this too would soon pass, unexplained infertility is very annoying. would suggest you croscheck thiese again

1. check for infection - staph is a nos 1 killer of sperm
2. dh does sfa,
3. ensure your tubes are open/hsg
4. ensure your hormones are balanced.

the staph that causes infertility is only seen in sfa, not urine or swab, only symptom is low counts and morphology , low libido/ED

unexplained infertility, most gynaes request for hsg, as a routine investigative procedure, as the tubes could get blocked at any time. usually hsg is valid for 6months, though heavy flow is the usuall culprit for blocked tubes
so do the hsg, and the next step would likely be hormonal profiling or to check if you really ovulate/egg quality

yes you can, depending on ur location..some labs take 2k to 4k per tracking, while others charge 7k to 15k per cycle tracking which may be 3 or 4 scans/trackings as well. tell the lab people to specify ur lining thickness in the report.not just the follicles.some of them write only the follicle s

Pls, I need ur advice oo! My doctor placed me on clomid 50mg and vitamin e from day 1-5 last cycle. I didn't notice ewcm but watery mucus and cramps during the supposed time of ovulation. My period came yestaday with a dark blood not quite heavy but today, it gets very heavy with clots and cramps too. I called my doctor yestaday and she told me to take another round of clomid 100mg and vitamin e ds cycle knowing fully well that I have fibroid.
Sisters, am now afraid of taking it because of the heavy flow I'm currently experiencing. I intended combining it wt ovacare ds time but I'm just confused. I do have regular heavy period but ds cycle's is extremely heavy and one of my breasts has been paining me.

are you not ovulating on your own?
why not try other natural ovulation therapies here...ruzu, bitterleaf, even supplements like ovacare, ovumine, m2tone and letrozole.

knowing you hv fibroid, the doc shud hv done tvs with the clomid..so as to have an idea if its working or not, because you didnt get pregnant doesnt mean that 50mg didnt work for you!!!...with the tvs the doc would hv been in abetter position to decide if there is need to increase to 100mg or not
natuaral pregnancy chances is abt 25%...even for couples who dont hv any issues.

sis i advice you to take charge on this ttc issue, docs dont really care..wetin concern them u carry belle or not..you must pay them . its ur body, n u alone will suffer the consequences of any doc error or lack of info, so research well..and discuss options with them thoroughly..and dont leave them to take decisions unchallenged/undiscussed

this is my 3rd day on consistently taking only 4 cloves, am noticing some improvement...maybe my initial garlic dose was too high..

u know garlic bulbs and cloves vary in sizes..i was taking about 6 to 8 cloves..a normal bulb of galic contins 12 to 15 cloves.
i hv reduced it to 4 to 6 cloves..from day 13. still no appreciable change. today is day 15.
i take it at night only with 1 tab of 1000mg vit c with riboflavins

Besides it takes less than 3 mins for the heater boil then switch off. Averagely that will last you for 2 days even if there is no sun the next day.

Please please please no man should self medicate on clomid. It can irreversibly mess with a man's hormones. Doctor Emeka mentioned this to me. Consult a urologist and let him guide you. In the meantime, I totally recommend Fertilsan M for sperm issues.
