Politics › Re: N23bn Election Fund: How N900m Was Shared In Gombe, Adamawa by simpleseyi:
sight:
The Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission (EFCC) has intensified its
investigation of all gravy funds with aim of
recovering as much from the beneficiaries.
The funds came from N23billion Allison
Madueke set up for the presidential
election of 2015.
According to an EFCC source, Senator
Sa’idu Umar Kumo of Gombe State, who
was the former national secretary of the All
Nigerian peoples Party, (ANPP) signed and
collected four hundred and fifty million
naira (N450M), campaign fund for the re-
election of the former president Goodluck
Jonathan.
He admitted that out of the said amount he
benefited only two million (N2m), which he
promised to pay back
.

Chief Joel Madaki, the current Chairman,
Peoples Democratic party, (PDP) in
Adamawa State and Ambassador Hassan
Adamu (Wakili Adamawa) signed and
collected the same four hundred and fifty
million (N450M) campaign fund for the re-
election of the former president Goodluck
Jonathan, for Adamawa State, all the
transactions were with Fidelity Bank.
Madaki in his statement EFCC, admitted
that out of the said amount, it was only
five million naira (5m) that passed through
his office, which he promised to pay back
.

Also, the former acting Governor of Taraba
State, Senator Sani Danladi Abubakar, who
is the Senator representing Taraba North
senatorial District in the National
Assembly, was the chair of the sharing
committee of four hundred and fifty million
(N450M) campaign slush fund for the re-
election of ex-president Goodluck
Jonathan.
Other members were the former minister of
Labour and productivity, Senator Joel
Ikenya Danlami and former speaker of the
State legislature, Mark Bako Useni.
Investigation by the EFCC, also revealed
the role played by the trio in the collection
and sharing of the fund.
It also showed that Ikenya and Useni
signed and collected the fund from Fidelity
Bank on behalf of the State before
proceeding to the government House to
distribute the fund.
When interrogated, the duo claimed they
distributed the money to the sixteen local
government areas of the State.

One idiotic narcissist admitted that his own personal share of the 450 million he illegally collected was 2 million naira, another foolish megalomaniac said his own personal share of the 450 million he illegally collected was 5 million naira just for working for the ineffectual buffoon. FFK said he collected only 840 million, Olu Falae said he collected only 100 million naira, Bafarawa collected only 4.3 million for spiritual purposes, Jim Nwobodo said that he collected only 100 million naira. Esther Nemadi said he collected just a little over one billion naira, Olisa Metuh used his own loot to buy a house at Banana Island. AVM Olushola Amosu collected few billions of naira while Alex Badeh too collected some billions of naira all from Nigeria's treasury as approved by the ineffectual buffoon while several graduates are roaming the streets aimlessly because of no job, the power plants have all grown too old to generate meaningful electricity for Nigerians, Nigeria's universities have become glorified secondary schools, the roads are now government means of reducing the population of Nigeria while the hospitals have become another means of cutting down population.

Dear senseless Wailers, please how much did you collect from the loot that is pushing you to die for the drunk ineffectual buffoon and his cantankerous sheppopo grammarian wife together with their looting crew? Just 1000 naira per post? I feel sorry for your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren yet unborn. The Bible has always been right ; The devil has come to steal, to kill and to destroy. Jonathan is the devil, he has killed many in the North East, killed many on Nigeria's bad roads, he has stolen our common wealth, but we shall not allow him and his devilish crew to totally destroy Nigeria.

The fight against corruption will be intensified in the second year of the people's general, more witches will be hunted, special courts shall be established to jail the looters. If you cannot endure the heat in Nigeria, please move to Cotonou quickly. The coming months will be miserable for looters.

Surely Buhari can finish this war. Buhari fought the civil war and brought the Biafrans to their kneels between 1967 to 1970. Buhari fought chadian rebels to a stand still in the early 1980s and created a buffer between Nigeria and Chad, the Chadian government had to beg the United Nations to help beg Buhari to let them live in their own country. Buhari fought the Maitatsines in the North in 1984 and sent them all to their graves. Buhari has been crushing the Boko Haram which Goatluck Jonathan could not fight. Buhari has destroyed Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria and his fellow Shiites, I am sure than you know that Goatluck Jonathan will never take such a risk.

President Jonathan Offered Us $50,000 Bribe, But We Returned It - Pastor Tunde Bakare Confirms

Fiery Lagos-based pastor, Tunde Bakare, has confirmed to Saharareporters that President Goodluck Jonathan proivede a $50, 000 cash bribe to a delegation of the Save Nigeria Group that visisted him last Monday, but that the group sent back the money.

