I love these bold words. Thank you. SO DIRECT. You hit the nail. This is exactly what they feel. The mother tells me to my face, that if I want to serve her daughter divorce papers, I should bring it. My wife also says she's ready. They don't care. I cannot even pick phone to report my wife to them again. Even with her sisters. I cant try it. The elder sister doesn't listen to me when I try to talk about issues of my wife. I have stopped visiting them since 3 years. Omo, a lot of things to say, be like I go delete this thread.

Please do , cos your phone number is even on one of the threads you created. I would have called you self to give you some personal advice but it's not needed. You have tons of advice here already, sieve through them and make the right decision.

Your wife doesn't want you , she's not scared to lose you , the family and everyone doesn't even respect you and even the mom told you to serve her divorce papers if you're tired. Bro , except you really have low self esteem oh , all these are deal breakers bro.

None of the women in that family will ever allow the male in their family to be treated the way you're treated and you know it. Goodluck

I dont blame you people. You guys dont pay child support so how can you understand how demanding it is to raise kids.

I mean properly raise children not those "suffer and struggle" upbringing you people seem to worship AND like in Nigeria.

I swear its very easy to govern Nigerians

Bro grin If you read my other comments you'll see that I said something similar. Too many non thinking individuals in this country, the fool suggesting that the OP gets a job sleeps on the Npower thread .

You people just talk outta your a s s e s. OP is about to be homeless. Why do you people act retarded?

Do you want the kids to be sleeping in different places with her?

Isn't it better they stay there pending when she can gather up her funds?

As for you OP, sorry for your troubles. The orphanage home is your best bet right now till you can raise your funds.

You are even a good sibling for attempting to take care of them. In this world people don't care. I have seen enough stories.

Facts remain they aren't even your biological children and i swear if they become somebody tomorrow don't be surprised that deadbeat dad will pop up out of nowhere and they could reconcile tomorrow and forget about you. Thats life.

So do anything for those kids out of love for your sister, Expecting nothing from them in the future.

I HAVE WARNED YOU OOOO

God bless you for this. The more you spend time on this forum, the more you see that many on this forum are retarded.

What really is wrong with you? Please tell me! Are you blind to read in between the lines? He or she is struggling to survive and you want him or she to keep.those kids simply to have them keep their happiness of staying with a family? What's wrong with you really? The little he/she is managing to hold body, it's now becoming micro. If any of your religion father tell you lies that those of kids creator will provide for him/her, Na lies! The situation in the country now called for one ri make use of his/her senses. If you're my friend and you're coming to pass a week with me, you must come with some money else I will tell you I'm not around. A long Visitation without a Kobo is ONLY ALLOWED by my mom and my wife's mom. Anybody else must stay maximum of three days or longer if he comes with some money, else, you're not welcome. Feeding costlier than any other things nowadays.

My advice to the OP is to go ahead and keep those kids in the orphanage home and check on them often times.

Bro I'm just tired of Nigerians generally. Everyday I get to understand how this country is the way it is and why we keep electing bad leaders. Most people can't just think.
The lady is barely surviving and these people either keep guilt tripping her or asking silly questions. And it's usually those who have no solution to offer that do this .

Ask yourself if it were to be your own children will you take them there?

What's the essence of this stupid question that you asked now without offering a solution . The father of the first child is unknown while the father of the second is a deadbeat and serial impregnator , the OP herself doesn't have a job, her house rent is about to expire and she doesn't have a means to survive talkless of taking care of these children.

Now that you have asked a stupid, now suggest a solution. undecided

Even if it's 300k Nigerians will still buy flight tickets.... Na we dey endure pass for dis world.... Other countries get breaking point, but I'm not sure it's in our own DNA
I don't remember where I saw a variation of this your statement grin grin. Even if fuel reach 2k/liter Nigerians go still endure. I think religion has conditioned us so terribly. When pastors say "no mater who's in charge or no matter how much they sell fuel , It will still favour me". That statement has done more harm than good to this nation.

Nigerians will never have a breaking point, the only time we really came together to show we've reached a limit was endsars and we still still how many foolish individuals resisted that (even youths) .The day Nigerians come together against these politicians to show that we've reached a breaking point is when we'll turn things around in the country

I'm definitely in agreement with you. Uk is even far, the rate at which some Nigerians depends their lives on others working here in Nigeria is somewhat annoying. I have many of them disturbers on my ends too and they'd always feel like "isn't he working?". When I also have a lot of bills to settle from the mite I earn.

There are too many silly people bro and even young ones are into too. If the person disturbing you is still young, It's very simple bro, If you have enough to spare that month , give the person some (as long as it doesn't inconvenience you ). Then find a free course on simplilearn, freecodecamp or anywhere and ask him to take a course. Explain that they can get good money when they complete the course. So when next the person asks you for money , ask them how far about the course , you'll understand that many just want that free money

The real problem is Nigerians and their silly entitlement mentality about someone else's income.

What about family members?

Even if he's your family member , does that mean he doesn't have pressing needs, bills , businesses , interests ? Is he not supposed to be able to take a vacation with the money he earned ? Because someone is constantly begging ?
There's nothing wrong with helping family members but it shouldn't be seen as a right. You first duty according to religion and law is to your immediate family (Your wife and Children ) , then you're required to take care of your parents (and every sensible parent understands that you have needs too) . You can extend a hand to your other family members and friends occasionally too but it shouldn't inconvenience you, and it shouldn't even be every time . Are they not supposed to work too?

The real problem is Nigerians and their silly entitlement mentality about someone else's income. How can you even call anyone stingy ffs.
Any amount anyone gives you from their hard earned sweat is a gift, you're in no way entitled to how the person spends their money .

