You're claiming no budget was implemented. Is recurrent expenditure not the unfortunate hugest part of the budgets? Is the government owing salaries of three years or even three months? Or that doesn't count? You that implemented budget for 16 years, where's the results? Current government is still paying your outstandings.

Just mention the area of Lagos. My mums area in Surulere has the best electricity supply I’ve seen in Lagos and they don’t enjoy 24hrs daily.

The USA and other first world nations have solved their electricity problems long before Nigeria gained independence. In fact, by 1925, the USA has over half of the entire country’s household on stable electricity and by 1965, they have all the household on stable daily power.

Nigeria in 1925 was under British control, in 1965, they were still battling leadership tussle.

Bangladesh that you call Olodo, alongside Nigeria were in the same situation in the early 2000s. 26 years later, Bangladesh has improved their electricity supply by multiple folds.

Is it not easier to copy or learn from someone that did something while you were mature and in your presence and succeeds at it that going to look for one that has solved it when you were in the womb or still an infant?

Most of Nigerian mechanics are ill trained and they don’t take corrections.
