eazichris:U don't get mos4phy submission. How can one be well qualified for Graduate position (0-3years) and also experienced (5-10 years) design engineer position? He should have applied to only d one he is very suited to. Though the cause of his rejection is unknown but applying for dual roles that differs is what I don't understand. One can apply for Graduate engineer and procurement analyst role since it was specified for the latter that recent graduates with knowledge of SAP (added advantage) can apply. |
@op, the topic of this thread is wrong, it was just a suggestion by Aafe Babalola one that won't hold waters (presumption) not like the school name has already been changed. People like you must not work at media station's. Kindly correct the topic and don't mislead people. |
karferguso:Quite a very young age, you still have the time to hunt for top jobs and also target the big four. KPMG GT is still on and you can do well to apply. UBN is a great place to start a banking career and the work life balance is also great too, but you won't have that time you quoted up there except you want to run your side hustle in the night not at the workplace which runs from 8-5pm with an hour break for lunch. If you are called by UBN, take up the offer and enjoy the ride, you will get to build up those skills you are lacking, get to build network and working there can/will serve as a platform for bigger offers. It ain't a hell working in a bank if it is your dream job, it is stressful and demanding but you will enjoy it as long as it is your passion. So take it up if called and enjoy the ride. All the best. |
Akukaria:66 resumed at training school, I know of 2 that didn't resume due to other offers so the guess should be 70. BTW not all were in the video. |
victory148:To improve gender ratios in the firm. But with the latest update which ain't yet affirm now. Maybe it ain't true then or the update is false. |
Marvel68:Okay, thanks. I use a Chrome browser desktop mode now and still nothing of such. But I will do as you have said. |
victory148:I wonder too, and a friend confirmed only females wrote too and that it was even stated in the mail the reason for that development. Either ways, God dey. |
olakunle5:How did u check? When I logged in, I only saw few of my details and nothing more, didn't see anything like job status at all. |
ExpertNLer:That's serious. How was the mail packaged? Don't mind my funny question. BTW what's your discipline? |
Fran6ik:Regret mails before first quarter test. All these oil firms and rigorous screening method, It is well. What's the course of study and class of degree? |
yungmin:selection criterion won't be made available on the advert. If the basis only was the requirements, people won't get a regret mail after careful consideration as we have seen so far. Don't quote this again. Peace. |
farouk111:Don't be overconfident, wait for an invite yet. Under review ain't a guarantee of anything. Whether age is part of it or not is up to Mobil HR. Remember not all the requirements and selection criterion will be made available in the advert. All the best, Peace. |
yungmin:OK sire. All d best in your application. |
jidex4life:Has yours changed? |
yungmin:Graduate or experienced hire ![]() |
tunjijones:Oops sorry about that sir, guess that was then.... My 5 years there was nothing short of excellence, the training received was thorough and contemporary. Infact when it comes to Engineering and Technology, I will recommend FUTA again and again. We thrive outta school. |
tunjijones:Long time ago sir. As an engineering student at FUTA, I did programming in 100/200level and used the school facilities and it was top notch. Some of my mates now work at Andela and a host of IT firms as they went on to built on that knowledge even though they weren't CSC students. In case you don't know, the school now has school of Computing and has introduced several IT courses like Software Engineering, ICT etc. As a matter of fact, the school just opened a Tech Hub called the Akure Tech Hub, it was launched by the state governor, thoroughly furnished and open to the use of the general society. I know few colleagues that we finished together back then that studied CSC and they are very sound in IT applications and doing very well in the field now. To the Op, if you are financially buoyant just travel overseas for your study. If not, you can choose FUTA, OAU or FUTO. |
jclassiq:LOL, please read between and beyond d lines. You don't know the gravity of what he has done, He has put Teragon at risk, In business it is called reputational risk which might lead to financial loss(es). They might lose the business relationship they have with Guinness (a multinational) and other future potential ones due to that single careless action, which is part of why the Manager had to come out to make a public statement/plea. Calling someone a 'goat' The guy will be sacked and all his data deleted from the company's database. |
ItsTime4me:Seems they are, yeah the new date is today's date. By next week, more will change to under review. |
ItsTime4me:You can try to check again. I just checked now and mine has changed to under review. It changed today. |
Just some days to Christmas and someone has been relieved of his job, he should take the lessons and move forward. Next time, don't bring sentiments into work, always be professional and know that Nigeria Politicians are not worth fighting or dying for. Totally unprofessional act by all standards. I can't imagine throwing shades or tantrums over politics in such a derogatory manner, that user could sue Guinness for such a debasing speech. Let's hope he will get prorated December salary to enjoy Christmas and also that he will resume at PDP head office in January. |
Fremaxx:That's Nigeria for u. Just study GRE and GMAT materials, at least you know by first quarter next year, things would take shape since the previous invitation was strictly for females and to improve gender ratio in the organization. |
anuliamara:According to info provided from another thread, their recruitment will take proper shape first quarter 2019. |
enambobo:Might be true, cos I applied quite early and the status still reads application received. Please that your friend that got invite for GT, what's the content of the mail? Test or Interview? Thought invite mail should rolled out once. |
DwayneGy:You have said it all. ExxonMobil na big fish, if person catch it, God don over butter him bread. People be thinking we don't have firms that chunk out large amount of money in Nigeria due to the poor economy. We do, but getting d job is hard and overly competitive due to few slots. |
jaybros:Not advisable, Multiple applications might be disqualified. |
Fremaxx:For Graduate Engineer, It is even more than that, heard close to 1m in total package and it is from a confirmed source, take note it is for permanent and not contract role. If some indigenous can pay 500-700k range, that ain't beyond one of the biggest player in the oil industry. I saw u type 150k at another thread and I laughed, you don't know the enormous money dis oil and gas firms make, even entry level in big banks earn more than 150k, not to talk of an IOC. Peace. |
profsein007:Agricultural Engineering wasn't part of the listed disciplines and another issue is, there is a box to be ticked to know if you fall into the listed courses or not. Seems they are using those data But no harm in trying. |
Emasel:U could be possibly right. The pay is close to Total own. Did u mean Mobil sent u regret mail for Graduate Engineer position? Care to share screenshot Hope u met d given requirements |
Impactever:Mobil Producing Nigeria 700-800k |
