What's the purpose of CSCS if you can't monitor your account constantly by yourself? ![]() |
40 kilobytes per second is equivalent to 320 kilobits per second. |
Hint: He means it as a joke. |
From the original article: Five children died after being treated with the experimental antibiotic and others showed signs of arthritis, although there is no evidence the drug played a part. Six children died while taking a comparison drug.Five children died after using the unapproved drug. Six died after using the approved drug. Sounds pretty inane. |
Nice one. Please keep us posted! |
Five children died after being treated with the experimental antibiotic and others showed signs of arthritis, although there is no evidence the drug played a part. Six children died while taking a comparison drug. While the death of 5 children is a terrible thing, the evidence does not suggest it was caused by the drug. The employees of Pfizer were arrested because the company did not respond to the court's summon. |
Hmmm. most companies probably won't accept this? |
Nope. |
If 12,000 children died during a meningitis epidemic, is it not meningitis that killed them? ![]() |
Even female US soldiers are regularly raped by their male counterparts. War is an evil thing. www.salon.com/news/feature/2007/03/07/women_in_military/ |
Calm down. All you need is an inverter. You can get one for between 14,000 naira and 30,000 naira. You might also want to get a 650Va generator for about 15,000 naira and buy fuel when you need the power. If all you need is light, use rechargeable lamps and candles. Good luck. You're not the only one facing this problem, so calm down my man. When you work hard and have lots of money, you can begin to change things. For now, just use a generator or inverter. |
Does it cover Sango Ota? |
Any updates on this show? Sounds like it might be a bit different from the usual. |
I was telling a friend of mine that I might have to move to Lagos to setup my video studio, even though I'm based in the sleepy town of Sango Ota. This is because every talented Nigerian seems to live and work in Lagos. Anything you need, you can find there. My friend reminded me that Lagos is a noisy town and the noise might interfere with my TV recordings, which is true. Which factor would you say is more important? Can I really convince talented Lagosians work in Sango Ota, or can I 'manage' the talents in my sleepy town? Which Nigerian city in particular would you choose for your studio, and why? What about the costs? |
Thanks! For movies, I think it's the video censors board: www.nfvcb.gov.ng/ For TV, I know about ITPAN but I don't know whether they register TV show titles. (For a web-only series, I guess one only needs to worry about the domain name.) |
Hello, I've been reluctant to name my projects out of fear that someone else will think the name I chose is cool and slap it on his project. What can one do to reserve the name of a movie or TV show that is still under development so one can start hyping it publicly? In Nigeria? Regards, Seun Osewa. |
I'm yet to figure out how those youtube video units work. I'll check them out. Sounds like an inferior adsense though. |
You have to register a domain name with an ISPIt's a big mistake to register your domain name with your ISP or web host. It will be held hostage if you try to leave them. instead, register it with a dedicated domain name registrar. |
That is why you should not pollute the thread with worthless posts. As for me, I'm looking for Thelma Duke. |
Who wants to produce a theme song for my sitcom? |
Love is not all that it's imagined to be, so please fall out of this love you're in. |
@Adeolu2000: Please do; some of us might just be in the mood to buy our first television sets. |
Jesus was not an African, if that's what you're asking. If you care about that, you should acquire an African religion. |
In this case, public education is the responsibility of the government (public sector), and that cannot be changed.Fortunately for Nigeria, you're wrong. The status quo can be changed. The government can turn the universities into public corporations and sell shares to the general public. I'm dying to buy shares in UNILAG PLC. ![]() |
so who wants to marry me? |
Thanks, guys & gal. |
Tell us more about it. I'm desperate for broadband right now. |
uf4oma:I think gumtree blocks all Nigerian traffic. Craigslist used to do that too. It's because of those scammers. |
Interesting. Moved to advert section. |
There are lots of white people in South Africa. Most of the 'tourists' may be related to them? |
