this is a case of many are mad, few are roaming. all of you slating fabiyi, have you listened to lawyers speak? I get Iyabo Ojo's stance but that does not mean proper investigation should not be done. Fabiyi is only saying let the law do proper findings then take action. is that too hard to ask? in the court, words that we use interchangeably are not necessarily so, and in the context, rape is different from molestation and it is not the same as sexual harrassment. that is why a criminal will have 10 count charge for a crime. So, did baba Ijesha rape the girl? did he harrass the girl sexually? did he molest the girl?.....let the investigation arrive at the right conclusion so that appropriate punishment can be mete to the offender. Everybody need to take am easy. even when a man is caught in the act, they will still do investigation....it is a requirement!!, and that doesnt mean Yomi is taking sides. |
Kapeter:I dont blame u. Wetin u sabi?!... travel to other countries and see what a terminal should look like.....as na u get sense pass. Nama. |
chest almost flat finish....be like guy wey cover him nipples |
A train station without a proper terminal....... dem no even get small shame!!! Why not make a proper terminal complete with payment hubs, toilets, cafeterias, lobbies/waiting halls etc before test-riding....small thing, their body don dey shake to deceive us with 'free ride'.... nonshense an ingrejent!!! |
Wherever you go in respect of this situation, bank or police station, NEVER GO ALONE. Go with your Dad or a lawyer. Go with all the evidence you have at your disposal to prove your innocence. If he said it's his dad's money, collect his dad's number and explain yourself to the man. if he refuses to give you the number, more trouble, hence dont buy that story. You just make sure you inform your Father and ensure he's with you wherever you go. Hope you learned your lessons tho. Kpele. |
planetx:my bad....thats billion..... but you get the drift. |
Gandollaar:Thats where the problem is. the youth have become so shortsighted and mentally depraved. Hunger and poverty have removed their thinking cap. everybody wants to just grab whatever they see....even if na for only today |
dfrost:And according to you, £16,000 is cheap for them? When they say they finish paying their student loans after 15years.....why do you think it took so long? |
$460m!!!!! just when you think it cant get any worse, our politicians set a new all-time low with their outrageous and mind-boggling corruption!! WOW!! which way naija? Whats the hope for this nation? When will the nation's youth rise and demand our future from this wicked oppressors? smh ![]() |
Lynx001:No be only knacking dey give HIV...... if you think say na only sex, then you are wrong. if you share unsterilized sharp object like razor blades, pin or needle or clipper with infected person, it can be transferred. |
and we complain of education in this country.....abeg this is too cheap for a tertiary education joor. If you think education is cheap, try ignorance..... We compare ourselves to US and UK, do we even realize the tuition fee in those institutions? Problem is our government go embezzle the money if we pay am. SMH |
Person wey dem warn burn wey dey rob petrol for him own body...... Guy dont break up leave this girl.....dont bother running...FFLLEEEEEE.... Plenty people don talk but my broda..... i can tell you that nothing damages a man quicker with a lasting effect like the mouth of a disrespectful and unsubmissive wife. You will curse the day you were born. You will ask God what sin you committed to receive the punishment of a wife like this. Get off your ass and do the right thing bro. I believe you can also report anonymously. anonymous1759: |
Please these are the steps to follow. dont be decieved by one olodo wey think say him sabi because he found one picture online. nurey: |
aspabay:NO. it is senseless. turning off your engine, while leaving ignition on is called stalling (i bet u dont know thats what its called) and it takes power away from transmission fluids. that means, you will not be able to turn your steering easily because it will become very stiff. Dont talk what you dont know. ask questions, learn bro. |
abluck:Good question. Why are they pulling their ears? The disguise seems staged. What are the odds that the kidnappers will attack that particular bus on that day?? The shit is questionable abeg.... show us weapons at least.... no exchange of fire.... no casualties..... no injuries..... pleeeaassssseeee |
FrankAkowe:Thanks for the invite |
I read lots of ignorant comments. The kind that keeps drawing us back as a nation. This is the kind of thing we should welcome but a lot are too sceptic. For your info, all funds with all/any Nigerian bank is insured by the NDIC... the equivalent of the FDIC in the US. Their duty is to protect you, the depositor, from fraud. If money is stolen from you by scammers online (and the money has been withdrawn, yes), once you lodge the complain and it is found true, you get your money back, then the bank goes after the scammers to recover their money. If no know, ask. Stop sounding stupid with dumb statements. |
When God gives you brain.......use it. what is a trouser: Trousers are a piece of clothing that you wear over your body from the waist downwards, and that cover each leg separately. (Dictionary) it it doesnt refer to any gender. Follow my logic: If humans had three legs, the trousers would have been that piece of clothing that cover each of the three legs separately from the waist. So, are u trying to say its a sin to wear a piece of clothing that covers each of ones legs? If you insist trousers are men's clothes, then women's pants should not have two 'holes' to accommodate each leg. Their pant should be like a piece of stocking cut half-way up. Its a sin for women to wear shorts. Its a sin for them to wear anything that accommodates their lower limbs separately from the waist, like that skin-tight (that looks like trouser) they wear under their skirt... If that law applies to the lower limbs (legs), then its should apply to the upper limbs (hands). Hence, women should not wear clothes with hands. just drop it over your head and let it flow all the way down.....wear skirt for bottom and wear it for top.... One person just misreads and misinterpretes a verse of scriptures and people just accepts it hook line and sinker without using their God-given brain...... Dont even bother telling me about personal decision, because that decision was influenced by wrong doctrines and wrong beliefs My father wey be pastor cannot even convince me otherwise....and no pastor can tell me its a since for women to wear trouser. |
