God gave them Nentawe, a man full of ideas, but because of the party, they chose Barsabas.

Exactly because they hate the liberal nature of lalong who preferred to treat both indigenes and none indigenes,Muslims and Christians alike rather than the combative pattern of lalong.unfortunately, muftwang is liberal like lalong but very incompetent.i believe nentawe was rigged out in mangu and Jos north
Politics / Political Betrayal: Is Governor Obaseki The Tambuwal Of The south by senatordave1(m): 1:27pm On Mar 31
Senator Tambuwal the Fulani aristocrat and ex governor of sokoto is adept at political betrayal of his benefactors.he betrayed his hirst godfather sen abdullahi wali in 2003 by decamping to anpp.he then betrayed bafarawa by leaving him for wamakko.in 2015,wamakko at the instance of tinubu reluctantly gave tambuwal the guber ticket but in 2018,he left to pdp and contested the primaries and lost despite being supported heavily by wike.in 2022 primaries, rather than supporting wike for his support 4 years earlier,he chose to support atiku.he initially promised to give the pdp ticket to hon manir Dan iya which made him decamp with him to pdp but he betrayed him and gave the ticket to an unknown lackey called saidu umar.he then gave him a suicide ticket to meet the great wamakko.
In 2011,hon Femi gbajabiamila risked all to support him for speaker and when Femi needed his support in 2015,he typically backstabbed him....he promised senator danbaba that he won't contest for senate if he follows him to pdp but reneged as usual...

Oshiomhole despite having a plethora of loyal and capable men in odubu his deputy, pastor iyamu,Barr osarodion ogie, hon obahiagbon,Samson osagie, hon idahosa chose an unknown obaseki who betrayed him by masterminding his removal as APC chairman.despite shuaibu standing with him against oshiomhole his master,he has also betrayed him.before wike gave him the pdp ticket,he agreed to side with the wike camp and share power 50/50 and that wike camp will produce his successor.voila, promises broken.

I agree but shuaibu is also strong.if he isn't strong, why would oshio nominate him as obaseki running mate or beg him to abandon obaseki in 2020? He was the one that taught obaseki those rugged tactics that prevented his impeachment...
When shuaibu and oshio we're in one party,APC usually win Edo north by at least 50k votes but in 2020,they won by 20,000.that tells you shuaibu has influence and supporters

Atiku won the core north.

Tinubu followed distantly behind because of APC structure and because of APC candidates whose Senatorial and Reps seats were tied to APC’s success.

Nothing Tinubu got in the North was because of the love the north has for him or because he’s Yoruba.

You have nothing to say so you now resort to lies and falsehood.if you don't have what to say,you keep quiet.you have now added a new meaning to "distantly" because of your hatred for Tinubu.atiku won the core north narrowly by 150,000 votes and tinubu followed him closely not distantly mr.it is pitobi that followed distantly.remember I consistently told you that tinubu will win the north and core north narrowly or lose narrowly.nobody was getting any buhari like margin in the north.atiku won NE narrowly while tinubu won NW narrowly.lie number one destroyed.

The major reason tinubu did well in the core north is not because of party structure sir.dont forget pdp has been entrenched in the north since 1999 while apc just came in recently.if it was party structure, gej and obj would have done well there.tinubu would have done well in Se also .atiku would have done well there in 2019.atiku would have also matched obi in Se SS afterall pdp is the dominant party there. it was simply because of his religion, his mm ticket, his long term alliances with the north.party structure helped but not as much as those factors.take away those factors and tinubu fails woefully.replace tinubu with amechi or osibanjo and see obi like votes...
The core north just like other Nigerian voters are predictable but you failed to see this.the core north mainly vote based on ethno religious factors right from 1960.they followed NPC because of ahmadu bello.despite the antecedents of zik and awo, they followed an unknown shagari.they voted abiola because of mm ticket and because their leader shehu yaradua told them to.despite pdp strength, buhari consistently won the core north.it is never about party but northern interests.
Yes they may not like tinubu but they don't like atiku either.while they like atiku because he's their son, they like the mm ticket of tinubu so they shared the votes.
Anytime any day, tinubu will slaughter obi up north

Lol!

