You have your science-inspired terms, reasons and experiences that you use to emphasize your disbelief. you're able to explain the coming of the Bible, how religion came about and why it is false and unreal to justify your disbelief, But how do you explain the miracles; the casting of demons, healings, manifestation of the holy Spirit, the inner peace that comes with being born again ??

Who Loses When A Church-going Sinner Becomes An Atheist?

I've noticed that most people here who claim to have left Christianity to become atheists, were never saved in the first place but just church-going sinners.

So yes, they may know the church language, observed some of their practices, been church workers and regularly attended church activities, paid their tithes, prayed and fasted sometimes. Some may have even been ordained leaders in the church, however at the same they were walking in the counsel of the ungodly, standing in the way of sinners, sitting in the sit of the scornful. In other words, they honored God with their mouths and lips, but their hearts were far from Him just as it was said of the Pharisees in the days of Jesus.

So it's just like one of such Pharisees coming out to say that he no longer believes in God or in His existence, or that he was dumping religion despite never being saved but a religious sinner all the while and a sure candidate for hell fire, which is more like someone leaving a hot pot to enter into a hot kettle. It's still the same fire, and the movement is only done in the head and not real.

However the reaction that usually greeted the declaration of such church-going sinners that they've become atheist is one of fanfare as though any change had occurred in reality, and as if it makes any genuine difference as one who was once saved backsliding and become a sinner.

But despite that there is rejoicing and possible lamentations on Earth because of such developments, in heaven it would be business as usual, because the person's name was never in book of life anyway, therefore it wouldn't be a case of a soul which had been won already becoming lost or going astray which would be a big deal.

Even in hell, where Satan who desires to win souls for his kingdom more than anything else, the reaction would be the same as that of heaven, since the soul's name had been in the book of death all the while, so it wouldn't make any difference. And I can imagine the devil even asking the keepers of the book of death, "did any new name enter into the book?" because of the rejoicing on Earth as though he'd won a soul. But he'd be told that the person's name had always been in the book and never left.

Hence he'd ask, "so what's all this fuss on Earth about as though I had won someone new?". Then he'd mock those of his rejoicing, saying, "don't mind those fools, that's why I'd keep using their brains to be drinking hell pepper soup"

So even the devil who they belong to would not be impressed with their rejoicing, because he can only do that when he wins a soul, and the souls of such church-going sinners who become atheists are not considered souls he'd won because he always had them in the bag anyway.

Therefore except it's a saved soul whose name was written in the book of life that becomes lost, or a soul whose name was once not written there but inside the book of death, which becomes saved and enters into the book of life, the rejoicing on Earth is just in vain, and a movement made only in the head but not in reality.

So it's not about claiming to want to leave religion or become an atheist, when you were never saved in the first place, but just a religious or church-going sinner. If you truly want to make a movement on Earth that moves heaven or hell, you have to become saved from being a sinner, otherwise no one really wins or loses in your case.

What i do know is that the earth will not be habitable after christ raptures his church. There's no question of 'what will you do if you don't make heaven...?'. You would be starved yet won't die. Your limbs will be mutilated slowly over 7yrs period yet you won't die 'cause the spirit of death has been taken away from this earth, you would be beaten, pierced, greatly suffered and would wish that death overwhelms you but you won't die. You don't want to be left behind.
