@ orikinla that is why you are there to help them understand but it seems you are so angry and frustrated. Since you are a Christian, ask God to grant you the grace to bear with these people and grace for God to grant them understanding of what is expected of them as married couples and parents. May God help you as you carry out your job.

The other day, one of their brothers was arguing that the holy ghost promised by Jesus was Mohammed. One said the comforter was the Mohammed. God said for this reason shall[b] a[/b] man leave his parents and shall be one with his wife. Allah said as long as you can take care of these women, you can marry upto four. Who is saying the truth here? Y'll know that Jesus is the truth, abi una no know?

The Muslims will open the Bible and confusedly quote a passage of scripture that suit their argument, not knowing what was actually said or meant. Mohammed could and would never have been mentioned in the Bible because he was irrelevant and doesn't belong to the lineage of Jesus Christ. He was an outcast who came up with his own belief just like Joseph Smith of the Mormon.

Be careful guys and study to show yourself approve.  You see I dint quote any scripture, because there's none that said anything concerning Mohammed. The opposite of the Bible is the Quran. Everything the Bible says, the Quran would say otherwise. Bible says God begat Jesus, Quran says Allah begat no one. One mumu even said Jesus denied being the prophet, No he did not, John the Baptist denied being the Prophet.

I can't stoop to that level of making comparisons knowing that the Bible is quite different from the quran. What seems to baffle me most is that the people that keep misquoting the Bible don't seem to get the fact that there is nothing that needs proving since they are 2 different religions entirely. They are not connected in any way. Even bash demy and lagoshia have both mentioned it before, the Jesus in the quran is different from Jesus the only begotten Son of God, the way, the truth and the life of the Bible so why compare or why do you want to prove what they are disproving. Yes, God is eternal and unchanging but He is not self contradictory.  There is no conflict between the two propositions I stated.  A contradiction is a proposition and its negation at the same time and in the same relationship.  As I said earlier about the definition of the law of non contradiction especially the last part of it that says A and not A could each be true at different times and can also be true if the relationship is different.  Let give a story of the revolting Natives that explains this proposition.

An African chief got wind of a mutiny being planned in his tribe.  In an effort to quash the revolt, he called the tribe together and said that anyone caught in rebellion would be given one hundred lashes, without mercy.
