Yeah my advice!!
Both device are good but you have to think about one most important thing which is steady electricity in your area.
All in one desktop don't have backup battery automatically if there is no light to power it up nothing can be done.
Laptop has a backup battery that can take you maximum of 5-6hours a day without light.
You will do some work with 6 hours backup battery.
