This is the number I called 0 1 2 8 0 5 5 9 5, it's a landline and it's like MTN customer service where sometimes you will call and wait while they play you their commercial till it's picked. You can use it if you wish but I am not sure any serious explanation will come out of it. Just start keeping records ooo

Thanks so much

It’s well

Good afternoon House, if you are using Stanbic IBTC Asset Management be sure to regularly keep your records and Statements of account, please. I log in to my app almost every day and I see what happens there always. I checked daily throughout the holiday period because I wanted to add to my subscription but I did not generate and keep the statements.

I discovered my that the interest on my MMF account was debited in on 31 December 2023 but not credited to my account or reinvested. I sent them a mail in that regard but they did not reply so I had to call them.

They picked my call and couldn't tell me anything tangible than it was they credited me twice and this had to debit me. When I informed her that same happened in my other MMF account, she said it happened to all their MMF account. I instead mine was not correct from my observation and she asked for the proof/evidence that I don't have.

Also, last week made a deposit that was to be credited to my MMF account last week, the money was credited to my GIF account instead. That was their mistake not mine. Instead of them to just say sorry and rectify the problem, the kept lying and insisting that I made the payment to GIF collection account that was they credited it there. However, the transaction receipt is with me. On the receipt, my MMF account number is clearly stated in the Narration space and I rightly sent the money to MMF collection account. Mistakes are normal but why would you lie and insist on something you are not sure about instead of just rectifying the mistake.

I used to enjoy their services but now, I don't understand what is happening with them now again. This year, I will be downloading my statement at least monthly to avoid all these stories.

This is serious.
I’m yet to be paid till now also

Please can you provide the number I can call them on also.

FBN quest has paid since 2nd of January

What’s happening with Stanbic please ? @emmasoft

Hi guys. I've read through a lot of the replies here and gathered enough information to start this application myself as #teamDIY at the Alausa passport office. Let me add that I did my application myself and paid online, printed out all reqd docs and completed the necessary guarantor forms, court stamps and photocopies requested. If you're #TeamDIY the printed appointment slip will guide you accordingly.

First of, the information on Alausa office here needs updating; the processes have changed at the station. Please take note below:

1. If you are #TeamDIY don't bother going to open a file BEFORE your appointment date. You may be turned back or outrightly rejected. The officers will check your slip; don't try to outwit them

2. Got here around 6.30am and waited to be let in. After filing some attendance book at the security gate I was given a tally containing a number for the capturing queue

3. Every fresh applicant was ushered into the reception to be attended to by officers on a table seated on the right of the entrance. Copies of docs as well as originals checked, I was requested to purchase a white file outside and the file was filled with my docs. They filled my details in a register and I was instructed to proceed to Room 12 ( Servicom room) where my file was inspected, questions about my guarantor asked and my docs were signed off ready for further inspection

4. I exited this room and returned the file to the first inspection table for onward transmission to another room (Unknown). Here they inspected the files again and confirmed all was accurate and ready. I think this office is where the NIN is confirmed and that all details are intact

5. I went to wait in the waiting room until my name was called up to receive my file after returning the tally I was given. The next is another long wait for the actual biometrics capture.

6. My turn came to capture after several nodding and napping and lots of "the network is down". Finally had my biometrics done around 4.35pm and got my enrollment slip for passport collection

So the process has changed. Forget all you know about Alausa. Go ahead and #DIY! A guy paid some officer 95k and sat beside my to wait for capturing after getting here before 9am. If you're not ready to shell out over 180k for the so-called express service, don't listen to anyone and do it yourself

Cheers all

Thanks for this information.

Pls I'm also planning to do at Alausa DIY.

I have 2 questions....must the guarantor filled the part II of the guarantor's form?

cos the people I've been seeing to stand in as guarantor for me seems not to be cool with declaring their assets.

The second question will the NIN verification be done same day as the capturing day. I checked online and my application has been on pending for NIN verification for some days.

Thanks as you reply.
Congratulations on getting your passport.

Teejay13:

To your first question; the answer is no, you can only reschedule your appointment and choose a further date. You can’t get a closer date than what you already have. Reason been that as the days goes by, so does the appointment date also goes up along.

Secondly, for the issue of discrepancies in the name arrangement on your NIN and passport application, I would advise you follow up on that with NIMC, just so they can do name modification for you before your capturing date arrives. Otherwise it might slow down the production of your passport and the issuance time.

Thanks for the detailed response!!!

Good morning,

Please my biometric enrolment is on 3rd of April at Alausa. However, I won't most likely be in Lagos that April until say end of the month.

Is there a way I can do it before then during this March period that I'm in town? I mean is it allowed?

Also, there is names mismatch with the NIN slip (just my first name being the other name on the NIN slip and vice versa. Hope this won't pose an issue during enrolment. I'm asking cos it's DIY and I want the passport to be available ASAP.

Thanks, looking forward to your response.

Am for advisory

You are on the waiting list.

You have to pray some of the successful candidates decline the offer to be called.

Last year, I got into advisory and later declined the offer and someone from the waiting list was called.... Don't give up hope. Stay positive.

Congratulations to all those who have received success mail. Wishing you guys the best in pwc. To those that got regret mail, keep up the push, better days are ahead. It's not over until everyone wins.

