Even if I save 50% of my earnings for 50 years by the time I start spending it, it would not last more than 5 to 10 years because of the compound effect of our double-digit inflation.

You're welcome. Tell us something about yourself, please!

This is called a hallucination.

What they mean is that you can download files illegally over IRC. You know, I'd go for the Itunes option any day!

Our people are learning and moving forward. That's nice.

Why don't you share the web address of the free script you found with the rest of the forum? Thanks in advance.

If the patient did not explicitly ask for such 'help', I would see it as a murder. If the patient asked for such help, then it is assisted suicide.

Do you support murder of terminally ill patients? Do you support suicide of terminally ill patients? Those are the two separate questions you are actually asking and I would like to advice forumites to approach them separately.

The fact that the kiling is done by a doctor doesn't make a difference. What makes a difference is the consent of the person being mercifully killed.

Unless we know who you are, where you got the 1 million naira you want to give to the models, and why you need 6,000 naira from them, this will be presumed to be a scam.

Approaching 12,000 now, far beyond 2000!

Nferyn: thanks for showing them the light! Goodguy appears to be a very dishonest debater - twisting everything around - but nferyn has the intellect and energy to counter him on every point.

Ok, so who wants to ask me a simple question and get a simple answer?

Hmmm, I really can't help you there. It's usually not legal anyway, so why not get a credit card and go to the Itunes Music store to buy your favorite music at the rate of $1 per song? It's pretty cheap, you know, even by Nigerian standards.

You can check his profile for the email address.

Adsense is the best if you have a popular website and you have the willpower to restrain yourself from doing something stupid like asking people to generate dishonest clicks. If not, then don't bother because you won't last for a month before being banned.

However, it is not that easy to develop a popular website. Layi, can you give us examples of people who are earning a reasonable amount from adsense apart from nairaland?

I know a family that used to have house helps and it was always one problem or the other, which is what you would expect from children left by their parents to work in a strange home where the will to help them secure their future is not necessarily there. So they got wiser and started employing an adult - a married woman of about 40 years old - to do house-keeping for them during normal working hours (8am to 5pm).

They are very happy with the new arrangement and now they can sleep at night knowing that they are not using someone else's child in a questionable way. Apart from that, they have less problems because the woman is more mature than the 'house helps'.

roca: There are a lot of Americans and Europeans who are looking for ways to export their jobs to Nigeria so that they can get things done at cheaper prices. It is called outsourcing. Once are youths are trained and they learn how to advertise their skills online, they will get contract opportunities which will in time grow into full-time jobs. We even have a Nairaland member that currently does this.

So there is hope for Nigerian youths in this area if they acquire and market the right skills. Our youths also need to stop 419 and other online scams, or else western countries won't be able to trust Nigerian youths with any jobs.

larger_20: NEPA / PHCN is still under the control of the federal government. It has not been sold.

The problem with the OPC is that many of those same restless youths who occasionally venture into armed robbery have infiltrated the organization. So for every evil that they eliminate, they create more evil.

You can't disable your ISP's firewall. You can only work around it. Tell us what you'd like to do and we'll try to let you know how you can work around the firewall.

- We need private companies that can offer abundant and affordable power supply to those willing to pay.
- We need to have even cheaper and better Internet access so our youths can click online and acquire skills on the cheap.
- We need to equip and educate our youths to be able to bid for outsourced jobs that are currently going to India and other Asian countries.

Very happy for you, Igoh. What kind of job or business opportunities are available to graduates of this Health Information Management course in Nigeria?

This is the beginning of a long and dramatic political soap opera. Nigerians are adviced to relax and enjoy the show while it lasts! He is definitely going to jail and ther's nothing he can do about it.

Remember, he also jumped bail in the UK after being arrested, jailed and bailed. Governor Alameiyeseiga's older brother.

What if your nose becomes like that of Michael Jackson?
