Is that crowd meant for Rehinnard Bonnke's crusade? If the crowd I see in that pics is for Amaechi, then of course, GEJ has every reason to be jittery. But the more I try to see the role of the power of incumbency in the 2015 election, the more I see the powerlessness of such power when the die is cast. Quote me today, "PDP shall be history come 2015" |
Come what may, PDP is already history. |
Tolexander: Make we carry nigeria go share boundary with kenya and tanzania so that GEJ can be kidnapped jare!hahahahahahahahahah. Guy, u funny die. Na so u hate the shoeless one reach? |
There was a mild drama during last Sunday service between a young man sitting next to me and an usher during alter call. The pastor first asked those willing to give their lives to Christ to place their right on their chest and pray the confession prayer after him, which the young man did. Thereafter, he asked everyone who prayed the prayer to take another step and come towards the alter. At that point, one of the ushers who was already moving around during the first prayer beckoned on the young man to come out, but he refused probably out of shame I guess. Now, my question is this. Considering the number of persons that will want to give their lives to Christ but can't because of the shame of being seen by hundreds and sometimes thousands of people, is it really compulsory that one must come out towards the alter to have his/her sins forgiven? Moreover, are there bible references to back such up? |
A friend of mine who lives in the Netherlands came home some weeks back to celebrate the completion of his mansion. To celebrate the event, he made an order of two trailer loads of assorted beer. To my greatest surprise, within the space of three to four hours the two truck load of drinks had been exhausted. It got me wondering if alcohol consumption is actually sinful enough to get one into hell, and also considering the number of persons that consume alcohol the world over. What is your take on this? |
doti no dey kill African. |
With the closing date of the Nigerian Immigration Service Recruitment online application fast approaching, and with rumors of the exams likely to be held across the nation almost immediately after the closing date, I have decided to open this thread as a meeting point for applicants to share ideas as they prepare for the exams. Normally, questions are based on general knowledge of the agency, English Language, elementary maths and current affairs. So let the discussion, ideas and suggestions start rolling in as we count down. Goodluck all. |
xbigwigx: Thanks all for your contributions here.. I appreciate everyone here making it lively..Sorry to ask, but which of the positions did you apply for? |
Egypt go still go Brazil o because FIFA go ban Ghana 4 using 'African insurance' in this match. How on earth could Ghana have humiliated Egypt who had 100% in their own group if not for juju. We must carry dis matter to FIFA. |

Don't worry; we'll kill them all very soon. That's why some of us are at the for front of the campaign for revolution in this country. So many things are wrong! |

I've been a staff of the FCT Education secretariat for about two years now but I've never experienced the type of delayed payment of salary as the one I'm experiencing presently. Some people say it is as a result of hick-ups with the sharing of the federal allocation, some say the minister was not around to sign some documents. I want to know what truly is the cause of this delay. |
Ray McBlue: Why didn't God save him from dying?Who is that question meant for? Rhetorical I guess! |
What is nairaland turning into? I'm very sure I've posted topics that are far more sensible than this that never saw d light of day on FP.............. this funny thread on FP again? Suspicious! |
Now, I believe there are some foul plays with regards to how topics make it to d front page. How on earth did this dumb, unscrutinized and blasphemous topic make it to the front page? Jesus; 42 Funny! |
Seems issues with printing of acknowledgment slip has been resolved. Printed for for two of my younger ones this morning and it took me just a matter of minutes. I think d best thing to do is relax for somedays after payment has been made at the bank before returning to the portal. My siblings made payment since Tuesday and we just went back to the portal for the first time after d payment this morning and we had no issues. |

The draws for the last lap of the African play-offs for the 2014 world cup in Brazil produced the following matches. CIV vs Senegal Ethiopia vs Nigeria Cameroon vs Tunisia Ghana vs Egypt Burkina Faso vs Algeria Which of the five paring do you think will produce the toughest match, and which teams do you think will finally make it to Brazil. I feel Ghana vs Egypt will produce the toughest match. I also think Nigeria, Cameroon, CIV, Egypt and Burkina Faso will go through at the end. What do you think? |
@mod, ban this dude immediately. |
You see! And before u knw, some sole thinking dudes will say ASUU's demands are unreasonable. |
mannobi: How will you expect jona to sack wike. Bunch of unintelligent 'sLooF'.............. give me three INTELLIGENT reasons why Wike should not be sacked |
Gov Sule Lamido of Jigawa nominated Prof Rufai Ruqqayat Gov Kwankwanso of Kano nominated Shamsudeen Usman Babangida Aliyu of Niger nominated Zainab Kutchi Olusola Obanda who is from Osun state was nominated by prince Oyinlola Gbenga Ashiru from Ogun state was nominated by OBJ Ms Amass Pepple from Rivers state was nominated by Amaechi What reasons are behind their sack if people like Wike, Diazani, Ngozi and Orubebe are left untouched? THE SHOELESS ONE HAD ACTED MORE CRUELLY!!! |
Prophet T.B. Joshua predicted this as far back as January. He re-echoed and re-affirmed what he earlier said again on 01-09-13. And what I could deduce from his parable and body language is that PDP is finished! |
While PDP was busy splitting into two factions on Saturday in Abuja, APC was also busy putting the party to the sword in a local govt. election held in OFFA LGA of Kwara State. From the result in this election which is one of the first to be conducted after the registration of APC, and coupled with the recent developments in PDP itself, I have a feeling that it is just a matter of time before PDP becomes history. Below is a rundown of the result from various wards: Palace: APC 339, PDP 9; Abata: APC 122, PDP 21; Popo: APC 137, PDP 73; Idi Ogun: APC 126, PDP 26; OGS: APC 120, PDP 26; Film House: APC 125, PDP 50; Oganla I: APC 125, PDP 50; Oganla II: APC 128, PDP 64; Freedom: APC 145, PDP 50; Ejiwumi: APC 217, PDP 50; Folarin: APC 184, PDP 44; Emiola I: APC 120, PDP 48; Emiola II: APC 52, PDP 15; Essa C: APC 129, PDP 40; Balogun Oja: APC 137, PDP 30. @elrufai |
Fadelex: irresponsible government will always blame d oppositionNo, they think Nigerians are still as unlearned and uninformed as they were about a century ago. |
@op, sorry to ask; but which school did u attend? Besides, how did this kindergarten piece get to the FP? It's baffling! |
priceless pearl: All of u complaining that the money they are paid is too much should work hard and earn your money so you won't have time to check how much they are paid. Graduates and undergraduatesI'm 99% sure u're one of these Abuja girls doing business with their bottom power and u probably have one of these law makers as client. |
For thinking that Nigerians are fools and thereby trying to brainwash over 160 million people, he must be an idi*ot. PERIOD! |
I use to have a lecturer during my university days who is so used to asking applied and some funny questions. I was going thought my achieves today and stumbled on one of his ECO101 question. Just felt like sharing this with fellow nairalanders and also allow other nairalanders to contribute. Here's the question: "For unto him that has; more shall be given and from him that has not, even that which he has shall be taken away from him" Critically examine this question as it relates to the principles of international trade. Share yours. |