For civil engineering, there are questions on structural mechanics, soil mechanics, environmental and highway engineering
Structural mechanics: I saw questions on trusses, that expression to determine whether its determinate or not m=2j-3, an equation for bending moment M, deflection (φ) for point load or uniformly loaded simply supported beam and things like that,
Soil Mechanics: I can remember calculating moisture content and they would give you unnecessary information you have to filter what you need, understand the concept of specific gravity, understand liquid limit and plastic limit, there was this question for liquid limit where at 10 blows you have 70% moisture content and at 100 blows you have 20% moisture content and was asked to determine LL, so u have to interpolate at 25 blows, know the full meaning of AASHTO
Highway Engineering: I didn't really understand this one there was a lot of questions on intersections, interchanges, even some questions from survey horizontal curves, radius, vertical slope given g1 and g2, sighting distance, appropriate intersection for 4 roads something like that options like diamond interchange. This one was something else for me because I didn't do it in school.
Environmental: waste management, filtration, sedimentation, BOD, everything about wastewater

N/B There are other questions like what is under reamed piles, use of rapid hardening cement, what affects the workability of concrete options like elongated aggregates and a lot of things I cant remember
There were 40 (cant remember the next number) questions to be answered in 20 minutes

Thanks so much brother.....

Everyone should just calm down and gradually prepare for interviews, the invite will roll in when ncdmb is ready which is definitely soon.

As for information/update being provided even when it doesn't sit well with your logic, just ignore or ask for clarity.

If you are an EH candidate, the clue I can give you is to start from General question/ current affairs, then industry based (oil sector), then maths. Abstract reasoning and verbal should be attempted last if you wish to score an average of 60℅

In fact, no need reading the whole passage in verbal. Just read the options and pick the correct judgement answer cos those passages are time wasters. U read a whole passage to answer 1 question and there are about 20 passages.

For those snapping and sharing questions, you are doing yourself. If the latter candidates score 80,90,100 ℅ their score will increase the cut off. That your 50 & 60℅ score will be at disadvantage.

Be wise. You can give ppl clue but not exact question.

I wish you all Good luck

The last two paragraph of this statement is just on point. People need to be told that this is a competition, limited spaces for the job. Forget the mantra of what will be, will be. When you screenshot questions and start sharing, you are empowering others to do far better and putting yourself at a disadvantage. I know a lady that got all the screenshots and scored 90%. A lot of the GTs are naive and say, new to the job market.

If someone ask you how far? Give them clues, what to expect, the timing, sections etc. But sharing exact questions is just a no-no (it doesn't make the competition healthy and doesn't help NCDMB to get sound people) while the interview actually really matters but what happens when someone who did the test himself/herself and scored 60+ doesn't make the interview? And someone who scrapped things together had 90 did. Well, this country is a jungle and people will defend all sort of actions.

I will just add, testmi is incompetent (they gave room for all this mess) and this is really one of the most disorganized test have encountered since graduation.

Do you reckon this job will commence this year? If so, how soon?

For VAC to have held during Lockdown shows it is possible and that, they are serious with the recruitment. The project track is to have gas being produced by Q1 2021. So trust me resumption is highly feasible for this year.

Barring no changes... By August, we should have next update...

What does digital mean?

What does discovery or assessment centre entails?

I never said assessment centre would be pre-recorded.

How can assessment centre even be prerecorded? It means you don't even know what assessment centre is.

The assessment centre this year will not be physical as against previous years. It would be done online.

Except you know better than the HR personnel that spoke with us on their live chat.

Relax bro. You haven't misinformed anyone at all. Your info is clear. Due to the Covid-19 and the need to keep people safe, Unilever is simply running her AC online and they won't be the first to do that.

AC is real time with human interactions and not pre-recorded.

joedoc44:

I won't even shade u back, obviously you lack proper conversation etiquette. I have researched their recruitment precess back and forth for 2020 not once have I seen a digital discovery centre. No company does all her recruitment activities using digital assessment all through, at one stage usually d final stage you must talk to real people either physically or online. Stage 3 is already a digital assessment, stage 4 can't be another digital assessment oga ... na lie, you have no idea what ur so-called digital discovery centre entail so stop misleading people. Digital discovery centre doesn't mean its gonna be another digital sometim

For those of us that will get the expected mail we will know what to do then...
For now pls you guy should go and be doing individual research and refrain urself from asking questions that are irrelevant or that you can just ask google.
If you must ask a question make it worthwhile

Stage four as presented below you will be having meetings with real people- Weda using a digital medium or physical medium u will sha be interacting with real people not a prerecorded digital assessment

Below is there recruitment process as documented on their website, I copied it this morning:
Application process summary

1. Online application

Complete the online application form. It is a simple and easy process, with the quick option of filling out personal details using your LinkedIn profile. You may only apply to one function in your application and the types of functions available varies according to each region.

2. Profile assessment

Complete a profile assessment, which consists of 12 short online games that look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional and social traits. These will help to evaluate your level of fit for the UFLP as well as the suitable function for you. You will receive personalized feedback after completing the games.

3. Digital interview

You will be asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios, giving you the the chance to learn more about our company culture and the way we do business.

The interview will be split into two components, which consists of three short hypothetical questions, followed by a business case. You’ll be able to record and complete your interview anytime (up until a deadline we’ll set) and anywhere, whichever suits you best. All you need is a computer, webcam and/or smartphone, and most importantly, a good and stable internet connection

4. Discovery center day

This is the final stage of the recruitment process and provides you with a truly immersive experience and the chance to live ‘a day in the life’ of a Future Leader at Unilever. You get to experience a number of exciting activities and projects that include:

Project meeting with colleagues from your function

Short meeting with Senior Management regarding a current business challenge

Team meeting with the other candidates

One-to-one meeting with your Line manager

These exercises are designed around a real business case study, enabling us to assess your potential, while giving you a further insight into what it is like to work in Unilever

You obviously didn't understand/comprehend the guy's info hence all this.

He never mentioned a prerecorded assessment centre. What he meant by digital is that the AC will be done online with human interactions. Many organizations are now running their recruitment using Virtual/digital AC.

Platforms like Skype, Teams, Zoom can be leveraged on.
