I think Gaara is by far the coolest good Naruto character.  I love him.  So powerful, yet he just stands at a spot directing his empire sand.  And the desert coffin, so cool the way he clenches his fist and his unsuspecting opponent is crushed to death.  He just stands in one spot and creates a storm!

And there's Jiraiya.  When he shows up, you're safe.  But he is obsessed with frogs.  Any small thing, he brings out a frog.  Or a frog stomach.  Argh!  And of course he's also obsessed with women, and I wonder if he draws power from it somehow.  Kakashi is almost like that but what's with this habit sleeping off for weeks after using his meeting Itachi?

As for Great Aunt Tsunade, all I'll say is "respect".  The new Sakura, "respect!"  Sasuke, "you're ugly".  Naruto, "your way of the ninja is so touching and cute though we know you will be nothing without Kyuubi".  Fourth Hokage, how did you manage to become so strong and can Naruto learn some of that?  Orochimaru.  *Shivers* "you're the coolest and unfortunately the baddest".

When you give up an industry to government control (like oil), you end up with a situation where anyone that doesn't have friends in high places won't be able to do business in that industry, and I don't want that for the computer software industry so small boys can continue chopping.

No, the government can only act as a catalyst and nothing more. Government does not have all the money. The little money they have is tied up in a lot of under-funded projects like education, prison reforms, salaries for civil servants, national security, et cetera. The rest is in our hands, and all government has to do is get out of the way and let us, the entrepreneurs, do what we do best.

One way to get a lot of posts is to engage in prolonged arguments!

I think what we are saying is that when a woman says "I want to achieve this", men should be able to support her instead of discouraging her just because she happens to be a woman. If she says, "I want to be president" and people say "no", let it not be just because she's a woman. Let her not be mistreated or denied or repressed or opposed just because she happens to be a woman.
