Now that's just that regional area; the Delta area and the western ports have not been included. In total over 1/3 and nearly 2/5 of all slaves taken to the Americas actually came from NIGERIA alone. Then and still to this day Nigeria had and still maintains the largest population on the continent by far, and as we all know, the rule of marketing is balanced on the laws of supply and demand. The Americas needed alot of slaves and the current Nigerian regional ethnic groups had a alot of people. So where do you think the Europeans would naturally go to most often to mean their demands? This aint rocket science folks. cheesy

Brazil took in over 6.3 Mill slaves and it's Afro population has been historically known to be heavily influenced by Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and other Nigerian ethnic customs. How do you think this has become to be. Well, it is so because of that 6.3 Mill slaves taken there over 3Mill are believed to have come from Nigeria. Why do you think the presence of Igbo customs in Haiti are so prevalent? It's because hundreds of thousands of Igbo were taken there. Why is it that it is the Igbos presence here in the US that can be most easily traced and seen today?

It's because just less than 2/3 of the slaves brought here were Igbo. Now remember that only about 550,000 slaves were ever brought here, so 2/3 is only about 183,300 Igbo. Brazil and Haiti took in multiple times that amount a piece.
This is both historically, and scientifically valid. Thank you very much.

PoliticsRe: Reps Tackle China Over Killing Of 30 Nigerians by seeklove: 10:59pm On Oct 22, 2009
I think sean should ban seanT21. This is serious! Spreading wickedness in a forum like this can instigate people to commit hate crimes.
In her post she made it clear that she thinks that anybody who is illegal deserves whatever(including death) he/ she gets. This is a hate statement which I am sure she cannot say in America about American citizens without being arrested.
It is a crime to make a hate speeches! By your judgement, anybody(maybe only Nigerians) who comits a crime deserves to be killed. But you have committed many crimes in Niaraland by making hate speeches and insulting people.

You asked what Charles Taylor living Nigerian has to do with your post. Here is my ansewer: Charles Taylor is one of the most barbaric persons that has ever lived in this world. Why are you not clamouring for Nigeria to kill Charles Taylor? How about prince johnson who is today a senator in Liberia? He is better than the illegal Nigerians in China? I know for sure that Nigeria is far better and more civiliced than Liberia, Prince Johnson is not better than those illegal Nigerians in China. Why didn't Liberia Kill Prince Johnson? The day they did a documentary about Liberian civil war on the TV here in America, next day at work I was so ashamed of having Liberia as part of Africa. My co-workers talked about it for more than a month. Watch the movie "Lord of War" the dictator in that movie, his character is based on Charles Taylor. In as much as I try not to be prejudiced, a friend of mine always tell me that Charles Taylor is not far from the average Liberian. They are known for inhuman wickedness. Your character has shown me that my friend may be very correct.

The problem with Nigeria is that whenever a Nigerian does something, wether right or wrong; fellow Nigerians will bash him and use the opportunity to bash Nigeria. There is no country in the world where illegal immigration is punished by death. The world is not that wicked yet! It is not a law in China to punish illegal immigration by death. If China tries to kill Nigerian for migrating illegally this is very wrong and it is both racism and inhumane.

I have seen many illegal Chinese here in America. They also do allot of marriage by contract, which is a crime. It is like cheating the INS. I remember a Chinese classmet of mine who was an international student asked a Nigerian friend of mine to marry her just because the Nigerian is an American citizen.

Hate yourself, Nigeria and your country as much as you like. It is wrong to execute anyboy for illegal immigration. People can become illegal by mistake. Some people forget the date their visa expired. You don't kill them for that. There are thousands of illegal immigrants in America, nobody in America will ever think of killing them. Let China try and kill an American illegal immigrant.

Even if they are suspected of drug trafficking(which I don't condone), they deserve a fair trial. If it here in America, if they cant afford lawyers, the government will go as far as providing with Public defendants(Lawyers).

No matter how bad Nigerian and Nigeria is. Nigerians are humanbeings who still deserve to be treated with civility. The law see people as in divduals not as Nigerians or blacks.

This is why we Nigerian we never get respect. We are too quick to criticize our people and our country.

