Did u read about BAT, their core values, culture, what they stand for?, what they seek out for in prospective employees? What is expected of present employees? The kind of environment they want and operate in.

Doing this can help u align your values to their values.

P.S: Some won't do this and will still pass. However, doing it will help you know what to choose and what not to choose.

How can you set an abstract that has no pattern (pattern less) but looks like art drawing? Then dole out long boring comprehension passages that has closely related answers, then large numbers numerical reasoning to be calculated without no calculator with high time constraints.

Even some of those that will make d second stage will be shocked they did.

Even the skill test that was the saving grace had its own mad moments. Imagine Dragnet telling me to find centroid with no calculator...

You people should continue hating on those attending private universities, calling them all sorts of names. Average age of graduation in private university is 21 and some graduate at 20.

Go to entry level recruitment of top consulting firms, multinationals and banks, greater numbers are from private universities and the rest from universities abroad. I tell you from experience.

Lot of people finished from public universities at 20, 21 and are doing well in life. I graduated 21 from a public university and did a five year engineering course.

I have lot of friends that we graduated together that are now working at Access bank, top consulting firms, banks, oil and gas, multinationals and entered via the entry level position.

Next time, before you spill thrash, just think through your thrash and you might perhaps gain little sense.

I just read through, they said application closed on 31st Dec 2018, whereas it was opened till early Jan.

Does that means applications received after that day won't be treated by the board??

Baba, cool down . there is no MECHANICAL ENGINEERING dragnet questions. Everybody will be subjected to the same format of question. Expect nothing outside numerical, verbal and logical reasoning on the day. Just bury yourself right now in mastering how to answer the questions with speed and accuracy.

This is graduate engineer position so there is skill test to be written, so what you posted up there is not totally correct. It is aptitude /skills test and that's how Mobil runs its full time graduate position recruitment.

Have once applied for a Job and it reads sorry position filled after close of application and I still passed through the recruitment process and got d job.

The cause of his rejection is obvious. aside the fact he made very serious error in applying for both grad and experience position, most recruiters frown at multiple application.

I quite agree. Part of why I didn't apply for the procurement analyst role.

If one knows how HR works, multiple applications are most times disqualified.
