Thanks, but details about flexi on their website state that "You can arrive at the Visa Application centre at any time during opening hours on the day of your appointment" DOES IT MEAN I CAN ONLY DO FLEXI on 4th January, 2021 which
is my appointment date. OR I will just walk in there tomorrow and have it done.

Upload separately. You can explain the use of 2 bank statements in a cover letter or the additional info section of your form to prevent the ECO from erroneously overlooking either of them.

Please I am using account statement from two different banks to show my POF. Do I upload it seperately or I should merge both into one PDF file?

If it is student Visa then they dont check or mandate what kind of accommodation.... so it possible to stay there but no privacy for the parents and it might feel tight but since the oldest is 3. It is possible to stay there and save some money