If that WICKED slowpoke who calls herself seanT21, can be proud of Liberia, why cant we be proud of Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Reps Tackle China Over Killing Of 30 Nigerians by seeklove: 4:28am On Oct 22, 2009

NO, Its not. if U go to a foreign land without any papers and U know darn well that it is wrong then U deserve anything that comes your way. How many times have Nigerians been warned to not go to China illegally. There are many stories of how illegals get treated over there but they still go anyway. Why should I have compassion on people who neglects the law of a nation
This is the height of wickedness! How can a woman open her mouth say something as heartless as this! This is somebody who probably is illegal in America. Not to mention that there are thousands of Liberians illegal all over the world. Most of them are in political asylum because of their civil war. I am sure you are either a sister to Price johnson or Charles Taylor who by the sort asylum in Nigeria. Tell me, is this the right way to enter a country? Asylum?

abeg, shut up there, In Nigeria don't little kids(boys) share beds with people they don't know when there's only one room, so what makes it different in America, Is it because you travelled to America and let the Americans brainwash you. Since when did sharing your bed with a sick boy who had cancer become immoral for christ's sake, It's because of dirty minded people like you that think about sex immediately you hear a boy shared a bed with a man, please get your facts right before saying things that make no sense and go and cleanse your dirty mind.
Thank you. I will not condescend to your level. I made it it clear in my post that I am not saying he is a paedophile. But judging from your post I guess you don't know what "paedophile" means. In my post I never mentioned sex. I never said micheal has sex with the boys. I only said that in the western culture it is highly inappropriate for a man to sleep with young boys especially boys not related to him. For micheal who is an American not to know what is inappropriate in his society shows that he is delusional.

You mentioned Nigeria, but you forgot that there is a thing called cultural differences. There things that is acceptable in American culture that you dare not do in Nigeria, and vice verse.

In America you can see your senior(even your boss, parents and etc) in the morning and say "how are you doing John?" But go and try it in Nigeria. Wake in the morning and say "how are doing John?" to your father instead of "good morning sir." Try it with your teachers in school and see what happens.

It not a matter of brainwashing, its not even a matter of sex, it is a matter of accepted norms of a society. One who does not recognise the accepted norms of the society he grew up in is delusional.

My dear it is you who have to get sex off your mind. I never mentioned sex in my post. The fact that you attributed sex to it says a lot about you.

Now who is dirty minded

Happy cheers.

I am sick and tired of michael jacksons selfishness. He thinks the whole world revolves around him. I respect him for his talent but I have zerro respect for his character and behaviour. Even if those things he said are true, still none of them compares to michaels wirdness. A grown man who share his bed his little boys is definitely not the best character on earth. I am not saying that he is a paedophile, but the fact that he thinks that there was noting wrong in sleeping with little boys shows how wired and out of touch with reality he is.

How can he call his sister a tomboy, yet he cries when people call him a sisi.

However I am not sure that he said those things so lets give the benefit of doubt.

Prince is already showing signs of vitiligo via his hands, neck and face. I'm not his doctor but the thing is clearly obvious. . . . . as it was with Michael but people didn't understand better at the time.

To the person who said "Are black people capable of producing white children?" Absolute tosh. Is Prince's mother not white? Is Mariah Carey's mother not black? People seriously need to get informed.
This is exactly what I have been saying. People say all sorts of things about Micheal because of ignorance and jealousy.  There are people who even still doubt that Micheal has vitiligo, they claim he is only trying to be white. Even his doctors came to his defence about his vitiligo yet some nairalanders still doubt.  Some people claim not to see vitiligo on the boys neck. Jealously and ignorance can make one very blind.

So if a 10yr old dies in America they will be jubilating? I thought it was us Africans that celebrate when "very old" people dies? Are you sure you know well the American culture you referenced?
My friend. Its not only in America but in all civilized world. If you are Joe Jackson at 80 years old, and you go to psychologist to advice you on how to handle the loss of your 50yrs old son who was the greatest star ever lived. What would the psychologist tell you?

Will he tell you to stay at home morning and crying or
will he tell you to celebrate micheals life, and go about following your hobby like promoting music?

Tell me Mr. smarty pants which one of the above advices makes more sense? Joe is an 80 yrs old man, how would his mourning and crying bring micheal back? Micheal was the most successful musician ever lived, why wouldn't his father, (who had a hand in his making) celebrate his life?

Must everybody react like some Nigerians who must scream loudly, cry publicly and pull their hairs out when a loved one dies?

sleek_p:
Are black people capable of producing white children?
You see how unintelligent you are. By your analogy white people are capable of producing only white kids. Answer my question: Is their mother(Debbie Rowe) not white? If she is white then why do you expect her kids to be other than white when you claimed that white people cannot produce black kids and black people cannot produce white kids. I guess Mariah Carie dosent have a black parent because by your analogy black people are not capable of producing white kids.

But I have more questions for you Mr. smarty pants: Who told you those kids are white? What is the definition of a white man as opposed to a black man? How does one identify ones race in America? What is race?

Please I need you to conclusively prove to me, white scientific evidences, that Micheal Jacksons kids are pure white.

