Under-aged voters have been caught on camera being registered in the north. How many INEC officials have been punishsed in the North East and North West for registering under-aged voters?.

Oh yes our past leaders share a considerable bulk of the blame cake. Maybe if they had armed the military long before the GEJ administration rather than kill it like IBB and Abacha the apple eater, then MAYBE the Army would've had a fighting chance from the early start.
