I remember how i started here #shy. This group and its tenants spurred me. You guys spurred me to attend a culinary school, to improve on myself and many others things.

house chores,

vitamins/minerals deficiencies
...many things can contribute to low libido and as you've mentioned she was a virgin probably she didn't explore.
Also you can't just sit her down one day and expect her to change instantly.
Moreover we men are 10x sexually active than women. They need lots of pre-intimacy, create time to understand your woman.

I have been thinking it's only me that sees this.

I hired one last year.
If she posts 'tips' like this, you'll find 800+ likes and 50+ retweets.

I gave her 4 projects to do, paying her in $/hour.
Guess what? She failed woefully. One by one.
I didn't condemn her because I believe there is always room for improvement. I guided her on how to even go about it for the remaining 3 jobs and I had to finish the rest myself.
I was asking myself why I even had to give out the projects since they are simple tasks I was just too busy to do which I should have created a few hours in the night to do.

I terminated the contract after paying her for all the hours she did and even gave bonus and wished her well.
She still continues her : thing. SMH

I don't want to sound condescending but most of the females I know are just not ready for these things, they'd rather waste their time on things that add no value to the life. Some will tell you they have no data subscription yet you will find them on all social platforms wasting their precious time. I also know a few who are passionate about tech but they lack the resources.
I think the problem has to do with their mindset or culture like someone mentioned above, they think tech is for guys and honestly tech benefits the females the most. A lot of females that I know who are in this business are all making it big. I don't know how we're gonna do it to convince them to drop their nonchalant mindset and focus on their future.
Many think the men are supposed to be the cross bearer, see, if you don't struggle for yourself nowadays, the men of nowadays are ready to use you and dump you if you have nothing to offer. It is better late than never, you can start creating a future for yourself and tech is a very feasible option for you.

Most of them have this dependent attitude, yet they can't bring anything to the table. They so much embrace victim-hood, thinking that's how it should be.

Like you just mentioned nowadays if one fails to take responsibility and accountability for your life, you'll always be a victim.

When I was on LinkedIn yesterday I saw a lady abroad being employed by LinkedIn, she's a data scientist also a Nigerian.
I just hope ladies would embrace this path and make a better future for themselves.
