The ousted Malian president is of same generationas as the president of Nigeria.

In Nigeria, what is stopping them from amending the electoral laws to peg the age of our elected leaders to be 50 years max.

I foresee the Malian situation happening in Nigeria very soon.

The Ooni is not wrong in his views and don't forget that two wrongs don't make right.

The government allows it, DSTV delivers it, produced by BBN and watched by our LAZY and IDLE people does not make it right.

The government and the politicians did wrong , suppressed us and gradually mortgaging our future is not a enough reason for the youth to waste their time on programmes like BBN ,that profits them nothing but makes them poorer.

Whenever you watch, you waste your productive time.

Whenever you vote, you loose your money and with all the money sipped from us, BBN make those idle youth in captivity in the BBN house walk away with millions.
You are made poorer as you did not put your money into productive use.

This country Nigeria is dieing gradually and the growing unemployed youth are not keen on saving the country from the killer politicians

What happened to good shows like

"Multina dance" that bring to spotlight talented dancers

"Project fame" ( who wants to be a millionaire) that rewards clever and intelligent people

"The dragon's den ", that helps young entrepreneur to get seed capital for their business.

Big Brother Naija encourages laziness

Multichoice DSTV is making its money,
The bbn participants are making money

The Nigeria government is making money.

The government is interested in things that could make the youth lazier and unable to challenge government policies.

Big Brother Naija should not be encouraged.

If the government knows that it is not prepared to prosecute these fraudulent contractors, they should not waste our resources funding the probes.

We the poor Nigerians want to see these corrupt and failed contractors prosecuted as a deterrent to others.

If this is not done, we shall conclude that the government is more corrupt and therefore has no moral justification to probe NDDC.

They should stop deceiving the people.

There will be another probe after 5 years of another set of contractors because the current corrupt contractor politicians who collected money but failed to execute projects are let go free.

The only punishment is blacklisting and no more contract for them.

If the government fails to send some of them to jail then the government is more corrupt than the contractors.

What of survey plan, if the place hasn't been surveyed, then ur in trouble. Quickly go and survey it if the other party hasn't and register it accordingly. If the other party has surveyed it then it now becomes a serious case. U will need to prove from whom sold it to ur parent and disprove the other party that he didn't acquire the land legitly.
So for now, this is the case on ur hand. Better still get a lawyer and keep evidences.

There is no survey plan and from your advice , I need to go and verify if it was registered and surveyed.

Please, where do I go for that verification, so that I proceed with out delay ?

The land you inherited, was it properly documented by your father?
Do you have documents like survey plan and deed.? And if you do av the survey plan, go to ur state ministry of lands and survey to verify if it was registered properly.

If all this are positive, allow the man to finish the building, while you take your time to get a lawyer who understands such matters. Settle on his cut in d case and let the music start in court.

If I were you, I would wait until the Man should av forgotten b4 striking. Money Has season and power is transient. So gather ur facts and find the perfect time to strike back. Goodluck

I have a plot of land I inherited from my father. A land grabber resold the plot to another person . The buyer now uses the police to intimidate me while he continues the building.
Now I am helpless as I reported to the police and my issue is not given desired attention, while they give protection to the new buyer as he continue the building.

I had a similar past until we said no more abortion .
My parent did not support me because I was not financially dependent.
With my salary of N25k I went against the odds and took her into my one room apartment.
To cut the story short, we managed and she delivered a baby boy.
My neighbour's wife did the nursing since we dont have any experience.
In a short time she started a business and started making some money to compliment mine.
In less than 2 years, we were able to raise money and went ahead for the marriage.
Today we are happily married with two children, a boy and a girl and she is presently pregant.
I added some small business to augment my monthly salary.
I thank GOD for HIS faithfulness .

Do not abort
Think other ways to make more money.
Be a man.
Trust in GOD and see what GOD will do for you.
BE SURE THE GIRL LOVES YOU.
