I'm partly SDA too in the sense that I go to SDA in E.ham on Saturdays and I go to RCCG on Sundays. But that would not stop me from eating PORK if I want to. I'll explain below.

Everyone knows that it is natural and good to eat. In fact, if someone is ill, the basic question that is asked is, "Is he eating?" We surely need to eat in order to live. In fact, God gave us appetite for food and stomachs to digest it. However, this does not mean that we should eat more than we need. The Bible warns us not to attach much importance to eating because some day, God will do away with both stomach and food - 1 Cor. 6:13. Too much eating is called gluttony. Gluttony is bad. God regards gluttons as idolaters - Phil 3:19. Overeating can send a man to hell. The Bible also condemns a glutton to poverty in this world - Pro. 23:21.

It is not only in overeating, that food can be a source of danger to a Christian. The question of whether or not to eat meat or which type of meat to eat may cause some problems for a careless Christian. many of us know that we can eat any meat whatsoever according to the Word of God - 1 Tim. 4:3.

BUT FACE THIS: You have absolutely no right to condemn another religion because even according to the Bible, man is not meant to judge others, and you have to do unto others as you want them to do to you. If you condemn other religions, people following those religions will also rise up against you.

Everyone is entitled to their own belief. You can't change someone else's belief, you'll end up in confusion. It seems religion is no longer about what you believe but what you want others to believe and it shouldn't be so.
