Which means Ekiti has been backward for a very long time & up till may 2018 no development only noise making, touting & area boys governance. I came to Ado from Abuja in May this year, that was the day the SDP candidate was campaigning. We came through those Okun land Kogi / Ekiti and all those Akoko towns finally to Ado passing through Afe Babalola University. I did not see any development just group of villages without any infrastructure. It was only Fajuyi park & the new bridge on the only modern road by my judgement that I saw at Ado.

I went to Efon, in fact, let me stop. The people are proud of being STUBBORN and that Fayose is a true EKITI son for displaying STUBBORNNESS. They are not interested in development, they are only interested in that inborn character. Ekiti native people, for how long will you continue like this? Thank God, Abacha separated you from Ondo. You called Ikere a small London, even in the 80s when Abriba (Ohafia) now in Abia was called small London, they had more structures than Ikere. All those villages - town Ise,Ido-Ile,erio, etc, when will they wake - up?

When you have an assignment please do it well.Ask that lady if she was residing in Ekiti during Fayemi's tenure.Oga you have to calm down oooo.saying Ekiti was seperated from Ondo is funny because we are known as EKITI KETE not ONDO KETE.all your ranting that Ekiti is a village just got me smiling.You know why?because it is still HOME where many of us do not joke with..as for progress,it is coming and it starts a few minutes from now.Saying our achievements is agidi is good because when you know what you want but can not stand by it especially when your son or father is involved,are you a man? I spent almost 30 minutes speaking with a student in EKSU this morning, from what she told me, I feel it will be unwise for people of Ekiti to vote in PDP.

She said though though, there are educated elites in Ekiti, (using her words) but they are so gullible to vote in Fayose as their governor. she father said the last four years has been a hell for civil servant in the state. it has not been so bad.
she kept complaining that the university has been battling one crisis or another since Fayose emerged as governor of the state.

please ask her if she was in EKSU or residing in Ekiti when fayemi was governor

Let me take Ekiti people down memory lane a little.

Governor Ayodele Fayose disgraced the Ewi of Ado Ekiti and did all he could to banish him to Kogi state.

The families of Attah of Ayede, the late Oba Adeleye Orisagbemi will never forget how their son was humiliated and maltreated by Governor Ayodele Fayose and this was even narrated by the same Lere Olayinka Aresa who is now the chief liar for Fayose today.

The families of late Tunde Omojola and the late Ayo Daramola will never forgive Governor Ayodele Fayose. If you recall, his media aide Lere Olayinka Aresa once narrated Fayoses involvement in the killings of those gentlemen.

A sitting Judge was also once slapped by Governor Ayodele Fayose.

It is time for Ekiti people to RECLAIM our land and restore her values.

I am not a politician but I am not blind.I was in Ekiti state during jkf's rule.And I keep saying it at every chance I get that God will punish him beyond is political career.When he came into power then,EKSU school fees doubled from 50k to 100k;there was no form of student union all thanks to him;when students organized themselves to protest,four of them were arrested and I never heard any update about them till this day;Ekiti was at its worst during his reign.The road from fajuyi to iworoko that he did is substandard needing repair barely a year after because there was no good drainage.fjk or is it jkf can not even relate to an ordinary Ekiti person.In the first place,can he even speak Ekiti or ordinary yoruba? always speaking English on radio that the people in the villages will not understand..few days before he was voted out,he started some quick and yeye projects,,,,,let me not even forget the fact that he used our state to borrow money that I do not know where he invested it.All the money he ruined on okeayaba(govt house)on expensive inferior and unnecessary luxurious decor...infact I do not want to write further all I know is jkf is a bad and corrupt robot who can not take a right decision and stand by it as a man.

if I meet her today,I will ask her if she is truely happy.when I get to her age,I want to look back and smile and tell myself that I made the right choices as a girl.