Pastor Bakare’s confirmation came in the midst of a tepid denial of our earlier report by Tony Uranta, one of Mr. Jonathan's political operatives. Uranta had claimed on his Facebook page yesterday that Saharareporters misrepresented the crux of the meeting between the president and the Pastor Bakare-led delegation.

Specifically, Uranta denied that Jonathan discussed his ambition to run for office with the SNG delegation. He also stated that no money was offered to the SNG team and claimed that, contrary to our earlier report, the Bakare group had not asked him to return the bribe money to Jonathan.

But in a telephone interview with Saharareporters on Sunday evening, Pastor Bakare confirmed that the details of our earlier exclusive report were factual and unimpeachable.

Bakare, who has a reputation for speaking out fearlessly on current political issues, affirmed that the Minister of the Niger Delta, Godsday Orubebe, had offered the SNG delegation the sum of $50,000 on behalf of President Jonathan. The SNG had met with Jonathan to review his performance in office.

In the phone interview, Pastor Bakare stated categorically that his team was indeed offered money after it submitted a position paper on why it was opposed to the president's ambition to be re-elected. He confirmed that the cash was immediately returned to sender through Uranta, shortly after it was presented to the SNG delegation.

The SNG convener told Saharareporters that his team felt terribly embarrassed and offended by the orchestrated attempt by Jonathan and his team to buy the SNG’s support through illicit means.

An obviously angry Bakare said, “You can quote me. I don't do deals and I don't lie. Tony [Uranta] could be saving his own face. Tony lied that he didn't collect the money from us. There are living witnesses. Orubebe has confirmed to me that the money was returned. Mr. President is aware through Oronto Douglas that we returned his money through Tony.”

Bakare said he, Yinka Odumakin and other SNG officials went to the meeting with Jonathan with a written document that explained why the SNG would not support his candidacy.

“We submitted a document regarding the culture of impunity in which he (Jonathan) continues to swim," he said.

What I benefited from Jonathan – Pastor Bakare

Nigerian Pastor, Tunde Bakare, has disclosed details of his meetings with former President Goodluck Jonathan, and what he benefitted from the former leader while he was in office.
Mr. Bakare, a former running-mate of President Muhammadu Buhari on the platform of defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in 2011, said he wrote four -point letter to Mr. Jonathan, calling his attention to the level of impunity in his administration.
Giving details of what he benefitted from the immediate past president, Mr. Bakare said, “Let everyone declare what he has received. I can tell you what I received. I took two people there one day and he invited us to dinner. I had a bad sore throat that day, so I took a pass regarding the dinner.
“Another day, I took a couple there and I took a cup of tea. I told you about the $50,000 which I refused, but that was Orubebe. He sent me a cow at Christmas – which I gave the staff to kill – and a hamper through our pastor in Abuja, but I told him to keep it.”
Mr. Bakare stated this in an interview with an Abuja-based magazine, THE INTERVIEW.
The pastor revealed that at a point, the former president offered to give him “something”, which he refused and opted for simply a pen.
“Finally, when the opportunity came and he (Jonathan) said, ‘I will like to give you something’. I [then] said ‘I like pens: so if you must give me anything, let it be a pen, so that I can show it to my people and say ‘the president gave me a pen,’” he disclosed.
He said one day, after a meeting with Mr. Jonathan, a former minister in charge of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe, rushed to offer him $50,000 for “transport”, an offer the pastor said he turned it down.

“When we were leaving, Orubebe ran after me and offered me $50,000 for my transport. I said, ‘Haba, take your money, I am not for sale’. We said goodbye to him and the rest is history,” Mr. Bakare said.
Giving details of his meeting with the former president, Mr. Bakare said, “When he (Jonathan) became president, I said to him, ‘the things we marched and protested against, you are now perpetrating them – the same impunity’”.
“I gave him four points in writing. Before we left Lagos, I gave a copy to Pastor Adeboye and another to General Alani Akinrinade. I said, ‘we are going to say goodbye to this man’ because if a man cannot keep his own side of the bargain, because if you got here by the grace of God and not because of any pedigree and, within 10 years, had become the president of Nigeria.
“God has brought you into the kingdom for such a time as this, so you cannot begin to commit the same impunity,” he said.
Mr. Bakare said in another meeting with the former president, he (Jonathan) told him that he needed someone to tell him the truth.
“He reached out to me later and said, ‘look, let’s put that behind us; Nigeria’s situation is critical.’”
“Before I went, I called General Buhari and said ‘this man invited me, I don’t know what for.’ When I got there, he said he needed someone who could tell him the truth always. I said, ‘if that is what you want, you have me at your side,’” he said.
Mr. Bakare therefore challenged religious leaders to declare what Mr. Jonathan gave him, saying the clergy did not tell the former president the truth because they benefitted from him.
“However, you see, Christian leaders benefitted tremendously from his administration in terms of licences and waivers. The thing is, when you allow those in power to get you into any compromise, speaking to them will be very difficult.
“I don’t know if any of those allegations were true, but I have seen enough to begin to think that they were not able to use our overwhelming influence. If you have benefitted from evil, you cannot talk about it, nor criticize it. Let everyone declare what he has received,” Mr. Bakare said in the magazine interview.

