many people put the ac on 16 or 18 dgrees, ie coldest...and turn around to say its too cold or gives them catarrhh. simply put your ac on 24 deg or even 25 deg and you will achieve a cool room, not too cold, not too hot. also the design of most acs is to cool the air inside the room already..it doesnt suck fresh air from outside....so i would advice that you open the windows every 2 or 3 days..for some hours for fresh to enter in abundance.

This thread is to encourage Couple out there that are Married for a good Period of Years with Infertility/ TTC Issues .I got Married in 2013 .I never wanted to Marry then even though I was having a strong relationship with my good friend whom I Finnaly got married to .

The idea of Achieving much ,Property Aquisition was my Priority though .But My aged mother keep Pestering me ,stating how my Juniors and are Married with Kids .Well I thought to myself that I wouldn't need the whole wealth to get Married so I got Married .....The first Year was full of Fun and adventures .The thought of having no Child was never ringing in my heart but after 3 years my Immediate Junior brother wife who got married a Year after me got Pregnant ,There was no Issue of Infertility / Childlessness in my Family .

During My Junior brother's Son Naming Ceremony ,All eyes was on me ,The expectations became so High ,Mama was already reacting ,Demanding and asking what exactly was going on. She brought lots of Herbs from the Village but I rejected all because I don't belief or interested in herbs .We Visited a Gynaecologist, Went for Several Test .In one of the Medical Test ,A seminal Fluid Analysis was Carried out and my Sperm was said to be Watery .My wife did Various Medical test,Had a full Abdominal Scan ,She had Ovarian Cyst ,PID ( Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases ) Infact Her Fallopian Tube was already Blocked .

I don't have any issue with my cervix at all ,so I'm just thinking if its even necessary. Did any of you do any preventive cerclage or your doctor recommend it after ivf even when you u have no issue with d cervix. Pls mamas , I need response.

its a dicey one, we were in same boat with twins, ivf hospital insisted on cerclage, google and a few other docs, said its not necessary as it was a first preggy, and no history of first trimester miscarriage...............i did more googling and decided not to go ahead with the cerclage. babies got to due date window without issue and refused to come out, na im doc asked out to select date .

nb: we were on vasoprin 80mg from bfp to 1 wk b4 edd , easy peasy preggy, no ms, no nothing

In theory this should work but real life is another matter.

Splitting the bank and adding up matched batteries in series then using a bus bar to place them in parallel should enable the stronger batteries discharge into the weak ones and ultimately balance out.

The issue is that the batteries at 10.3v may have lost capacity and no magic arrangment can fix that.

What you need to do is isolate the two batteries at 10.3v, charge them fully and discharge them and charge back a few times then test their capacity - if capacity matched with the stronger batteries then you can use your bus bar arrangement going forward.

Worst case you have two decent batteries and two scrap which have some salvage value.

If the weak batteries at 10.3v have lost capacity relative to the other two at 12.4v then do not add them back else they may kill off the remaining two good batteries.

You can keep adding the formula/breastmilk to foods that it'll go with...like fruits (avocado, banana etc). But you can also just offer them the milk when you feed stuff like amala.
