The problem is that the relationship between my dad and his brothers has deteriorated terribly over the past years to the extent that my uncle's and their wives now threaten my parents with murder and diabolical acts. Some pastor's are payed way more than that. A regional pastor receive close to 40k as just call allowance, a Provincial pastor will receive close to 20k for call allowance also. Some pastor earn close to or more than 400k. They pay promptly and also receive pension when retired.

There are issues in the church and we must accept but do not exaggerate or frame up stories to sound real. So many pastor's are allowed to nurture the church they planted before been transferred. The reason why they all plant before going is to build there profile so when asked what they accomplished where they left, they will say they planted a church.

I repeat again, building of churches isn't only financed by a pastor, so many members contribute one way or the other.
About been transferred, it is a norm in redeem that makes anyone liable to transfer during convention month. Least you forget, the parish he is been transferred to was also supervised by someone. A parish pastor can only be transferred within where he resides ( that is if you live in ikeja, you will be transferred within that environment).
