My best topic is "The business you regrette going into and why you like the one u re doing now" I learnt a lot from people's comments on their experiences. |
Biola4u: See Kim deceiving herself oh ! Don't she know Chris is better than Kanye !! Chris plays basketball, Kanye plays woman.Hehehehe. The girl is confused, she lacks focus, she falls into the category of Barbie ladies, cos she's an air head. She's getting old too i can see her fading. |
Hmmmm. I'm learning. We've got lots of relationship experts here. ![]() |

Still on this marriage ish?? Well people marry for reasons which are personal to them. As for me, it's for companionship and procreation. |

Very interesting and inspiring topic. As for me, i'm a fresh graduate and i'm not ready to carry files and kiss the butts of fat CEO's. I have thought of the basic necessities which include Shelter, Food, Clothing, Education and with the advent of GSM Communication becomes a necessity. I'm already working towards making money from two of the above mentioned. God help me. |
Just passing by. |
Well, it's the norm of our society. It's your life, live it afterall nobody will kill you if you decide to live a celibate life. |
My fwend, na WAEC question be this oh! ![]() |
brainpulse: Sigba although every lady is mindful of that dreaded moments called menopause, but what is the beauty and joy in a marriage with kids but without love, care and affection, when your feelings are not respected and considered, when you are being turned to common rag and monumental image of scorn and shame. When you can't experience happiness, wonderful and joyous moments, when your aspirations, vigor and visions and killed in your own very eyes by someone that once called you "the love of my eternity".Yeah. My Happiness and freedom is important, some women endure their marriages using their kids as their consolation, they look forward to leaving their matrimonal homes and spending their hay days in their children's homes instead of looking forward to spending their old age wit their husbands. That's why the rate of divorce is high these days cos nobody is patient enough to endure and most ladies are becoming independent and supper mums. |
brainpulse: Don't compare our parents time with ours at all, don't dive into the mucky waters when you are not sure of what's inside.Hmmm, very true, well said, i could.nt have said it better. Age is.nt a factor for rushing into marriage. But some ladies who re in their prime rush into marriage so that they can have kids before they get to menopause. |
omega25red: it is very important to date the person you marry and i dont mean you know each other for 6 months and BAM get married. I mean at least 2 years of dating. Why do you think some people even on this site wake up to a stranger daily? and then complain of their spouse.Lol, he'll be shocked to know that she was trained by Mohammed Ali himself. |
angelz: its very important.Wow, how interesting. There's this couple i know of, they always quarrel to the extent of using knives on themselves, i keep asking my friends if they ever dated before getting married. |
cugresources: Not necessary even to get married....u can be single and happy! ask urself, must i marry in life? marriage is not a must! neither is date a must, just be happy however u find it.Hmmm, you re right in a way. you know, in a society like ours, once you re ripe for marriage family and friends will start looking at you wit an invisible question mark, well you'll say we aint living for them, but they re part of us. Most prayer houses are making money from these desperate ladies looking for husbands. To me, Marriage is for companionship and procreation. |
Okay, this question has been on my mind for a long time now. I see some ladies jump into marriage without knowing who the guy really is. Someone told my friend how she was hooked up with a guy living abroad and he'll be coming back soon to marry her, i keep asking how she'll cope with a total stranger in a foreign land and i still ask if it's necessary to date even if it's for a month before getting married. Thanks. |
Nna mehn! This one na serious matter o. She should step up her prayer life. She's fighting a spiritual battle. |
It's energy sapping. Lot's of roles and dramas to act. |
Congrats! I hope it's true. |
[quote author=190]Because dey are UGLY 90% of them are UGLY, FAT, look like reincarnated chimp off the ol block Na who born you? I Guess it's a Taiwanese. |
Coldfeet:Wow, this sounds like a movie script, so these things do happen for real. Thank God you came out alive and you re happily married with kids. I'm happy for you. Hope the aristo be blackberry babes learn from you. There's nothin in this world, all is vanity. Embrace Jesus Christ for ur eternal life. |
Wonderfull analysis. Well said. Some Nigerian ladies are unskilled and have this mindset that once they get a rich dude that all their problems and that of their family has been solved. Just few ladies like me8) have this independence mentality, all we need a guy for is for companionship and procreation. |

The WORST advice I've ever taken from someone was from my now ex friend Nike! She told me that she knows someone who will make my PAPILO(sugar dad) at the time love me exclusively and give me whatever I demand! I followed her and was giving some unknown substance to lick and to speak my desires to a horn!!! after I'd written down the guys name and mothers name alongside mine. I was giving three little cuts on my chest and back! And that was it! My man became my mugu! He bought me a murano! Rented and stocked up a shop at a shopping complex in lekki! My bank account was at the greenest it has ever been! I lived the 'good' life! And funny enough I started refusing this guy sex and he never complained! One day my ex friend told me baba wants to see you o! And I thought what for? He has done his job and I've payed him! So I refused to see the baba. To cut a long story short AM THANKFUL TO GOD that i am still alive today to tell this story to whoever cares to read, all of a sudden I became dispensable! The guy doesn't have my time anymore! I crashed my suv hitting someone in the process, spent a lot on that! My business took a dive! I developed rashes over my body! The house I built in lekki had to be sold so I can offset my mounting bills! I became worst than who I was when I decided to manipulate my papilo. Today am happily married to a wonderful man and a mother of two belles and two princes! I had to give up all i acquired from that demonic union in order to survive and start afresh! The 3 little marks are still there to remind me of that time but I know that with time it will all fade away!! I gained the world and almost lost my soul! Ladies and Gents beware of use council you keep.