Mr smarty pants!

My friend shut up.
You dont understand American culture. It is not all people that pretend to cry when sombody dies. That is Nigerian culture of dishonesty. In America some people even celebrate when a loved one dies. It is thier own way of dealing with sorrow.

MJ's father was a good man. He always stood by Micheal even during the molestation aligation.

I agree with justcool, and I wish to use this opportunity to warn people. Doctors never really explain to people what the procedure of in-vitro fertilization involves. I have a friend who for a long time now has been in a serious problem over his ex-girlfriend on the issue of embryos remaining after their first attempt at IVF.

Many embryos die in the process. This is what they dont always tell you when you are about to do IVF. Even the description of the process in wikipedia smartly avoided certain things in the procedure like the unavoidable losing of embryos in the process.

My friend tried the precess with his ex girlfriend. After first attempt, they had eight embryos remaining in frozen state. The couple broke up and my friend refused to continue with the procedure. The fertility clinic sent them bills for the keeping the embryos, but my friend refused to pay. His ex-girlfriend tried to trick him into giving her the right over the remaining embryos, but he refused. To make a long story short. At the end, the girl sued both my friend and the clinic which was about to thaw the embryos. For the sake of the remaining eight embryos my friend allowed the clinic to inplant them in to the girlfriend one more time.  Only for the clinic to tell them that during the thawing of the embryos, they embryos all died. This is how the case was settled. They started with 20 embryos, out of which only 13 were good. The 7 bad ones were destroyed by the doctors. Out of the 13 that was remaining, 5 was implanted into the woman in their first trial but she had a miscarriage. The remaining eight that was frozen did not survive thaw, according to the clinic the embrayos had no surviving cells, and cannot be used.

Invitro fertilization always involves losing or death of embryos. Clinics dont always tell people this. Even the collection of eggs from the woman is not as simple as they make it appear. Justcool is right, the woman has to be placed on drugs first before she can produce eggs that will be surgicaly removed. Natural pregnancy alone is had on the behavoir of women, but women on invitro are almost crazy, My friends girlfriend later confinded in me that it could be the affects of the drugs that made her act crazy, and why they broke up.

Doctors do not tell you that there will be bad embryos wich will be destroied, they dont tell you that the proceess off frezing and thowing an embrayo kills it.  Only some websites are truthfull anough to tell you this.

If you think that I am lying read this:

Will all the embryos survive the thaw?

How well embryos survive the thaw depends upon the freezing and thawing protocols used and the quality of the embryos before freezing.  Embryos graded higher before freezing tend to be more resilient to freezing and thawing.  Many clinics will not freeze embryos unless they are of suitable quality. On Day 3, they should have at least 6 cells, and no more than moderate (20-25%) fragmentation, or they are unlikely to survive the procedure.  Typical embryo thaw rates vary from 50-80%, with many labs achieving >70% routinely.  It is important to ask about the thaw rates at the clinic you will be using.

After thawing, embryos are evaluated.  Some will have no surviving cells.  These embryos are called “atretic.”  Others will be partial survivors, with some cell damage.  Large numbers of embryos fall into this category.  The damage may be minor or extensive.  Though subsequent pregnancy rates do have an inversely proportionate relationship with the extent of damage suffered, these embryos are still capable of resulting in a live birth, and often recover.  This was dramatically demonstrated with the very first live birth after a frozen embryo transfer, which occurred in Australia in 1984.  The embryo was frozen with 8 cells, but 2 cells were destroyed during freezing/thawing.  It was transferred with 6 cells, survived, implanted, and eventually proved to the world that successful human embryo cryopreservation was possible. Since then countless children have been born thanks to this procedure, often after the transfer of embryos that have experienced some degree of cell damage.

The very best quality embryos are those that survive with 100% of their cells intact.  It has been suggested that these embryos are essentially as viable as if they had never been frozen, but fewer embryos tend to fall into this category.

Embryos with an even number of cells seem to have an edge over embryos with an odd number of cells; they survive freezing at apx. 5-10% higher rates.  Embryos created with donor eggs seem to freeze better than embryos of the same grade created with infertility patient’s eggs; apx. 2-5% more of them survive freezing.

Survival rates may also be affected by the stage of development at which the embryo was frozen.  There is some evidence that embryos frozen at earlier stages of development survive freezing better, perhaps because they are simpler in structure and still have an intact nuclear membrane.  (For this reason, if there are a very large number of good quality embryos, a portion may be frozen at the 2PN stage, and a portion incubated to produce 8-cells or blastocysts for transfer.)  However, it is also postulated that blastocysts may survive better because they have more cells, and therefore can recoup easier from the loss of some of them.  In practice, this is a variable that may be lab-dependent, since there are a number of variations to the protocols used for freezing and thawing.  What is most relevant is what your clinic has found works for them.