I have just sent you a GLO VTU for #200......kindly send full story to segun.olorunsola05@gmail.com |
I started reading in december.....and got off.....but the story remained on my mind i searched for it again yesterday......This is a really interesting and captivating read, keeping readers glue, hearts pumping and all the emotions to go with it. I am very impressed with this story. If i was Ola, I probably would have fallen like he did.....he's only human and B.M outwitted and outsmarted him....cant wait to see how deep the rabbit hole goes.... Bro, you get double the recharge pin from me. @FrankAkowe, Keep up the good work. |
yeah......sounds like horseshit. WHat about those helicopters that lands in the desert?? how many of them dey crash.....you guys need to go back to the drawing board and come up with the real cause of the crash.....dis una preliminary report sounds like secondary school student conclusion |
Demonicide:I thought u were just told "that" is used for objects and "who" for living things......kwantinu |
DanielsParker:You simply say 'i dont see him anymore' |
https://www.nairaland.com/attachments/4804205_aaaaa_jpeg_jpeg263cd50fd1b5d2e83221bb029dbf7169 pardon this question, Can you fit two of this on a plot of land (30mx15m)? if so, approximately how many cars can the remaining space accommodate? (considering required minimum distance btw fence and building) |
INDESTRUCTABLEX:Not yet bro...... God dey..... too many other expenses.....with reduced buying power of money....it is well with me my broda. |
Just as I suggested yesterday, I heard today that TuFace would be leading a protest against government on the 5th of February. How many people will turn up? We need to ALL show up and let our discontent be made known. We need to let our leaders know they are accountable and answerable to us. http://www.latestamebonaija.com/2017/01/2face-to-lead-nationwide-protest.html |
greenhulk:I see. Apparently, that's even a newer model car, with advanced safety features. I'm sure the result would be different with, say, a camry 1999 (pencil/tiny light) or 98 Honda Accord. You get my drift? |
greenhulk:Yes, safety measures ensure the car doesn't come to an abrupt stop (ABS) BUT with auto tranny, you just can go to R from D..... the lever is extremely stiff and would not shift. Notice that before you shift to D, if you don't depress the brake, your gear lever is going nowhere. same applies if you want to reverse, the importance of this is that while on motion, you must come to a FULL STOP before re-engaging the gear. you can easily switch to N from either of R or D because you are essentially "letting go" of the shaft. think of spinning a wheel with your hand, then you release the wheel (N) from that N you can continue spinning in that same direction but to spin in opposite direction at the full opposite spees, be ready to break something. so yes, you MUST come to a full HALT before you can go from D to R and vice versa |
NIGERIAN YOUTHS!!, All we do is WHINE!! WHINE!!! WHINE!!!! NO MATTER WHAT!!!!! Got money on our minds, and we'll never give it up!!! Im hoping we can set up a youth forum where we can have a platform for discussion on topical issues, come up with what is best for the nation and the people, then take action on how to make it happen. Here is an example of what I mean; Government come up with their usual idea of pump price of say from 145/ltr to 160. Nigerian youth meets at the forum to discuss this new price increase and we conclude its a bad idea. Next line of action: Protests everywhere (As peaceful as possible) I mean like, schools shut down, Major highways shut down, Gas stations/Fuelling stations shut down, practically shutting down the country Groups of youths gathered in different locations at the same time with placards to express our displeasure We keep this up until we see the situation reverted. The point here is WHAT HAVE WE DONE!!?? we need to leave the realm of whining. We need to DO something. Enough of "complaining and adjusting anyways" that's why they keep doing the nonsense they do. they push us to the wall, instead of fighting back, we bore a hole in the wall, why wont they keep pushing us!!?? Oh yeah, I get it! we are all scared of dying! ahhh, that's why! .... and that's why the future is dying, if its not dead already!! MY POINT IS, WE NEED TO START DOING SOMETHING, MAKE A MOVE, DONT JUST SIT DOWN AND COMPLAIN |
NOETHNICITY:From the pic, u can easily see that even at $35/bbl Nigeria is making a profit. The price has been fairly consistently above $50/bbl in the last couple weeks. We should be out of recession!! Just Imagine the MAD profit we were making when the price per barrel was over 100% higher!! Truth is the Nigeria treasury has been set up like a tightly woven basket with small holes everywhere but with a constant gush of financial 'water' pouring in, the basket is 'holding some water, with constant leaks and steady inflow. we plunged suddenly into recession because inflow suddenly drops while outflow continues or even increased (as in the case of the Jonathan Administration). The recession is an opportunity to go back and fix our leaky spots. Should we learn, Yes. Can we learn? Yes, Will we learn, I doubt. Until the youth begins to take their destiny in their own hands, impunity will continue because those in the corridors of power will continue to juggle and shuffle it between their families and their lackeys. Hence, we new ideas. Our leaders really don't have anything new to offer. the ideas to take Nigeria out of the current situation doesn't need to be imported. we have it here. but the custodians of those ideas may never have the chance to even share it or execute it because they may never have what it takes to rise to the position. Our Problem is structural, its fundamental, its intrinsic. when we go back to the rule of law and begin to run by the books, we will begin to see the change that starts from everyone.
