Hi guys, miss ya all. I ve bn lazy lately ooo. Since d holiday brk av bn eatin lyk glutton buh tryin my best not to blow up. Didn't do any exercise 4 almost 5dayz now. Just sleepin cos I read dat u can loose up to 600calories 4 sleepin for 8hrs. So I guez am usin dat az an excuse. Pls I need som1 to whoop and talk sense to my brain, gudnews; reduced by 2 belt hole buh not really obvious. |

hey hourglass, so we both av almost the same statistics just that ma hips is 44inchz and my thigh is 27inchz. Not much exercise 2day 20mins brisk walking a bowl of cornflakes and 4 spoons of milk and 4 cubes of sugar. i cant do much cos of cramps |

@taitee,hourglass,modath. Miss you guyz. Waoo gud to be back. My fone fell inside water and av been unable to browse since den. Guyz I really need to be whooped coz I've been missing my routine though ivreduced a belt hole and feeling lighter but its like I'm still weighing my 82kg buh I can't feel my trousers loosen a bit. Guessed my weight stagnancy is making me discouraged a bit. Its 3weeks now ooooo |

@ hour glass, jeez ow do u do doz exercises in a day n u dnt get worn out. Pls wot oda exercise can I do at home in the evenin. Cos I dnt even look like some dat av reduced at all. Also my arms are big and I read on net that if I use dumb bells it will reduce but its 2weeks now n no changes. I have 3 more weeks to loose 5kg and I need it fast. Cal, I dnt know but I ate it without d icing like half of small cup cake. Total calories= 735 buh d cake z not included. Pls I hope skippin in d evenin won't affect cos I can't skip in d mornin coz I wud be tired. Water= 2.4litres |
Hour_Glass: @simibabe, I cannot really remember any of your post apart from the last one. Anyway as the last post outlined, 530cals is too little for a day no matter your weight. You need at least 1,200cals for a female daily. If you take too little cals within a day, you will be loosing but in a very unhealthy way and if you cannot maintain it you will add the fat back faster than you lost it.Its just dat I placed my sef on 900cal a day and since we are presently on 21dayz fastin at my church I can't consume 900 calories at night. Pls I just started a week ago, av done it in d past but I alwaz end up backin out buh I seriozly need it now 4 mysef. DAY 6 21/7/12 Mornin: fasting Brkfast; 30mins walk, 50 situps Evenin 320skips Dinner: rice 150g= 150cal, stew: 180cal, egg= 70cal, maltaguines= 67kcal Total 467calories, not sure of d malt I wil try to eat gala and biscuit to make up for xtra 200cal to meet up |
