I went for my tvs scan today to track my follicles and here’s the result. The most dominant follicle is 21mm by 18mm. I don’t know when it will rupture. Someone said it’s still too small because her own got upto 30mm before it ruptured. And I can’t be going to scan everyday to check if it has ruptured because of work.

Has any mama here tracked her follicles before? And what size did they rupture? Do you think mine is still small?

the egg is mature as from 18mm,..if am your gynae, would suggest giving u hcg injection, ovidrel or pregnyl to ripen the eggs within 48hrs,u would then bd like mad within this 48 to 60hr window.this will remove all the guess work of not knowing when it will rupture, and this procedure is what i call assisted natural iui

your endo thickness is 55mm?..ayam not understanding, endo thickness is usually btw 7mm to 13mm on cd 8 to cd 14 for a 29day cycle.

@julianah42, fair sfa, though incomplete, didnt see motility, who recommends 20m, you have 16m, other parats are ok. eat healthy n try to boost the sperm a lil, guava leaves+honey, onion+ honey etc

hi mama's in the house, I complained last weekend that am having serious itching, I went to the pharmacy and brought some drugs, still yet no changes. I later went to a clinic for treatment a matron treated me there, she gave me two injection on Monday and I was relieved. she charged me 13k for a week treatment, drip and injection inclusive . The real problem started on Tuesday, when I went there for the continuation of my treatment, she gave me four injections and two drips, I started having serious back Pain.i left there and went back home, after getting home I couldn't breathe well, with serious back pain. I was rushed to a nearby hospital when the pain got serious, on getting there my blood pressure was too low and there was no pulse. They admitted me there and we were charged 30k , the drip pushed out the malaria in me.,I was discharged on Thursday. please am still feeling the itching I just finished my treatment today. though the malaria has gone but the itching is still there. the doctor wants to charge me 15k for further treatment please help me what can I do to subside the itching. I did pelvic scan on Thursday the results showed mild growth of pid and a bulky uterus with a small myopic fibroid. Am worried please help a sister. ignore my typos

u made some erros, by going to matron and pharmacy..and not lab. now that u hv gone for hvs, go to a hospital with the result, and dpc will prescribe drugs based on the sensitivities of the bacteria

hvs is normal, but i would recommend u do day 3 and or day 20 blood work, that will show your ovarian reserve , fsh, lh etc..more informative and conclusive

I just got my hubby's semen analysis result now and I'm really worried with the fact that the previous active motility was 40% and now 10% even thou the count increased from 27mil to 37.5mil and increase in morphology from 60 to 99% but this inactivity is what i don't understand pls help

THE STAPH COULD BE THE CAUSE, have you done hvs recently?,was staph seen in your results?. both of you shud get treated for staph, and i believe the motility will increase naturally

simply wait, dont be in a hurry to induce. its recommended to induce after 10 to 14days of bfn and no af.

@fruitfulray, fertilsan m appears to be selectively functional, works for some and not for others..likewise other sperm boosting drugs, not all work for everybody, the trick is trying one drug consistently for 4 to 5months, do sfa and switch to another if no improvement is seen

not such a great report.
tubes blocked, fibroid seen. ur dh, sperm count is low, morph and motility is fair, though people hv still conceived with such low numbers.
let him start taking sperm boosting supplements, while you may start with serrapeptase+wozembym for the blocked tubes, after 3 to 6 months, you may consider going for tubal flushing.
just be patient and hang in there...

or if money is readily available, and you dont want to be patient, ivf is a good option, as ivf works with blocked tbes and low sperm count.

Thanks luv.. I started at cd1 and stopped at ovulation.. I took 2 tabs because I used swissgrade product.. Seriously I think every TTC mama should try out this omega 369.. it's really working wonders.. for a long time I stopped having ewcm.. but the month I used the omega 369 ewcm was flowing as if it was AF. . when u hv been ttc for many years.and all gynae cant pinpoint the exact cause of the infertility, perhaps u will beta understand my challenge.its the little details that matter.some people its ordinary vit d or vit e that changed their story n enabled them get pregnant after all failed.
pls ask her and tell us.

