i want to know ure views on the insurance sector as a whole, im loving UNIC right now, but do you think next year will be the insurance year, do u think they can enter double figures then.
BTW, i finished 2003 chemical engineering in unilag, last time i was there susu was still there as well as dr. kehinde. just thought id let u know.

i didnt want to mention it but im really watching nig-german, if it hits 19, i am diving in, this stock is shaping up and looking attractive again.

i have a little fcmb which i will sell if it hits 24 naira or even 23 naira. my eye is looking at dangote sugar or unic insurance, that stock still looks good, forward pe of 17 right now. why dont you go for that below 3.35, im sure you will get. as for banks, you picked up access so you no get wahala. im thinking strongly about gtb.

@ wanajo, i have been meaning to ask you something, when is it right to exit a stock let me explain better, i recall you saying you bought oceanic at 5 naira at sold at 33 naira, thats cool but isnt there a chance if you held on , its next fiscal year will bring great profits with all the money absorbed. so why did you sell when im sure if you hold, oceanic might be 5o next year, pls help cos i need to know when to take these decisions

pumping, i feel u on DSR, i go just enter at 38 if possible but i no gree on c and i leasing, this stock is trading at a forward pe of 30 . surely, there must be some correction or at least some small stability b4 one jumps in, id rather go for bagco next year at this rate or just stick with access.

dunlop might still drop further, i think 2.8 is a fair entry price.
dont nkow much bout DN MEYER and aiico is fefinitely a buy in the long term

AKTOPGUN, crusader and c and i leasing are growth stocks to me, expect returns mid to end next year, and c and i leasing is way too expensive at this price

@ yudiyokun, for banks i think diamond fcmb access andv gtb look good, for insurance unic is looking good, beta glass is taking shape again, theres still some picks out there

to all it may concern, i picked up my oceanic certificate today, nut hd to go there last week and put an extraction order, yall may want to do the same peace.

nazzyon, ny end of next year, i will go for CRUSADER, the growth in insurance is good even though it may be risky, but it SHOULD give better returns. dont forget they just got new funds.

@ easimoni, if ure out there, i managed to get unic today, but what do you see for these insurance coys. in 2008, can they hit double digits, look at crusader,  one big claim and they LOST money in Q3.

@ nazzyon, go and BUY gtb, at 29, you should get at least 20% returns by year april time. forward pe is 19 and that looks good.

@ yudi yokun, i still have not received mine, i promised to keep you posted and will do just that.

@ hbrednic, boc gases has paid dividend constantly over the past fve years, it has a low trailing pe and it should be 10 naira by march

@ temmie10, pls what is CSMA, 50-day and 20 day CSMA and what is it used for, i have been seeing it on a lot of analysis but dont know what it means . pls hellppppp

@ EASIMONI, TEMMIE10, gtb PAT last year was 13bn, and so far they have grown 55%. thats already 20bn, i expect them tov hitbmore and get about 21bn, thats chow i got my forward pe of 18.7

i would advice any1 with loose capital to go into gtb, at the price it closed at today its forward pe is only 18.7. dont forhet its year end is round the corner.
just my advice

tonyjon, diamond is good. actis funds should kick in soon and it has one of the best fundamentals in the banking sector besides access and fcmb and maybe gtb.
join the train but try and get in below 18.50.

i went to oceanic registrars today, they say they have not yet posted peoples certs who bought over 20,000 units but will start next week. lets watch and see
