Lagos has been the economic capital of Nigeria long before some of you were born. The city's standing as federal capital territory during the oil boom era, MM Airport, Tincan & Apapa Seaports all made Lagos what it is today. 85% of major roads and 90% of flyover bridges in Lagos were all built by federal govt.

Rivers State on the other hand is the oil capital of Nigeria

Anambra state is the only Nigerian state doing very well financially without federal support or a natural resource unlike Lagos and Rivers.