Do you know how many hours he puts in daily to make ends meet ?
Do you know how much he pays for the tiny studio apartment he lives in ?
Do you know how much bills he has to pay after tax ?
Do you know how many people like you that sends him messages daily , and many he's even promised ?

There are too many silly Nigerians adults who are so entitled & self-centered and no different from their leaders.

Education / Re: The Message University Of Liverpool Issued To Students Masturbating In Toilets by seuncyrus(m): 5:18pm On Aug 05, 2023
FOJEM:

Na wa o!
Is pornography the reason for seeking sexual satisfaction? Every healthy person must experience Sexual urge on a regular basis. If you don't experience it on a regular basis, quickly go and see a doctor, or a herbalist!
As a matter of fact, sexual need is in the same category as the need for food, water and shelter. All of them are classified as Physical needs.
Masturbation is just an an alternative to having sex with a male or female partner, especially when the partner is not available, or unwilling at that point in time. Also, it is far more healthy than having sex with some people. It is a good option when your spouse has Japa, and you are alone in Nigeria! It helps men to keep a healthy prostate (if you are 40-60, you can relate). It is a good option if you do not want to patronize olosho.
No fear of STDs, no fear of unwanted pregnancy; no foul smell, no pressure of not being able to satisfy your partner, no fear of Magun! Masturbating is certainly better than raping a woman. It is a good option if you are not married and don't have a girl/boy friend. Infact, many married men masturbate when their wives are menstruating, or when they quarrel with their wives and they are given a compulsory leave!!!
It is the perfect option for divorcees, widows and widowers.
But some people will start saying it is spiritual, and can lead to poverty. Bullshit!!! Many oyinbo celebrities masturbate and let the world know. Yet, they are multimillionaires (in Dollars!)
Finally, let me shock you: every normal child must start masturbating from the age of 12 months (yes, as early as 1 year). You will notice a baby girl of 1 to 2 years pulling and pinching her own nipples, and a boy child rubbing his own penis. Are you saying a child of 2 years has started watching pornography?Of course not! This is an indication that masturbation is purely natural, like eating and drinking.
The only thing is that it is wrong to do it publicly,or when it offends another person at that point in time.
Infact, is there anybody who viewed this thread, that has not masturbated before?
Answer me.

Please read what the post is about and read what I wrote again and compare it with your reply. I don't care if you masturbate 100 times daily it's your choice. On average , people don't spend more than 8 hours in school. So you're telling me within that 8 hours , you get so "pressed" that you can't even hold it till you get home ?
Politics / Re: Bosun Tijani apologises to senators for calling them ‘morons’ in a 2021 tweet by seuncyrus(m): 5:06pm On Aug 05, 2023
To be honest this was the most interesting ministerial nomination. The senators were grilling him left right and center.
But Dr.Bosun is very sound. He proved that he is a Nigerian to the core. An #ENDSARS Nigeria youth smiley. He's even #obedient incase you don't know.
He answered them in a very sensible manner and well detailed sef. Although it got to a point the questions were getting too much (The guy self don over misyarn) . Thank God for the likes of Sen. Ishak Abbo , who fully defended Dr. bosun, including the senate leader and the senator representing Ogun state.

In all this , there's one very big lesson to be learnt. ALWAYS MIND WHAT YOU POST ONLINE . We should all be careful with our utterances and even the kind of monicker we choose too. Imagine someone who was wrongly accused of rape and they later found his nairaland monicker as rapistonbail - Just imagine .

Remember the story of oyinbogoju (can't really remember the monicker) who's now serving live in prisonment plus 45 years in USA .

Eriokanmi:
Makinde actually tried in Oyo but the truth is, there are a lot of places he didn't touch in the ibadan metropolis. Maybe he'd look into it in his 2nd term. Its too early to apportion blame for now. I was in ibadan to see a brother at oke ado last month. I was shocked what I saw...from the NTC road, to sharp corner, to Joyce B road, Ososami road, to imalenfalaafia down to idi opę and the adjoining streets. Bad roads everywhere. I've not even explored other areas to see what's happening there. But all these can be fixed in one month. I know he's capable, going by his achievements in his 1st term. When we see good things , we should say it and when things are bad, we shouldn't keep quiet also.

That said, states don't have power on palliatives. Its high time their workers knew this. Where's the money, except the federal government sends them succour? I don't see this happening soon. Even the committee set up for this purpose had said over the weekend that they don't see palliatives coming anytime soon. What does that mean? More sufferings for the masses.

Tinubu really made mistakes in the subsidy removal plans. He put a cart before a horse not even the clueless Jonathan wouid do this. He ought to have put palliatives in place before removing the subsidy. Jonathan did this in his time. Its called sure-p. Every state got a share of it. People like tinubu mocked him back then, as if tinubu wouid have done it better.

Tinubu could have borrowed money first and used it for this purpose before the subsidy removal. He removed subsidy and now borrowed later by sending the approval to the NA. The effect is what you and I are seeing on the poor masses today. Many People had abandoned their cars and taken to trekking. Is that enjoyment or sufferings? Shebi na Adamawa looting we see. Wait for what other states wouid do soonest. There's hunger in the land, an unprecedented one for that matter.

At least thank you for mentioning the road you saw. Many of these guys don't even live in oyo state and they are only active when they have anything against an opposing party. And many of these guys are not even card carrying members of these political parties they support online, just a set of extremely silly boys.

About Tinubu, I never believed in him and I didn't vote him. I'm not surprised at what's happening. Hopefully he and his team gets their shit together before they celebrate 100 days in office.
