Please for Heaven's sake, If she is not at ease with the fact that you are investing, let her be and don t bother yourself about her because when the investment materializes , she will be the first to come running back.

It is a popular opinion that guys are created , brought up and known to go after the girls of their desire and win them over but it might not actually be the same story the other way round (i.e girls going after the guys) except in very few instances.
Among the girls/ladies/women, There are two major school of thought when this issue is being discussed probably among the feminie gender.

It was early morning of October 1st 2006 , President Obasanjo was scheduled to commission the Ultra modern fast tube rail line linking the east to the west and north. Kema Chikwe: Oh Foolish old man, He must have tried kissing Agbani and the girl must have given him the dirty slap. serves him right!

OBJ: Orji Uzor Kalu must have done the kissing and the girl (Agbani) thought it was me, the girl sef no dey get respect for elders ooooooooo!

Agbani Darego: This old man must be so stupid to have kissed his minister even in a train,The slap serves him right, but this woman (Chikwe) definitely has her job on the line for that!

Orji Uzor Kalu: How I wish this train would pass through another tunnel so i would make another kiss sound and subsequently give the Old fool another dirty slap!

it seems you re getting it all wrong, I have never played the good guy .I am absolutely one and proud to say it. I was never outsmarted in anyway cos I 'm always out as soon as she begins to show the traces.

The major summary of the whole post is that ; Most men prefer the neat and presentable ladies over the beautiful but untidy ones.

A lot of times in the past when arguement about getting the good guys ensured, I have always queried some people's comments on why it is so difficult getting the good guys these days.
I have always been a good guy all along in my relationships but sincerely speaking , I now realise it s not the best way to go anymore when dealing with most ladies especially in this country. They will simply take you for granted and as a weakling irrespective of the type of girl she is.
I need not bother anybody with my experiences but  I have made up my mind to change gear and wouldnt mind turning into a really badddddd guy.

Please dont let anybody push you into spending too much in the set up of your cafe. I just set up mine 3 month ago with 10 systems(P4,512mb RAM) and extra 4 slots for personal laptops.
Everything costed me about N 780K.If you are more of an IT guy,I would advice you to set it up on your own as I did for myself as i can just put you through based on my own experience.
All this talk of millions will only end up discouraging you but if you would like to see for yourself ,call me on 08063900409 so I can give you d address of my cafe in New oko Oba.I beleive this will help you.

Your observation is very right but I must say you are ignorant or negligent of some fact about yourselves (Ladies).
Forget about the popular saying that a girl means Yes when she says No.
The bitter truth about your post is that hardly would you find a lady out there that has a guy who will not occassionally ask herself questions about the sincerity of the guy and a lot of guys have come to realise this.
Secondly,Most Ladies/Women are naturally created with minds that make them easily convincable.There abound several instances like yours but after several trials by the guy He wins. Guys are naturally created not to take a No for an answer not only on issues pertaining to women but on other issues also until he realises that such a girl might not be worth the chase.

How many times will I tell you it s not my site, I only stumbled on the site while searching for the list on google. You can check the sport section, I already have a tread on the list there before posting on this thread.

Sorry , My thread is not all about how to add value to my cafe cos I already know all of that, if not I would not have been able to double the income within 23 days.
I hope you know there s a difference between getting busy/making money and making profit.

I am only presenting this as a leyway for analyst here on nairaland in helping me determine the financial status and capability of the business and also project for the future and not really looking for people that would tell me to start selling chin- chin and soft drinks.

I have 10 systems with additional 4 slots for personal laptops. The cafe is located very close to LASU campus New oko Oba and the ISP I use has been very cooperative at least for the past one month.

Since you ve worked as a programmer all along over there, I think the best form of businesses you can explore are IT related like starting up an ISP cos we can hardly get any reliable one here and considering the fact that you must have been exposed to some of the very best service providers over there you wont have a problem taking a cue from them.
You can also invest in payment solutions, production of master cards and visacard and even ATM engineering.
I can give you a lead way here.

These are just to mention a few.

More importantly ,I will advice you never to invest in any business you dont have a knowlegde about.

I started a cafe business at the begining of last month with an approximate start up capital of about N 780K.
I run the place all on my own for now because i need to stabilize the business before I employ any worker there.
In the first month, business was very poor as I made an average sales about 2k per day despite the fact that I had the obligation of paying 28k monthly for the internet subscription and as well as spend approximately 20k monthly on fuel and other minor expenses.
This is the second month and the average daily sales have moved up to about 5k now. Sincerely, I am not really expecting any profit at least for the first 3 months but there are certain things I need to know.
I intend employing someone this month end in order to ease the stress of running the place all alone for the past two months.

Pls, with the above analysis, How do I corectly evaluate how much I make as profit everymonth though there are very good chances of making more than what we make now subsequently?

Then, How do I maximise profit ?

Can anyone analyse and predict the threshold (the max.income possible per day) on this business so i can use this in setting realistic targets and making decisions?

I hate girls that are overbearingly materialistic.

I called it quit with my ex just because oof this.
I was working in one of the banks in Kano while she was serving in Lagos, anytime she visits me in Kano, She insists I pay for her flight ticket to and fro instead of coming tru a luxurious bus, After getting to kano, She will simply tell me she wants to do some sight seeing at the Gold market. On getting there she would pick 3 different jewelries costing about 50k and asked me "can I have this one please and the other 2 for my younger sisters". I blantantly refused and she left everything in anger only to tell me later she knows I have money cos she has been monitoring my account through her aunty she stays with who incidentally works at the head office of the bank.   I was totally MMMMMAAAADDDDDD!  I just knew it was over.
