If you say no 3G on Sim 2, are you trying to say "No 3G on both Sims at a time?" Because I know on the tecno, you can switch the 3G from Sim 1 to Sim 2. Please clarify.

More so, does it come with CMW recovery or you will have to flash the Firmware first... If yes, Please discuss that first else... people go brick phone oh!

Even the stock rom no get 3G for sim 2 na. I just put it dere because some people had issues with data switch in the ui of life rom.

How To Flash :
( You should take CMW Backup ncase you wish to revert back to your old system )

1) Download ROM File and Capacitive Light Patch
2) Put into External/Internal SD Card
3) Go To CMW Recovery
4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset And Wipe Partition
5) From Advance Menu Do Dalvik Cache Clear
6) From Advance Menu Do Battery State Clear
7) Go in Mount And Storage select FORMAT SYSTEM
Select Install From SD and Select Rom And Click YES
9) Select Install From SD and Select the Capacitive Light Patch And Click YES
9) Reboot Your System

After Reboot, Launch the Keyboard Light Controller app > Check "Lock on bklight" > Check "Only when screen on"

(Follow similar steps for TWRP)

No because you will need to be rooted to use mobile uncle to flash recovery to be able to flash the rom. Yes because you can flash the recovery from your computer without rooting and then flash the rom. It's a matter of ease and preference really.

That's a bug. I will see if Patching the data control from the stock rom fixes it and then if it does I upload a patch. Sorry about that

No there wont. However I can't say i'm sure that this version will work on e3. you can try though as this wont spoil your phone but it could spoil your recovery. Check the e3 thread and see if there is a link to get cwm for it.

Just incase though, here is how to install:

BACKUP YOUR APPS AND DATA FIRST
download the rom and its specific recovery
download Mobileuncle Tool via PlayStore
put the specific recovery in the root of your sdcard
--open MobileUncle Tool
--tap recovery update
--select the specific recovery
--reboot into recovery
navigate to the downloaded miui rom
wipe factory reset
select and flash it!
your done! and be sure to enjoy your new rom!

Note this will wipe your phone first so please remember to backup. you can use titanium backup for that.

Note also: this rom is like nothing you are used to. Addiction to it is highly likely.

Note also also: this is a custom rom. its not 100% so if something is not working as it should just mention it and i will try to fix it.

Here are some tips:
MIUI has its on market which unfortunately isnt in english. please flash the google apps after flashing the rom so install playstore. Flash from cwm the same way you flashed the rom.

The rom doesnt need to be rooted so please dont attempt it. you should see a folder named system. inside an app named permisions. open it and and click on root. switch on enable permission manager and yhe phone is rooted. switch it off to unroot (dont see why you would want that anyway)

Playstore might give you an error and ask you to download via wifi for files larger than 1MB. to change that open the system folder and open the downloads app. press menu and select settings. change the limit from there. it helps you control the amount of mb playstore eats.

I would suggest you select a file within that zip folder to trigger a download option.

Gravitizer: porting of rom is different 4rm designing/creating a rom.
This is a S4 features rom cooked by sum1 and ported to Micromax.
Seun discovered it and ported it 2 Phantom A+.
@least, A+ users can now flex custom rom all thanks to seun.

I think this needs to be said. The rom isn't ported as some of you will like to insinuate. I simply used it as base and it came with the s4 features. What you see in front is a result of work done from the back. Patching the modem and audio libraries is just one of the things I had to do myself. Marc flashed the first version I made and he can confirm the bugs he had to face. Can u imagine me even going as far rebuilding the kernel source? You'll get a good idea if you look through both files. Don't assume. To say port is to copy a few files around and den edit the build prop. I could churn out roms everyday if that was it takes. I will conceded that it is a port base but the rom was still passed through the kitchen for other things. I could provide a channelog but I assume this should clear it up already? I don't like it when people belittle efforts just because the can. Don't make me seem like I'm blowing my trumpet. I hate that. *hands trumpet to another person*

Good morning people. I see this argument is still rearing head. Here is what I think:
1. Created, Cooked or simply prop edited port, no one will ever know the original source. Appreciate or beef the effort. Doesn't bother me either way. I have my reasons for doing things and get my happiness from them so I need no validation or endorsements talk more of appreciation but thanks to those who took the time out to appreciate the effort. I'm made happy by your comments.

2. I see people are having some issues with the rom. I have this to say. The reason why phones don't come with custom roms is bugs. For some reason they never stop showing up. Now bugs aside some problems I'm seeing posted here can be solved very easily. Someone told me radio no dey work, mine does. Another said data connection settings disappear, mine don't. It's important that you format your system partition before flashing this rom. Wiping cache and dalvik are just as important to have a clean flash. So please try again it's really a fun rom.

3.Phantom A users I think I have something for you but until it's fully running I can't announce it. What I need are testers in Abuja so that the work can move faster. Please let's stop the bickering. Tecno and gionee are are just like two brands that can't seem to outwit each other and you know why? Both have given us a unique experience so great in its simplicity and it's price. Rock your phone but don't goad people into unnecessary arguments. Ignore people that try to goad you too. Two angry people can't hear each other.

You'll need to make your problem a bit clearer. Did you follow the steps? If yes at what step did you run into issues?

I will not be dragged into this petty argument. Godvilla, your presence here isn't clear yet but I will let insinuations slide. No credit taken and I believe the rom hasn't been forced down anybodys throat. A negative statement is bound to anger people regardless of one's personal opinion or intent. Let's face it both phones are the same with only slight variations so arguing about them really baffles me.

Note: I will advice that you use Dat Xda link Godvilla posted for reading purposes only. It's a ported rom and I duely gave the owner credit but the files inside are different from what I uploaded under the hood. If you flash that one I will not be held responsible for any harm you bring to your phone. The link wasn't put for a reason.

Finally, please tecno users, please stop justifying the stereo type. Be at peace with with everyone. Open source means just what it says: OPEN SOURCE. stop the fights please. It's unbecoming and embarrassing.

Bricking is the act of rendering your phone useless....or physically and technologically dead.

Causes:
1) installation of compiled incompatible software codes that modifies your hardware configuration.
2)flashing of roms that are not compatible with your phone model.
3) Claiming over sabi on a technology u know nothing about.
E.t.c

Types:
1) soft bricking
2) hard bricking.

In soft bricking....there is Hope.
In hard bricking.... chances of being hopeful is slim.

Symptoms of a bricked phone:
a) phone not powering up.
b)phone not charging while off.
c) phone showing funny danger screen sign when switched on.

Benefits of bricked phone:
Only one....you are back to square one if there's no Hope....incase of hard bricking.
One more benefit.... It makes you learn the hard way.

You can use titanium backup but I advice against it. The roms are very different and requires a fresh setup.
