kenny2gbaski: Please any doctor or someone experienced should please help with this
I got married last year 2018 and we decided to start having a baby, 6 months after trying and nothing worked, we took tests and we were both medically ok.
Let me chip in this, she suffers period irregularities (around 37 - 43 days interval) which makes calculating her ovulation a bit hard.
Please help, should i be worried? Is this normal, is it likely she lose the baby or is it lost already? If yes, why hasnt she seen blood yet. If not, how can we increase her HCG. Am so confused the doc should have done hcg count, in addition with the pregnancy test, if preggy, the hcg count should be increasing, you can do the test every week, hope she has started taking progesterone |

Annabechick: Good morning all, i just started following this thread, and i have been reading for a while now. Pls i have been ttc for four months now, went for a scan there was nothing. I met with gynae who gave me a stimulant injection, then i also took clomid. But still AF. My fiance suggested herbal ,we both went and the Ijaw woman told me that my womb is down and that is why whenever my fiance makes love to me, the sperm pours out. She said i will have to raise it up, i accepted. But after a while I started having serious lower back pain. Feeling pains on my lower abdomen. I have been so scared and don't know what to do this was my advice to my younger sef, wish i followed it through. intending couples should go for a complete fertility evaluation, scans , sperm test, uterus and tubes checks, so you enter the marriage with open eyes , infertility is on the increase, and would get worse as mankind continues on the wrong path of wrong foods&chemicals, 100yrs ago, avg sperm count was over 80m/ml, now its 15m/ml |

Mommdav: Sure darling, when a woman sees her period it is the lining of her uterus that is shedding. I think another logic of vitamin C helping to reduce excess period is that vitamin c also helps increase progesterone.
Do you know that women take high dose of vitamin c to bring on their period or cause an abortion. Women in desperation to remove an unwanted pregnancy. Which in my opinion i think may cause problem in the long run. still doesnt make sense to me, cos progesterone helps in making the linning grow well, thus keep the embryo attached, even docs advice women not to take oranges after ivf, cos of same vitamin c anyway, guess i will google the issue whenever i have time. to understand it berra |

Mommdav: Rule out infection please, rule out adhesion (another reason for sudden reduction in period). Some type of medications too can cause this too.
Vitamin C for example can reduce your period. So mamas who have heavy periods can take 1000mg daily of Vitamin C to reduce bleeding (which is also beneficial if you have large fibroids and too thick uterus lining) drastically during period. It works before and during period. See? Whatever we take always have effect positively or negatively (God forbid)This is why we must ask questions and/or do proper research before taking anything whatsoever. Especially when ttcing. Vitamin C is very good but do not take excess when not necessary. Stick within 100 and 500mg. Except when needed in high does, like using 1000mg to reduce excessive menses.
Fertility blessings so lemme understand something, the heavy bleeding during periods is the thick linning being shed away, so if a woman now takes the vitamin c to reduce the blood flow, what now happens to the thick linning already there??..it remains there? |
