PhdCloakRoom: Take it or leave it and face the positive or negative consequences. The North American visa officers (US/Canada/Mexico) from the beginning of Trump era are now super-psychologists 😀 I mean they issue visas based on real intentions and reasonable permutations.
It may not fly well opting for Msc in Canada. Do your Msc in a reputable public research University in Nigeria ie OAU , ABU. Unilorin, UNN etc ....work with good professors and try harder to come out with better cgpa.
Then apply for Phd in Canada which comes with fundings and working options (based on your academic standing.
Seeking for loan to apply for study abroad is a red flag in visa issuing decision no matter how well you can display the repayment to the visa officers except if you are an undegraduate with a scholar feat but who come from a humble family.
Alternatively you can look out for Msc with the option of graduate assistance (work-study) with your ican and years of teaching experiences as well as good recommendation letters and use court affidavit with a family member or outsider as your sponsor. You must apply alone if you are considering this option. I don't understand, will the main company show that I will be funded through loan? |

My amnotapervert: Yes, you have a 2.1, so you can more easily apply for a master’s program.
How you will raise funds is up to you, but I always say that if funding is an issue, go for universities that are normally cheaper, like Memorial University or Brandon University.
If you are asking about taking a loan, where do you plan to get it from? Someone here may be able to help you with loans for Nigerians...but you might not have alot of options
Being married does not affect your application, but if you want to bring your children with you, you will need more funds as proof of funds and for living expenses. The more children you add to your application, the higher the funds required. I was thinking towards passage and the like |

Henryjp: Let me explain better here. Full implementation of minimum wage has been captured plus 25% arrears Jan to match. Remaining arrears will be payed later. Nothing like 40k flat anymore. Those that have the payslip knows what I'm talking about. The minimum wage calculation was done with the template chart released stating effective from July 29th. I got the payslip and I use the template to calculate and I got exactly the same figure as my basic salary very correct. Nothing like 40k flat anymore sir, when will the balance of the arrears of 25℅ be paid? |

If you check the websites of most states for some time now, the emphasis has been on the highly competitive nature of rounds.
Queensland even went ahead to advise prospective applicants for their side to explore other migration opportunities. so we should not bother going to Australia again? |

samuelson06: Mumu talk!
Trying to exonerate Tinubu from this failed government. You talk as though Tinubu never knew Buhari was a bad market but because of his selfish interest and hate against his fellow southerner he had to push the old man on Nigerians. Now, the chips are down and you are crying foul.
For your information, Tinubu would never win. Worst come to worst, we'll settle for Atiku.
Let the old man go home and rest. We don't need another globetrotter as a president. Guy rest. Tinubu brought buhari and we all voted for him. I could even remember people saying that if it is only nepa bill he presented then that they will still vote for him. Another election is around the corner now and we want to vote with sentiment again and repeat the same mistake. |
