Eat lots of fruits and drink more water. Dont eat to the extent that you are too full, take walks and have enough rest. My permanent destination, Heaven where my Lord and my king is preparing for me to be eternally. I'd rather have faith and believe that heaven is real and find myself there than dis believe and later on discover that I ve missed due to my  hardened heart and quest to always prove things physically. GOD. He holds and is the centre and the reason why we live and exist at all.

Shouldn't the church have dealt with this sort of situation? Instead of handing him over to the police?. If the church was concerned about his salvation they would have counselled him and seen to it that he repents and be told 'go and sin no more', just as Jesus would have done but no, ones eternal destination is not what bothers the church in our time and age but the money that is made in the church.
