Rapmoney: When people say someone is 'smarting', does it mean they are talking about the skin? You need to be serious.
We are looking at the context in which the word is being used. Minus the fact that you are being very unreasonable, you also jump to conclusions quickly. How very sure are you in ur eavesdropping that the context of usage had anything to do with mental capacity? For someone who preached that we learn, you are doing a very bad job of it. DesChyko was right. You are wrong. 'Smart' is a verb and not just an adjective, and it is synonymous with 'hurt', 'stinging pain' etc. |

TrollinStone:
I'm almost crying right now. Fela was a terrible singer?? God forbid. His beats, notes and dance never matched?? Again, God forbid. His voice wasn't nice but as per not matching, please don't go there. That is a musician who if ONE of his band members was off he would catch and correct the person in an instant. Do you know how many instruments he could play?? That is someone who studied music. Very few artistes can play with instrumentals like he did, they would be worn out after trying to flow along to up to 10 minutes of instrumentals. How many of them with bands can keep up for as long as the average Fela song without boring the audience? And as for stage performance, three's no need to even talk too much. There's a reason he's a legend abeg. Someone whose musical legacy has survived almost 20 years after his death, all around the world, cant be thrown in the same boat with ppl whose songs from 3 years ago we can hardly remember complete. I still stand by what I say. Someone mentioned me n actually put Dube, Marley n Fela in d same box. They may av bin contemporaries in producing world known music, but d former 2 were his betters by a long shot. I listened to all three growing up, hated all three, but truth be told, harmony and note sustenance were not Fela's forte. He paid d piper and as such dictated d tune. One of the greatest composers was deaf (Beethoven) but he wrote the most beautiful symphony after he was confirmed deaf. Because u can play a range of instruments doesn't mean u can actually produce good music sir. BTW, while the stage performance bit of my earlier comment may av excluded Fela, it doesn't exonerate him either. |

His beats, notes and dance NEVER matched. You can also tell from their stage performances. When they are not lip-syncing, they vacillate between notes just to suit them and when it doesn't, they scream and jump. No note sustenance at all. |

Romance › Re: My Experience At A Strip Club In Lagos by SilvanusII(m): 2:45pm On Mar 29, 2016 |
Naijasinglegirl: I didn’t wake up one morning and added strip club to my itinerary for the day. It just happened. A friend of mine came by late evening and we were deciding if we should see a movie or just stay back and chat when he said, “Let’s go to a strip club!” I’ve been to a strip club only once in my life and I didn’t spend more than a minute. A friend dared me to follow him and when we got there, I was the one begging to leave. Ever since, I have been curious to know what goes on within a Nigerian strip club.
The one I visited last week Thursday was at the mainland. The regular section was kind of rowdy so my friend took me to the VIP section. Immediately we got in, I saw only one girl dressed in skimpy undies, sprawling and grinding the floor alone. Occasionally, she would climb up and slide down the pole. I thought that was all they could offer.
After a few minutes, a crazy looking girl replaced her. Then it started to get interesting. She climbed the pole and started twerking on it. Every now and then, she slid down like a palmwine tapper and climbed again as expertly as a monkey. I gasped when she took off her G-string and flung it in on the table. I thought she was wearing another small-letter-g-string beneath only for me to peep closely to see her kini in its full gory. She wore a jewellery there that looked like a tiny bell and each time she twerked, it looked like it rang from left to right. I think I embarrassed my friend cos I was the only one laughing out loud like a village girl.
Meanwhile, it was getting hot beside me. Another stripper was giving an angry looking man a lap dance stark naked. Occasionally, he would slap her bum and squeeze her br€a$ts while maintaining a stiff face devoid of excitement! It was as if he was being punished or being forced. His facial expression seemed like he had a bad day at work and he needed to expunge that anger by constantly slapping her bum.
Me, I was just looking at his face and thinking of his wife. When he noticed I wouldn’t take my eyes off him, he gave me a very unfriendly stare that forced me to face front.
More and more customers started to troop in with different strippers. I was particularly curious on how the strippers got the job and what they do doing the day. I guess the visitors were all frequent visitors to the club because they each had a particular girl they smacked and squeezed freely. The strippers were smoking heavily, some where in a corner adjusting their pant&bra and while others were twerking in front of the pole.
The funniest part of my night was when NEPA took light was several seconds and messed up one of them twerking rhythm on the pole. After a while, I started to get bored. The arena now felt like a university female hostel bathroom that played loud music and was open to visits by men. My friend thought it was time we take our leave.

I felt like slapping street sense into u at some places...and I'm not even street saavy. And the end was sooo cliché. Olajumoke had nothing on it. The good part tho is once I started, I couldnt drop it (maybe cos I borrowed it and needed to return it ASAP). It was quite hilarious. That said, I dunno what I wud do in a female strip club. I'd prolly laugh at all that ass-smacking...right after being disgusted by the not-flat stomachs |

DeCleff: Children of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu are not ordinary human being they all came down from heaven.
All the prophecies that foretold the birth of Leader Olumba Olumba Obu made it clear that He didn't come alone. Especially the prophecies by Prophet Enun Nkpa.
U might wish to know that all the nine children were born without sexual intercourse.
The elder sister is likened to the dragon in Rev. 12:1-5 whose sole aim was destroy the male child. She was born first before His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu and if read further in Rev. 12 u will see that the male children was separated from His mother and siblings but caught up to God.
The Father sent Him out to stay with someone till He was old enough to take up responsibility.
So, Helen Obu is not what u think she is. Don't forget that satan is still the son of God but was cast down because he was desperate for power WAIT!!!! Prophecies foretold his 'birth' yet, he came down from heaven alongside 8 siblings? How biko? Abi I'm d one reading it all wrong. Your leader was 'born', but his children dropped from heaven Even Greek, Jewish and Christian theology have it THE OTHER WAY ROUND. I also do know that Revelations did not indicate ANY familial relationships btwn the Dragon and d child. So, if the SISTER is 'likened' to d dragon, the BROTHER is like what? Half-dragon? Full-dragon? Abi while they dropped from heaven, their constitution changed? DeCleff: More I hope that Uncle's wings are not for show o. He looks pretty grounded to me. |

John 4:22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
I will advise u to pray and ask God to reveal Himself and expose Olumba Olumba Obu to u so u can tell the world the truth. God assured us of His willingness to answer us and show us what we don't know.

Its 3 months. Even if u haven't had sex with her in a month, u are still at risk. I suggest u take a test in 3 months, and den 6 months again...just to clear the air.