What the north had against Obi was the lie that he deported northerners when he was governor in Anambra and made the rest wear tags.

Secondly, the fact he visited so many churches during campaign period and made that “church takeover your country” statement you lots exploited and used it as propaganda against him in the north as to portray him as anti-Islam.

And then ultimately that he’s an Igbo man.

But with him building boreholes inside mosque 🕌.

Breaking fasts with Muslims and other donations, the biases the north had against him is bound to drop to a great extent.

And for constructing boreholes inside mosques 🕌, it will be almost be difficult for Imams to preach against him like the did in the past.

You know these things but, as always, you would prefer to lie to yourself.

Oga,you are the one deceiving yourself as usual.yiu have failed to see reality as usual because of your hatred for Tinubu and apc but you need to outgrow it.the north will always vote a SWesterner over a southeasterner.no matter what obi does,he will fail woefully in the north esp against a Muslim.maybe if he converts,he can get some votes.
When I predicted tinubu to bury obi in core north, did you see me bring any infantile reasons? Tinubu has entrenched himself in the north since 1999 and you think obi will do same in 4 years, something even gej failed to do?

After seeing the serious inroads that Peter Obi is making into the core Muslim north, Bulaba has decided to try to measure up by bribing northern Muslims with subsidized Hajj.

Or tell me why an administration that claims it wants to implement the Orosanya Report would still be subsidizing Hajj whilst that report recommended that government should stop funding both Muslim and Christian Pilgrimages.

Fear don catch Emilokan while his supporters are on Nairaland living in fools paradise 😏

Which inroads? Even if fuel is 200k,the north will always vote tinubu above pitobi kid

The Senate President has stated he is joining them and that's final. Why are they now calling him back after he threatened a Court action because they know they are foul of the law.

It is clear from the foregoing in Melaye v Speaker, House of Reps that his suspension can never stand. Was he referred to the Senate's Ethics and Privileges Committee?

Was his case taken to the OAGF who will institute investigation to try crimes?

The answers to all these is NO.... If they go further, they will embarrass themselves so all we are saying in essence is Ningi will join the Senate once they resume.

Oga,ningi was wrong.he was given a chance to defend himself and he failed.instead he abandoned the allegations and raised fresh issues.he indirectly admitted that he was wrong.therefore, his suspension is in order.ningi is on a voyage of foolery

And their supporters will still not be ashamed.

All cases handled by Falana to even the Court of Appeal, where the Court held that no member can be suspended unless via a Court order.

One thing that is certain is that head or tail, Lagos is going to benefit massively from Tinubu’s government before he’s booted out in 2027.

This road in particular is very strategic and a good project.

When completed, it will massively reduce traffic on Lekki-Epe Expressway which will save travel time on the axis to a great length.

I can’t wait to drive through Ahmadu Bello Way to Orchid Road to Okun Ajah to Shoprite Road in Sangotedo and more.

Anybody who stays on the Island will be very happy about this project.

I just hate it that Umahi is working so hard to lower my hatred for Tinubu and his government with his many stellar performances🤦

Since you have little knowledge about Edo politics, you should have asked or made findings.it is actually tilting towards apc because they already have a senatorial district in it's kitty unlike pdp.pdp would have won Edo south but lp has made it difficult

True, pdp is strong in owan west and akoko Edo but with shuaibu and orbih out,APC should win comfortably there.apc is very strong in igueben so they may win narrowly there.i think APC has enough to deliver uhumnwonde and orhiomnwon this time around.
Ikpoba okha is the lga of ogie and he is on ground there,he should comfortably deliver.i don't know what to say about Egor but I'll give it to pdp/lp narrowly.i have corrected myself in esan north east,I thought it is the lga of asue.it is general knowledge that okpebholo is popular there esp uromi so APC should narrowly win.apc is very strong in esan south east of ighodalo but I'll still give it to Ighodalo alongside esan West.
