Concluding part of interview and pics. No need to click that link tongue . . . . . .

PEOPLE’S REACTION
To be honest, it’s the reaction of people that makes me want to keep doing this. Nigerian’s all over the world have shown me a lot of support and keep telling me how much they like my videos and performances. I really didn’t expect this much support and admiration to be honest, so it came as a surprise to me. I hope that they will continue to support me because I don’t do it for the money, I don’t do it for the fame, I do it for my fans.

I have always been a very outgoing person who enjoys being the center of attention so my first performance wasn’t as bad as I expected. I was full of confidence because of the hype I got from the people backstage, especially Aki and Paw Paw.

With regards to fans, the majority has been Nigerians who are based abroad, with only some in Nigeria, but I hope to improve on that now that I have moved back here for good. About girls, no comments…

PEOPLE THAT MOTIVATE HIM
There are a few people that motivate me in the entertainment industry. Aki and Paw Paw, AY, I go die, and Odemwengie. These are all humble Nigerian celebrities that have caught the hearts of Nigerians all over the world. People love them because they give 110% in everything they do. They represent their country in the best possible light and this is my goal. Whatever I do, I want to be able to represent Nigeria in the best way possible.

OBSTACLES
For me, I don’t see things as obstacles, but rather as stepping-stones. I always look at the positive side of things. If there is any problem I have been facing, it about balancing my time between my business career and my entertainment career, but so far I have been able to balance the two.

TAKE ON NIGERIAN ENTERTAINMENT
I love the entertainment industry in Nigeria, from the music to the films, to the comedies. I was talking to someone the other day about how Nigerians are the most talented people in the world, not just in the entertainment industry but in almost everything.

FUTURE PLANS
My plan right now is to increase my popularity and followership both here and abroad. Since I came back this January from London, I have only performed once here in Nigeria, but I hope that I can perform in many more shows. I have been getting a lot of offers and I hope that I will be able to honor all.

Dull Journalist! Should have asked the father if they the parents have had any input in her music particularly with her yoruba lingo & expressions cos some of her lyrics are just too conc & deep, an example being ''awe''. I doubt someone so urban and young go sabi language reach like that.

Why do you still ride on motorcycle despite your daughter’s standing in the society?
Life is easier when you decide to take it easy. I have always to live in the midst of people. So, sometimes, I would park my car and ride on bike. That is no big deal.
You can't teach an old dog new tricks. The man don dey do am tey tey and e don master am for body. Reminds me of an uncle who has two cars but prefers to bus and ride okadas grin grin

Music/Radio › Re: “i Used To Be Angry With Jeremiah Gyang” - Sgt-plus by semid4lyfe(m): 4:46pm On Feb 01, 2011
It was wrong for Jeremiah Gyang to exploit a song he was paid to produce and go behind the artiste's back to record his own version/

I expect something like this from Terry-G, K Solo, ID Cabasa et al and not from someone like him. In fact, Sgt Plus is right. . .this calls Jeremiah Gyang's character and integrity into question. Jerry fall my hand well well with wetin im do and I don dey lose my respect for am. I aslo thought the guy was a born again christian and gospel artist abi na? undecided embarassed

Still, I gats agree with Tosin. . . .Without Jeremiah Gyang's chorus, the song would have been wack & not become a hit IMO. Even at that, I prefer Jeremiah Gyang's version with Skales to the version by Sgt Plus with Jeremiah Gyang.

PS: Sgt Plus made it sound like Jeremiah Gyang did many remixes of the song. Is there any other version of the song apart from the original by Sgt Plus ft Jeremiah Gyang and the version/remix by Jeremiah Gyang ft Skales? huh
Phones › Re: Hurray Glo Modem Now #5000 by semid4lyfe(m): 2:09pm On Feb 01, 2011
There is a big difference between using a modem to browse and phone as modem to browse with pc.

You get faster browsing and downloading speeds with a modem (even if it's a 3.6mbps modem) . .at least that what's I've experienced using a N95 before and now using a fastlink modem. Also using your phone as modem makes it very hot, weakens it and affects it's strength & durability. If you're using joikuspot or bluetooth, your phone may occasionally switch OFF by itsef too.

Guy, leave story and go get a modem jare wink

Good away results from Enyimba and Kano Pillars. The next round of matches will be tougher and with better teams.

I hope they both make it into the money spinning group stage

Meanwhile, I don't like the fact that Kano Pillars has appointed Ladan Bosso as coach. I actually feel his is a minus for them. Kadiri Ikhana would have been a better choice IMO undecided

12large1: i have investigated everything checked every usa website, kenyan website the same with iran and there is nothing like obama cup this month. which kind of nonsense is this how can they just fool everybody like dat. even the stadium website don't have nothing on this so called tornament. anyway i can't blame nff they are trying lets give them time but remember there is no obama cup this month
Your investigation indeed as if this story has not been in the news for a while tongue .At least, you for credit the place wey you hear am or read about am.

http://www.tribune.com.ng/sun/index.php/sports/3037-shocker-eagles-obama-cup-may-be-a-fraud

THERE are strong indications that the much talked about The United States’ President Day Celebrations Soccer Invitational Tournament tagged “Obama Cup” may afterall be a fraud.

Super Eagles of Nigeria, according to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), is expected to participate in the Invitational Soccer Tournament later in the year.

The championship was earlier scheduled to hold in July 2010 but was cancelled without any concrete reasons by the organisers.

However, a visit to the tournament website; www.greensoccerbowl.com by Sunday Tribunesports  showed nothing to the effect that a tournament of such magnitude, will hold.

The only page on the site indicated that Iraq , Kenya , Poland , Lebanon , Nigeria , Mexico , Bosnia and Herzegovina will participate in a tournament without the host country, the United States of America giving no further details.

It was also observed on the site that the contact details of the organiser, Pius Okeh was not included or telephone numbers of the others involved in the organisation of the Invitational Soccer Tournament.

To further confirm its findings, Sunday Tribunesports’ visit to one of the venues earmarked for the match, Cotton Bowl Stadium, has nothing on the tournament listed on its site but an international friendly involving USA against Italy was mentioned.

Sunday Tribunesports investigation on the site of United States Football Federation, USFF.com has no information on the Obama Cup.

The Obama Cup was not also listed on the site of the  Kenya Football Association indicating that the East Africans are not aware of such a tournament.

Sunday Tribunesports’ telephone call to some Nigerians in Dallas and Detroit, venues of the tournament, showed that there was no such tournament in the pipeline as those who spoke with said they had not heard about it and that the news was not in the US media, adding  that there was no awareness campaign going on about the said Obama Cup.

The Nigerians in the United States of America thus advised the NFF to be careful of whom they deal with in this situation so that the country’s name would not be tarnished and the Super Eagles embarrassed.
Won't be surprised if the tournament is for real and does take place cos some "bad-belle" journalists also reported the Guetamala friendly match in USA was false until the NFF came out strongly with documented evidence to refute the reports. NFF has been involved with so many botched friendlies that Nigerians, particularly the press have become cynical about any friendly, lol

Lets give the NFF the benefit of the doubt and wait till February 9 and 11 for the Guetamala friendly and Obama cup respectively.