Even in the above scripture that you qouted, it shows clearly that those who beleive in him shall not perish. Therefore what is nesscary is to believe in him which means to believe His words. I dont see where it says that only those that believe in Crucifation as having payed for thier sins will have eternal life.

The emphasis is on "believeth in him" . To believe in His words and live acordinly.

If I tell you to beleieve in me.  Am I telling you to believe in my Crucification or am I telling you to believe in my words? Please answer!

This davilan is a very funny guy. We ask for you to show us where Jesus said that his crucification is paying for the sins of the world, you could not give such scripture.

You keep quoting scriptures that are irrelivant and giving them the usual interpretations that pastors give. The Truth is that the scriptures you quoted did say that Jesus's crucifications had payed for the sins of the world.

Lets look at that scripture in another Bible Transaltion

"because this is my blood of the new covenant that is being poured out for many people for the forgiveness of sins."

International Standard Version (©2008)

You see, it was King James version which Davilan quoted, that gave a misleading translation.
Of course you can see that in the international Standard Version it says "is being poured out" which is present tense. Remember at this point Jesus has not been crucified. If He was talking about the future would He use present tense? This shows you that He was talking about His words, the Truth which he brought to the world, which He was giving the world at that time. The blood being poured out is his word or the Truth which was being(present tense) poured out by his speeches.
I agree with the above, depending on the transaltion you read, Jesus was speaking in the present tense. He could not be talking about His crucification which happened in the future.

That again is FALSE theology i'm sorry. Christ didnt mean that "eating his flesh and drinking his blood" simply meant to abide in him. How do we abide in him if we are not saved by the blood in the first place?  undecided That is what that verse was saying . . . those who are saved by the power of His death and resurrection ABIDE IN HIM . . . not the other way round.

Again stop twisting scripture, this is simple.
Again you are not making any sense. If eating His flesh and drinking His blood is not ment metaphorically, then why are you not eating Jesus flesh and drinking His blood. If it is literaly His blood that brings salvation, why didnt the apostles drink His blood. Why didnt they eat his body after they took him down from the cross? Are you telling me that He was encouraging them to be canibals?

davidylan:
John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
Dude whats your level of education? Havent you ever heard of metaphor. To lift somthing up does not mean to crucifiy that thing.
To lift somthing up is a metaphor for saying to  make it known or to glorify it.  Moses lifted up a snake to seen by believers, he did not crucify the snake. The same way shall the son of man be lifted up(Make known to the world, glorify, or put on a pedestal) so that the world could see Him.
I dont know where you see crucification paying for the sins of the world in this clear scripture.
Dude open your eyes. Dont see through the eyes of your pastors!!! Open your own eyes.

Lets backtrack to John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?

53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

Christ already explained that . . . so seeklove what's knew that you are yet to tell us?
This guy is Crazy
You just proved our point!!!!!! The scripture that you qoted above clearly shows that to eat His flesh or Drink His blood has nothing to do with his death on the cross.

"Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him."

I believe He was talking about the poeple that beleieve in HIm or dwell in Him not his death on the cross!!!!!. Besides, that scripture never said that He will be crucified to pay for the sins of the world.

You just succinctly described yourself here to be honest.

Hebrews 9: 11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;

12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:

14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

18 Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.

Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

John 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep

Revelations 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Matthew 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Let me stop here . . . but of course we could always read more verses. I cant imagine how people can be SO BLIND to such a glaring truth of the bible. But then the same bible talks of strong delusions at the endtime that they shld believe a lie.

This again is false . . .

Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Even the OT Jews knew that they had to go to Jerusalem EVERY YEAR to offer a burnt offering (shedding of blood) for the remission of sins. They werent banking on bogus and nebulous stuff like "truth".

Again this is heretical teaching very much reminiscent of the new age emergent church teachings we have today. We CANNOT BY OURSELVES avoid sin . . .

Salvation is through the blood of Jesus (the bible says it) . . . and it is ONLY when you are saved that you obtain the power of the Holy Ghost to avoid sin. We are by nature children of wrath.
None of these said that Jesus payed for the sins of the world by his crucification.

Matthew 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.

27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;

28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

This scripture has been analysed in another thread, and I have researched on it. It said that this is my blood of the new testament that is given(not that shall be killed, crucified or spilled) for the remision of sins of many. The wine he offered as his blood reprented his words. This has nothing to do with Crucification.