ok that means u wud be ovulating around cd 12, with ur fertile window being cd7 to cd 15. so 5mm on cd 10, isnt good. chances that you ovulated on that cycle is super slim, though God works miracles sometimes.
good, continue with the bitter leaf therapy, and other sabi mamams would chook mouth on other protocols you can do to stimulate ovulation naturally

your dh sfa isnt so great, i hope the dr placed him on a sperm boosting regimen, all this time that your cycle was irregular, so now that your cycle is fairly regular, everything should work well now, if he did not, let your dh meet a urologist and handle the sperm boosting. meanwhile let him be taking pap and honey every morning and vit c+vit e 1000mg daily, or wellman conception, fertilsan m etc

I was diagnosed for ovarian cyst in March. Started taking BSM and ACV.
Did a followup check-up on Sat and its gone.
I have been using OPK to track ovulation and its always negative so i decided to go for follicle tracking today been cd10.
As at today the follicle is 5mm.
1)Is this the right size for this day?
2)Is it possible dont ovulate and still have my monthly circle
3)How can i naturally trigger the size of the follicle cos am to go for another scan on cd12

without stating ur cycle length, there isnt much one cam say abt the 5mm, assuming a 28/30 day cycle, its on the small side, it shud be around 10mm or so..many docs trigger as from 17mm.
your best option is to include egg growth supplements in your regiment, ovacare, ovumine, forever royal jelly, bitterleaf therapy, ruzu bitters etc. follicles grow 2mm to 4mm in 2 days, if money isnt readily available, best to wait till cd 14 /16 b4 going again... going on cd 12, nothing will be achieved, as it will still be 6mm/7mm

I don't really think that thing is a problem. In my case it was worse. I can neva catwalk to the bathroom after sex(na rushing). If not, it will mess up the floor, my body ( from laps down), let me not even talk about the one on bed. But still I got pregnant with it. 14 wks now. So worry not my dear if that's ur only problem.

Do u see EWCM? People sometimes neglect that thing but that was what changed my story

The uterus is normal of 5.30cmx3.79x4.04cm) ,empty,anteverted.
Endometrial plate 0.98cm thickness.Regular outline of uniform echogenicities.
Right ovary 2.48cmx2.84cmx3.12cm with volume of 16.15ml.
Left ovary 3.85cmx2.06cmx2.63cm with vol.8.08ml.
Cervix is 4.38cm
Both Adnex is free.

Am not on hormonal drugs,just pregnacare n vits
Pouch of Douglas is free of fluid

you missed one of the more important points, - the follicle on the right ovary
its 17mm already, and u can ovulate anytime from now.
ur result also confrims no pcos, since no seedling follicle was reported.
apart from that its a normal, good result. bd everyday for 2 or 3 days, and then bd every other day for thefollowing days till cd 22 or so

Yes I have. Just saw one today and d test was something else. He recommended pre art (husband) pre art (wife) and TVS. I av Neva heard of those pre art test before sha. On my own I did hsg and my tubes are patent. I av not done the test sha cause they are way too expensive.

art = assisted reproductive technology, this covers a broad spectrum of techniques, chief among whcih is iui, ivf etc
its a standard term, and used by hospitals that offer ivf,iui art for women is usually more expensive, as it involves hormonal assy, infection screening, blood work etc usually 50k to 130k
for males, its just semen analysis+mcs, blood work, thus cheaper, usually 10k to 40k

I started in early March, I'm not sure of the exact date.i used it all through but I noticed the difference immediately, ewcm, even af came on the 26th without pain. So after the next cycle began, I stopped immediately after O in April bcz I read it somewhere that it's safer to do that . Na that cycle I still dey so as Af has been sent to 9months leave.

SErrapeptase+ castor oil massage helps in removing tubal blockage also, even if it doesnt remove it totally, it softens it..making it easier for the flushing to pusih it out.
i would recommend u start asap, doctors best serrapeptase 120.000 iu start with 1 tab daily for 3 days, then increase to 2 or 3 tabs daily after 3 or 4 days.. research more on serrapeptase and dosage

this is a simple mata, let him use condom for sex, till your infection clears,
cant remember your exact story, but u and ur dh should treat it for the final time..burn all ur undies..or use bleach to soak them for some hours,, same goes for your towels and bedsheets.

you can also try the garlic insertion, and check your toilets, try not to use toilets outside your home/dirty toilet

2ndly try iui, since ur dh doesnt want to bd without condon..let ur gynae schedule u for iui..ur dh wud masturbate and produce the sperm, wch the doc will now use to inseminate you, costs btw 70k to 250k in most hospitals.
critical times calls for critical methods, you cant be ttcing and not hv sperm in your vjay during your ovu window