A whole 2.5 billion naira fraud is what you call distraction, if you have such money, you will probably be in Bahamas or Trinidad and Tobago fvcking mixed raced biitches. Yet you fools said it is propaganda.

Now tell me, all these people that admitted that they collected several millions and billions from the ATM-Dasuki, are you saying that they are all lying against themselves or are you saying that they are all mad and saying rubbish? The ex-Air Force Chief that returned 2.3 billion from his loot, are you saying that it is his grandmother that gave him the money from her savings with the thrift collector so that he can borrow Nigeria the money? What about the world bank fraudster called Okonjo Iwealla that said that Jonathan signed papers for her to release money to ATM-Dasuku? Is Okonjo-Iwealla also dumb? Politics › N2.5billion Fraud: EFCC Arrests Suspended PTAD DG, Three Others Read M by simpleseyi(op): 7:52am On Apr 20, 2016
The EFCC has arrested the Director General of the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) Nelly Mayshak who was recently suspended over an alleged N2.5 billion fraud.
The anti-graft agency also arrested three of her staff who it alleged served as front for her in the award of fictitious contracts, sources told Daily Trust yesterday.

The staff are Yoab Youssoufou, Patricia Iyogun and Ruth Imonikhe.
Mayshak was suspended indefinitely in March over allegations of fraud uncovered in the PTAD.
The directorate is an independent pension agency established in August 2013 to oversee management of pensions under the Defined Benefit Scheme for pensioners who are not part of a new contributory scheme.
EFCC sources told Daily Trust that investigations into the alleged fraud revealed that Mayshak misappropriated about N2 billion of the N2.5 billion.
She inherited the money from the pension’s account of the Head of the Civil Service (HOSF) mainly meant for Nigerian Immigrations Service (NIS) Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), and Nigeria Prisons Service (NPS).
She is also said to have embezzled about N500 million meant as take-off grant for PTAD.
The source said the alleged fraud was committed in the award of contracts during her three-year tenure.
“In one instance, Mayshak allegedly approved N25, 410,000 contracts for the supply of 121,000,000 litres of fuel in one day when in fact there was no corresponding storage capacity. PTAD only has storage capacity of about 11,000 litres, which lasts for about a month,” the source said.
Mayshak is also alleged to have awarded several phony contracts to cronies and staff of PTAD, through which she enriched herself because they only served as fronts for her.
The source added: “Between December 8 and 30, 2014 she awarded multiple contracts to the same company, Interactive Wide Nigeria Limited, to the tune of about N29, 377,993.26.
“Other contracts for the supply of office materials, air conditioners, and conference materials to the tune of N375, 704,287 were awarded to Belzacode, Hosley Nigeria Limited and Pabak Nigeria Limited.”
The source said investigations revealed that “Yousoufou, Team Leader, ICT owned Belzacode; Imonihke, Team Leader, DG’s Office, owned Hosley Nigeria Limited while Iyogun, Team Leader, Customs, Immigration and Prisons Pensions Department, said to be a sister-in-law to Mayshak, owned Pabak Nigeria Limited.
“They were however, found to be merely serving as fronts for Mayshak.”
Minister of Finance Kemi Adeosun suspended Mayshak when the scandal broke to enable unhindered investigations.
The minister’s office said that the allegations against Mayshak did not relate to pensioner’s fund but to operational expenses of PTAD.
“The suspension which is a normal civil service procedure is to pave way for an unimpeded investigation into the activities of the directorate under the watch of Mayshak.
“While the ministry assures pensioners that the suspension will not affect pension payment and services, it promises to make public the findings of the investigative panel on the issues leading to the suspension.’’
Mayshak it was gathered first ran into trouble during the tenure of the former Accountant General of the Federation, Jonah Otunla.
She was alleged to have demanded the sum of N3 billion earmarked for the verification of pensioners nationwide to be released to her, but Otunla refused.
Otunla, reportedly argued that the verification exercise was supposed to be carried out by the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation and not PTAD.
